Nice location in the middle of old jewish quarter. Comfortable, quiet, spacious rooms. Short distance to many attractions within the city, lots restaurants and bars around the corner. The in house restaurant is excellent. Nice service and friendly staff making it a really good experience.

Bath was located 2 floors above kitchen and the smell of heated oil and more was getting somehow internally into the bathroom. Temperatures were too cold to leave window open for whole day. Other rooms might not be affected and it wasn’t a big issue for me to change room.

Hotel Estera is in a great location in Kazimierz, close to many cafes, bars and restaurants and within walking distance to the main square and to the castle area. The property was very modern looking inside and also very clean. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a bathtub and the bath was fantastic. The bed was also incredibly comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Even though our room was on the ground floor, it was very quiet so we presume they had good sound proofing. We visited in winter and the hotel/room was lovely and warm. We would stay here again on our next visit to Krakow and would highly recommend it to others!

The location is fantastic—right on the main square in Kazimierz. The reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

The air conditioning unit in my room made a dripping sound when it was turned on, which was quite distracting, especially when sleeping. I reported this issue to the reception, but unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve it during my three-day stay. The breakfast left something to be desired. The selection was limited, and the small buffet area became quite crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the meal comfortably.

Good location in Kazimierz. Nicely decorated and modern. Clean and well kept up. The windows when closed blows out outside noise completely. Decent breakfast. Good value.

There were two smaller issues that bothered me. First, when we arrived at 14:00, one hour before check in, the receptionist was very unwelcoming and made us feel like we are bothering her, although she clearly wasn’t busy. She let us put the luggage in a staff room, and when we came back, after 15:00 , she still kept the unfriendly attitude, which you don’t expect when you arrive at a hotel. Second, we had twin beds as requested , and the mattress was either old or of bad quality, it would sink in completely when I lied on it and it gave me back pain by the end of the stay.

We were in a quiet part of the hotel away from the street so it was very peaceful. The hotel and the room were exceptionally clean and we found our room very comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection and was topped up regularly by the staff. We had an early start for a tour. We inquired the night before and we were provided with substantial lunch boxes to take with us. The location was convenient in the Jewish Quarter - it took us about 15 minutes to walk to the square in the Old Town. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, everything was great. A few minor complaints- the hairdryer was the least powerful I've ever come across so I couldn't actually use it to dry my hair. Also the fridge in the room didn't really cool the bottles of water.

Hotel was lovely spacious and comfortable, in a good location 15 mins walk from the main square but so much to do down in the area of the hotel! Staff were very helpful if we needed anything! Beds were comfy, free water tea & coffee and ours had a fridge in it! We had a fabulous time in krakow and would return

We booked buffet breakfast for the 1st morning but it's actually double the price to go down and eat off the menu so I personally wouldn't bother with the buffet. Avoid the sausage if your British. Also not the hotels fault but pre booked trips wouldn't pick us up from the hotel, as its on a narrow street so I wouldn't bother booking the trips for hotel pick up, we had to walk to meeting points so a waste of money! Coffee machine needed cleaning the water tank was mouldy. Towels weren't changed at all in our 4 night stay! These are only small things that can be brushed off they didn't ruin our stay at all

The rooms were clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. There is a large bathtub for a nice soak. Reception was friendly. Checkin and out were easy. The room had water and coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Centrally located with walking distance to many sites and restaurants.

The handicapped access is limited to wheelchairs, meaning there is no elevator from the ground floor entrance to the reception floor so individuals with difficulty walking stairs or with infant strollers don’t have easy access.

The hotel is a great value for money, I loved how clean was the room and the bathroom, everything was very tidy. The bed was also very comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful, she helped to schedule a taxi for me at night, and answered all of my questions.

I didn't know that to get in the room, one needs to go up and down the stairs a couple of times. It wasn't a big problem, just an inconvenience, since I had a suitcase, but I think it's great to inform about it beforehand. (maybe they do, I didn't check, but for me it came as a surprise).

Very good location, close to all attractions of Kazimierz. Excellent restaurant, delicious breakfasts. Very nice interior.

Young, nice staff, not trained probably, not much interaction, we have never been greeted when entering, the staff hasn't even looked as us. It is not very clear how it works with breakfasts. We got an information before coming that we can take a breakfast a la carte. It worked the 1st day, then we received a separate menu with breakfasts, different than those in the main menu. We were also surprised to pay a charge for a Sylvester party, which was paid in advance. It was charged because we ordered extra drinks...

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was in the Jewish Quarter, a very nice and lively area, full of Restaurants, Bars and nice Coffee shops and yet within easy walking distance to the Old Town.

We booked two budget double rooms. The rooms as such were very nice and comfortable. My only problem was the noise you could hear from the generators/Airconditioning from the next building. This noise kept me awake. When I told the reception they weren‘t helpful at all. There isn‘t a lift either up to the third floor.
