Amazing hotel, dont know why its only 3 stars. Much comfortable bed, many good pillows- all like i like! 2 bottles of water for free, tea and coffee (from coffee machine) for free, nice location. Also good bathrooms with big shower. Late check out (12.00)

Breakfast could have little bit more choice of food (especially pastries and sausages), but its was all tasty!

The hotel exceded my expectations! Definitely value for money ❤️the location couldn't be more perfect, 5 min walk from most sightseeing attractions and great restaurants and cafeterias all around it. The room was a lovely size with a big bathroom and nice shower. Very clean and the staff were all very polite and very helpful. Oh also very good breakfast.

Only thing I can think of mentioning is the WiFi which was a bit poor in the room but that wasn't an issue for me.

The location was great, neari the main square, but also a short distance from the castle. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Also, I tried the lunch at the restaurant on the last day, and it was excellent. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. I imagine the Orangery must be great in the summer, although it was not probably at its best when I saw it in the winter.

The room was quite dated, specifically the decor, and the carpet looked well worn, to say the least. Also, the single room was a lot smaller than I imagined from the photo on Booking. . I did, on the other hand, really like the bathroom, especially the walk-in shower, which made up for the room.

The hotel is in a very central location only 5 mins walk to either the central square or the Wawel castle. Breakfast was really tasty and had everything you need. Room was spacious and always had hot water. Room temperature was excellent. Hotel also took care of our airport transfers. After an issue we had at the airport, the taxi driver waited for 1,5 hour for us. Finally, on our last day the flight was very early and we were going to miss the breakfast. The hotel staff were kind enough to prepare lunch boxes for everyone for take away with sandwiches, juices, water, cereal, yogurt, chocolate. We want to thank you for a great stay we are definitely coming back :)

A great location with friendly and welcoming staff.

Lack of English channels on the tv. Sometimes it’s nice to watch sometimes by before bed or during the day when taking a break from the sightseeing before taking in the evening activities of eating and drinking :)

A small hotel in a perfect central but quiet location, with a nice personal feeling. The rooms are medium size but comfortable and nicely appointed, with very modern, clean bathrooms. There is a good buffet breakfast provided and a very good restaurant on the premises. Helpful and friendly staff.

Few electrical outlets to charge a laptop or phone. Uneven internet connection.

location is perfect and in such a pretty part of the city, we were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see, and only 20-30 minutes from the airport. Our room was spacious and had ever we needed. What is a lovely bonus is The Orangery and small lounge area where you can help yourself to hot drinks at any time of the day.

there is nothing to dislike about this property

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location a 5 minute walk from the main square. The staff were wonderful and so helpful, and even booked a trip to Auschwitz for us that collected us from the hotel and dropped us off there afterwards and they also arranged taxis to and from the airport. The buffet breakfast was lovely and had a huge choice especially of cold meats, cheeses and salads together with a hot option of scrambled and fried eggs and Polish sausage. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and contemporary with a large walk in shower. The free coffee machine in the Orangery was a nice touch. The hotel was beautifully decorated and was just a nice space to be in.

Nothing not to like - we had a wonderful stay!

* Immaculate and very spacious room. Quite grand. The small refridgerator in the room was appreciated for keeping water bottles cold. * Very comfortable twin beds. * Great walk-in shower with one grab-handle was perfect for my mobility issues. * Room Air Conditioning - and air conditioning throughout the hotel was most welcome during the Heat Wave. * There was a very good buffet Breakfast - and the attached restaurant was very good, too - I loved their raspberry lemonade and Bigos, served in a hollowed out small loaf of bread. * Helpful staff on Reception 24 hrs. * Location was very good for me - it was easy to walk into the central square and explore the Old City - even with some mobility issues. * The lift, though small, was adequate and much-appreciated. With my mobility issues, it was good that our room was close to the lift.

* A kettle in the room would have been appreciated. I made 2x daily trips to the Orangery, one floor down from our room, where a machine for hot drinks was located in order to get boiled water for my neti pot. * The room air-conditioner definitely took the edge off the very hot weather (heat wave). However, I felt that it never really got the room down to the set temperature. After rain came to end the heat wave and the outside temperature came down, I would have liked to open the one small window in the room and cooled the room down more quickly, but the window was fixed shut.
