A beautiful property, fantastic location with a short walk to the old town. Rooms were a very good size, very clean and stylish. It served our purpose for 3 nights in Krakow and we would definitely stay again.

We were in room 202, right next door to the cleaners storage room which they were accessing early in the morning and staff going in there late in the evening too. The door kept slamming shut which made a very loud noise if you were trying to sleep. The shower doors were also incredibly squeaky as you tried to open and close them, which woke my partner up when I woke up earlier to shower first. Apart from those two things, the hotel was a wonderful stay.

The location, the quietness, cleanliness, ambiance and the quality of the items provided in the toilet (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc) along with the type of hair drier and iron.

The cleaning service did not meet my expectation. I left my room before 9am in the morning with the "Clean my room sign" on the door knob, but no one came till the afternoon when I came back and found the room not clean (I informed the reception and then they sent someone to clean the room). The used coffee cup and glass was not cleaned, the floors were not cleaned, the used towels were not replaced with a new one and the bed was the only thing cleaned and water bottle replaced.

A unique place - location in the heart of the Old Town, right by the Market Square and the Planty. The restaurant is probably the biggest positive surprise, I'm not a fan of soups and I could eat broths endlessly. The rooms have a great design, are functional, cosy and quiet, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The hotel staff are also very helpful and know the history of the building, which is very interesting. And the breakfasts - something I think I've encountered for the first time - are very varied, with both buffet and hot dishes prepared directly by the chefs to order. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful hotel, I've been to Krakow many times but this stay was by far the nicest. The hotel is beautifully furnished and the rooms well appointed. Anything we needed was provided by the exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfast is a real treat in a small but fabulous space and again the staff were really nice even when I was a clumsy so and so. The location is great on a quiet street but close to everything we needed. Couldn't recommend more.

Only addition would be a robe and slippers in the room, slippers were provided when asked for.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The room was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the quiet environment allowed for a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Despite its central location, the hotel maintains a peaceful and serene ambiance. Overall, my stay at the Garamond was outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area.

Lovely hotel for our stay in Krakow. Good location, it is a short walk to the main old town square and the train station is only a 10-15 min walk away. The rooms were nice/good standard and comfy.

Our aircon unit was broken so made noise throughout the first night. Reception was helpful with this but the issue persisted throughout our stay. We managed to sleep with earplugs for the remaining nights. We didn't have breakfast so unable to comment on quality, however, it was very expensive when we enquired on arrival (equivalent to around £20 per person per day - there is a great bistro round the corner that we would recommend for a much cheaper breakfast)

The location is perfect to whom would like to visit the old city, close to the railway station. The staff there very friendly and cooperative, they want to do their best for the guest comfort. The food was very good and delicious, room design is spectacular. definitely I would come back to this Hotel in my next visit to Krakow .

Not much, only lack of swimming in pool and Gym. which is not that important to whom would like to visit Krakow.

The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the quality of the bedding was of high quality. The staff were excellent.

The lighting in the restaurant in the evening was so subdued we struggled to read the menu also the air con was blasting out icy air. it was so cold we made a quick exit. Disappointing as we were looking forward to a few evening meals there.

Excellent location - a couple of minutes away from the main square and local attractions. The hotel itself is very quiet so no disturbances to sleep. Impeccably clean rooms and staff were happy to offer recommendations for restaurants etc.

Excellent hotel - the only very slight issue was that the room temperature was set quite high (and kept resetting back to high temp once we tried to change it). We just kept the window open.

Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Choices at breakfast were extensive. Excellent choice of hot food and a cold buffet which looked amazing every morning. A lot of work had gone into the presentation. Excellent bar staff who were very friendly and made us feel so welcome. Cleanliness was excellent. Arranged taxis for whenever we wanted them. Thankyou Garramond for making our holiday so special and all of the excellent customer service privided. Would highly recommend this hotel
