The position of the hotel is very central and easy to explore the centre. Everything was super clean and the bathroom was supplied with hairdryer, shower gel/ shampoo and liquid soap. A kettle with tea bags/coffee, & television was also in the room. In addition, there was a shared kitchen with fridge, induction and microwave. My only critisism was the access to the interior loft bedroom, as the stairs were very steep, and it wasn't possible to stand up once you were up to the bedroom area (which resulted in banging my head a few times!!) Also coming down, you could only come down backwards. We got used to it, and yes, it is in the photos (look carefully!) so we learnt our lesson to check details better! I wouldn't recommend it for older people or those that have mobility problems, but all in all, we were very happy with the facilities.

Check in was very easy. They send you a detailed list of each door/lockbox code and links to videos showing how to use them. It genuinely couldn't be easier. The rooms were clean and the shared kitchen area was very clean and useful. The property is next to a well stocked 24/7 shop and zebra crossing into the park surrounding the old town.

The aircon is completely switched off after the end of august. It was very warm when we arrived and you have to have the windows open 24/7 or the raised bedroom area turns into a sauna (heat rises), so bring earplugs because the street noise is significant. Being brits we booked this place because it was advertised with air conditioning only to find out from a card in the room that it's permanently switched off outside of "summer months" regardless of outside temps!

Excellent location, small and cozy apartment with balcony. Quiet and contained all the needed facilities for a short stay in the city. A special gratitude to host, who prepared our room earlier, it was so much appreciated as we just arrived to Krakow with kids and got a welcoming message on arrival couple of hours earlier standard check in time. Thank you so much for that extra support! All the communication was via WhatsApp, any query or question could be solved. We felt supported and welcomed. PS: the apartment had an air conditioner which was an extra in this hot summer.

All was great.

Great location, comfortable room with air con. Particularly like the kitchenette area which was handy for making drinks but also snacks if needed as fridge, freezer and cooking facilities were supplied. Mostly quiet as property is away from the main road. Plenty of plug sockets! Cute little apartment. Clear and detailed instructions were provided so we had no trouble finding the room. Would definitely recommend this place.

2nd floor room so had to navigate a few flights of stairs but it wasn't too bad. It wouldn't be ideal if you had a lot of luggage. The beds being in the loft area was ok but the ladders to get up and down there were a little slippy, adding some grip would help!

The room was very clean, quiet, and private. I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay (kitchen right outside the room, kettle to make tea, clean towels, closet space for clothes, couch to sit on, some Polish TV, etc.) Very close to all of the main attractions. It was a small room but it had everything I needed for an enjoyable, clean, and safe stay in Krakow. Thank you!

If you don’t like climbing ladders to loft beds, might not be your cup of tea. Be sure to read the self check-in instructions carefully (this is self-check in, there is no reception desk or staff on site). Perfect for me, but whatever floats your boat.

A cosy clean nest for travelers in Krakow, located perfectly in the centre. Good matresses, too! I liked it.

It is not that I did not like it, just I was not aware of it. Maybe it was written and I did not pay attention. The 2 beds are on a balcony inside the room, no problem there, but you can not stand tall. We were three, one of us was 1.90m and it was easier for him to sleep downstairs on the sofa. For me, 1.67m it was no problem. As I said, the beds were great, and although you can not stand tall, there is enough room.

It was very clean and quiet considering how close it was to the main street. I told the hotel I was coming in earlier than the check in time and on my own and they got he room ready for me and let me know so I could check in early which was much a appreciated!

I didn't like that there was no reception but they were on hand on Whatsapp which made up for it. The beds were on a mezzanine floor which if your small would be ok but anything over 5.5 hight would keep banging your head. I slept downstairs on the sofa bed which was fine for me.

Fantastic location, very good communication regarding access, the best shower I've ever had on vacation!

The room was very warm, so we had to have the window open and therefore had some traffic noise. Maybe the months that the air-conditioning is operational could be extended.

Great property, located in an extremely central and convenient location, yet quiet at nighttime. Everything was well kept and clean, literally nothing to complain about!

N/A, everything was perfect. We managed to get our key box stuck closed on one occasion, but this was resolved over the phone in a matter of minutes. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Very nice location near the train station and the old town. Clear instructions on how to enter the hotel and unlock the room. The room is clean, with an good bathroom stocked with towels, adjustable heating, and it wasn't stuffy to sleep in the attic (careful, low ceiling)

Unexpectedly, at night, the radiator buzzed and rattled several times, possibly due to pressure fluctuations or something similar. Poor sound insulation, so you can hear the neighbors well. But we slept with earplugs, so it was okay
