Location and value

Don’t have AC however it was not needed at the time of my stay.

SO CLEAN! It made me take off my shoes immediately after I entered the room - everything was spotless, I could probably eat from the bathroom floor :) Room was warm when I arrived and the heater was accessible so I could change temperature easily. I really liked the cozy nook between it and the coffee table too. The bed! This was probably the most pillows I saw in a bed apart from my own. Forget about a one sad flat pillow - here I got two chunky pillows + a small, decorative one. And since it was a double bed, the other side got the same set. I could build a fort with them, absolutely glorious! I don't even have small things to complain about. There's enough power outlets to charge everything and watch tv with a kettle boiling at the same time. Bathroom has toiletries, hairdryer and towel warmer. Also: location! 2 minutes from Kraków Main Square, plenty of food options around, with pizza place in the same building and Nowa Prowincja with its eclectic interior and delicious breakfasts nearby. That also means it's a short (15mins) walk from the main train station. I don't think I could ask for more.

There was no proper wardrobe. The room had shelves and for my stuff (and stay) it was enough of space though.

Room was clean, warm, comfy and with spare towels and hair dryer. Location is incredible as well just a few meters from Main square and with pratical self check in.

For the price and location there is absolutely nothing negative to point out.

The location was excellent and the building was easy to access. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I would definitely stay there the next time.

All was good. However, if it is too hot outside, the room has no air conditioner. Also, don't expect human interaction because you self-check in and all the instructions are written.

The room was very spacious. It had a TV, a desk, a fridge, a kettle, a mug and a plate. The bathroom was quite big. The bed was very comfortable and it had a warm duvet. Location was great, one minute to the main market place. It was clean.

To get to the room you had to pass 3 big doors, 2 doors were always wide open (although they had locks) and the last door was the door to my room, which was very weak and could be opened with one kick. Therefore I didn't feel totally secure there. All the doors should be locked for safety reasons.

Location was first rate also a nice sized room and bathroom area very good for the price

There was no air conditioning and staff don't change the bed sheets. I had a week's stay

The room was very nice, it had everything you might need. The host was super nice, let us stay past the checkout time, and suggested we leave the bags with them if needed. We just checked out later and that was really great of them. Definitely recommend! The location is also good, close to the main square, and has restaurants/bars around.

The shower drain was not ideal, it took awhile for the water to drain but it is not a big deal.

There was a problem with access to the room and nobody was there at the reception to attend. Fortunately I had roaming active to call manager and they attended very fast, but it was not good to have door closed and nobody to help you after a long trip

Only thing to be wary of is that if you end up with a street facing window, Krakow gets very warm in the summer and you have to trade off having some breeze and the street noise (busy area for passing pedestrians, street cleaning, taxis etc

Fantastic location a two minute walk to the main square and 10 minutes to Wawel. Super clean and everything provided that you need. Really helpful and friendly staff.
