The room was very clean and tidy. We stayed for only two nights, but they still cleaned the room after the first night! Our personal belongings were neatly arranged, and nothing went missing!! The hotel rate included a wonderful buffet breakfast. The breakfast featured a variety of cheeses, cold cuts, pastries, fruits, and beverages. The greatest asset of the hotel is its staff. Despite having an extremely early flight and leaving the hotel at 4 a.m., they gave us yogurt and croissants for the road!! The hotel is just a few minutes from the train station. Although I recommend taking a taxi, as I didn’t feel safe on the train. The hotel has safety measures in place, and the reception is open 24 hours a day!

At night, there was noisy club music from the city. However, closed windows partially improved the situation.

I like staying here. Close to the neighbourhood I know. The room we got was really comfy and spacious. The extra bed was super comfortable. Loved the balcony. The bathroom was huge with good pressure shower hose. Able to take a bath. The staff were accomodating towards some problems I encountered. Location is fab if you know the area. But ur able to be dropped off/ picked up by uber easily and train station 5 min walk. Lots of amenities and shops

The pressure to leave the keys with reception. I do not like being controlled on the times I come in and out. But I guess it's a good service for some just doesn't suit me.

Hotel was nice and the rooms were very good breakfast was excellent - plenty of choices of ham cheese, cake, bread, yoghurt, pancakes etc staff were friednly and helpful

Local area was a bit shady with people just hanging around didnt use the garage as apparently it was a lift to get the car in and out - parking nearby but again the walk back to the hotel late at night was a bit ropy Got back at 2245 and door was front locked - thankfully the night man came after a few rings on the doorbell

The property was really good and located near to main train station as well as bus station. Also it’s located near to all amenities and good restaurants, cafes & park for leisure. Also the staff was really good. Excellent support from staff especially Anna was really good with helping nature and support. Really kudos to the team at Amadora. We will definitely recommend to everyone and will be back whenever we have an opportunity.

We were only staying to be closer to the airport for our flight out of Portugal. We had been in the Algarve up to that point. We liked the fact that it did have parking, though it was a tight fit getting our car into the elevator and underground parking. Once there, it was fine.

I found this with all three hotels we stayed at in Portugal. I asked for an elevator because my wife is in a wheelchair. The elevator at Hotel Amadora was capable of carrying myself, my wife, but not our luggage. There was concern about weight limits. Appreciated the warning. At the previous hotel we had to remove the footrests from the wheelchair for it to fit. at least here there was enough room for the whole wheelchair. Thank you.

It is a two stars hotel, so that's exactly what you should expect about it. The presentation and pictures on booking are quite accurate, so there are no surprises. Although is not a fancy hotel, the personnel is very helpful and it is also very clean. Daily cleaning is povied as well. We had enough space in our room. The location is pretty good, right near the train station and not far from the city center (about 15 minutes by train).

Kind of noisy and sometimes food smelling (our window orientation was to a kitchen vent)

The location was not what we expected. This was the only place in our vacation we did not feel safe (inside the hotel it was fine). The rooms are very simple and a bit small.

Bed was super comfy. Check in was easy- Eunice was great very polite, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice for a true portuguese breakfast. So close to the train station but equally was easy to book an uber to and from. Felt secure. I had an excellent stay- the shower pressure was not the strongest but the water flow was amakzing so I had great showers

Room was a bit dark unless you opened the curtain. Very humble room but had everything you needed. A bit of dust under the bed and the chandelier which triggered my allergies but overall clean. The air con was a bit weak but I didn't mind that as it wasn't so hot The safe wasn't very safe as anyone could put the same pin on

Professional staff, the concierge at checking time was most helpful. The ladies in the morning were amazing and did everything to meet my needs when I asked for my luggage to be secured and called a taxi so I can be on time for my meeting. Many thanks to you all

Nothing to complain about

Modern hotel, pretty clean. Probably better value than more centrally located hotels. Close to railway station so it's easy to get to all parts of Lisbon as well as Sintra and the coast towards Cascais. E.g. about 15 minutes to Rossio square. The train's nicer than going on the metro anyway, and it's all covered by the same travel card. The local neighborhood has many shops and eateries.

It is on a fairly noisy street, but since it has air conditioning you can at least close the window which eliminates much of the noise. The soundproofing between rooms is not terrible but could be better.
