Very good sized room (24) with a very comfortable double bed. The location in Kazimierz is great but I do appreciate that overlooking Plac Nowy can be very noisy for some people, especially at weekends but earplugs are supplied. The building itself is historic and has some quirky decor in the communal areas. The stairs themselves are beautiful when you can appreciate all those years of wear on the solid wood.

Minor faults only.. there was coffee, tea and sugar but no milk The hot water takes quite a while to come through in the shower so quite a lot of water gets wasted.

Great for photoshoots. + Clean room with good facilities. + We were able to leave our luggage before check in and enjoy the city. + Perfect location in the heart of Jewish quarter, and perfect for people watching. + Friendly staff, although not many people spoke English and we had to speak over the phone to communicate.

- It's located on a very busy square and we were staying on Sunday and the noise was unbearable. My friend was very tired and slept fine but I couldn't, even with the provided ear plugs. And the noise continued over until 3-4 am.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Great location if you like being "where the action is"...it's noisy, fun and exciting. Staff went out of their way to make my stay great. Shutting the window, and using earplugs limits the noise. But it is in party central. Considering where you are, literally 10 minutes from the Old town, it's a great value. There's no breakfast option, but plenty of opportunities for breakfast close. A three minute walk brings you to a Schindler's List location...and others are close too.

Nothing, for what I paid it was great! And if you love history, you're in the heart of the old Jewish quarter.

This place is directly on Plac Nowy in the heart of Kazimierz District. There are fantastic bars, restaurants and market place just outside the door. The surrounding area is full of history. There are tran stops a few minutes walk away. The room is clean and traditionally Polish in decor. I felt safe walking alone in the area day and night. Zapakanka, Polish fast food is available in the square until early hours of the morning , about £4.

The mattress cover was plastic lined, so it was a bit uncomfortable, but due to the amount of sightseeing I did , it didn't stop me sleeping.

Simply furnished, clean and tidy cosy room (No. 13), comfortable bed, nice terrace accessible from the staircase. Interesting naive paintings. :) Excellent location (15 min walk to the Old Town), impressive Alchemia pub just across the street. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The only minor flaw is the noise from the adjacent square (Plac Nowy) in the evening, when people gather at the fast food stalls in Okrąglak. The earplugs provided by the hotel quite help, thanks!

The accommodation is in the Jewish quarter, right on the main square where there are many pubs and fast food places that are open until late at night and also close to the old city. The room itself was very clean, simple but comfortable, a pleasant shower with hot water and air conditioning. For people who are sensitive to noise there are earplugs in the room, although with the window closed it is not noisy.

There is no elevator and it can be difficult if you arrive with heavy luggage.

The traditional decor is complimented by these artsy polish folk statuettes which are very sweet. The room has complimentary coffee and a good selection of books in polish and English The location is perfect, overlooking a market in the ‘hip’ Jewish quarter where you’re spoilt for choice on where to eat out and have a drink from well renowned restaurants to street food. The staff are all very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist. Also has air con which I’ve found to be unusual in Poland. Everything good is in waking distance.

Some people have said the noise is an issue but I quite liked it as it just means your in a very desirable place to go out and enjoy yourself. The room is supplied with ear plugs which worked a treat anyway. Also even when your in you room you’re still experiencing Krakow.

Location, cleanliness, air conditioning, shower water pressure, ok bed, good enough, darkening curtains.

WiFi was a disaster, if you plan to work, get you own mobile broadband or rent elsewhere. Due to superb location it was quite loud from the square downstairs. Table was not suitable for working on a laptop (round and half of it with used for kettle with tea and coffee, cups etc). Small waste bin in the bathroom.

İt's located very close to centre and tram/bus stops, and even to the river. In front of the hotel you can have very good zapekankas. There are so many kinds of them. So you will not remain hungry. It's like a small rynok. And they sell clothes, bags, scarfs. Though it's a bit noisy outside at night. But it's OK for me. İf the young can have fun, this is nice. I will choose it if I visit this beautiful city again.

This is a place with the soul, full of decent artistic charm. Excellent location, clean, comfortable, sunny, view. No formalities, easy to check in at any time and to get in and out. The young lady at the reception was extremely polite, helpful, and open-minded even in demanding conversation. If you wish to eat a really good breakfast in the unique environment, turn right and stop at the second corner (Cytat Cafe).
