Old but very lovely amenities, spacious apartments, not very well equipped thou. Good size gym and very nice pool area.

Staff seems like they don't like their job, and always seems like to busy to help. So I didnt borther to ask them for anything. On the upside, they dont even pretend to care if your stay was good or not, since they didnt even look up when I gave my keycard, so no need to be awkward.

Perfect locationand quiet. Two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) so weather is not an issue. 1.5km to the nearst train station and than 2-10min trip to Lisbon or 20min trip to Oceanside. You can rent a car on site. Rooms got everything you need in an apartment. Renovation? Yes please just to shut all the naysayers up! ;)

Spacious apartment, wide passages and doorways. Ample wardrobe space and lighting. Safe in the wardrobe. Aircon worked well. Kitchen was basic, as described and fit-for-purpose. A few more items would do well such as a cutting board, veg peeler, a few plastic mixing bowls, a serving spoon. Dish washing liquid, sponge scourer and cloth were supplied. The freezer was great and appreciated. Washing machine was great to have available. Nice to have the complete operation manuals for the washing machine, stove and microwave in a file on the table. Huge balcony with lovely views and table, chairs and sunlounger. Bathroom is large and the amenities provided were ample and nice, good quality. Gown was supplied, so I just missed slippers, which I would expect at the price and star rating. The beds, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. And the towels supplied were nice and soft. Breakfast was great. More than enough choice, hot and cold. Quickly replenished when required. Our dog was welcome. We were allowed to have him with us on the terrace at meal times. He was greeted wherever we went in the hotel, and the room service waiter wanted to stay and play with him! More than enough space in the hotel grounds for him to walk, plenty of bins available to dispose of poop-bags. Plus there's a fantastic nature area directly over the road from the hotel where we spent a few hours. I did occasionally hear other dogs barking in the hotel, but it was never intrusive. The hotel is aging, and it is truly family friendly - you're going to hear children, and pet friendly... do not expect chic, glossy, impersonal city style. What you do get is a lovely, comfortable and spacious apartment where you can relax and feel at home. We've found our go-to place to stay whenever we come down to Lisbon!

No explanation of the hotel facilities on arrival. I had to ask where breakfast was served, and I still don't know where the indoor pool, spa, fitness room or vehicle entrance to the underground parking is. I didn't know how to get into the bar area except jumping over some pot plants haha!

The apartment was spacious and it was great to have a washing machine. The outdoor area was lovely with plenty of sun loungers and it was good to have an indoor pool too.

The outdoor pool was cold, too cold for anything more than a brisk swim. Although there was a washing machine provided, there wasn't a drying rack. It would also be great if the hotel were able to provide / sell washing powder sachets to avoid having to buy a full box for a short stay.

Luxurious fully equipped studio apartment within beautiful hotel complex. Complete with oven, stove top, microwave, fridge, washer dryer, all crockery and utensils. Excellent WiFi. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Large balcony with outdoor seating area. Full use of hotel facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish bath (we only used the jacuzzi due to arriving early evening). Staff extremely helpful. There was a complimentary bottle of wine and water in the room upon arrival

Air conditioning switched on but did not appear to work, however it was a cool evening and having the balcony door slightly ajar was sufficient so we did not complain

Its a very comfortable hotel & at a great location with nice view of the city & beach. The staff was also very nice and helpfull. spacious & cozy rooms. I booked the studio room which had a big balcony to enjoy the fresh air, beautiful city views. Bathroom is also very spacious and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The €15 per person buffet breakfast has everything you would want for a healthy breakfast.

Stayed only 1 night so didn't experience anything that would count towards not liking anything about the property.

When we got there our internet wasn't working, the management team were great they kept at it to get it fixed and personally came spoke to us. The morning breakfast dining staff were all great and helpful. The breakfast itself was really good with quite a few options. I highly recommend this property, especially if you are travelling with pets and don't necessarily want to be in the hustle & bustle of the city centre. Added bonus for us was they have a small football pitch / tennis court, that kept our boys entertained!

great sized apartment which is so much better than all being squeezed into one hotel room. we loved the brek there was so much choice. staff were very friendly. we didn’t use all the facilities but the indoor pool was a great touch as there in November. found the hotel bar and food to be reasonably priced. while you are a long walk to the train station and a few miles from Lisbon, taxis are again reasonable price and the train was only €14 for 3 day pass.

other reviews mention dated furniture but it was comfortable and apartment size makes up for it. same for the location you’re out of the way from beach and city centre but won’t get those facilities for that price in a central location. I’d imagine it to be noisy staying central Lisbon too.

All the staff were exceptionally helpful, whether in reception or the bar. The domestic staff were very conscientious and we were very satisfied with the standard of cleanliness The food and service in the bar was so good and reasonably priced that we decided to use it in the evenings to relax rather than go out in the surrounding area to find local restaurants.

The only criticism would be that staff need to keep an eye on use of the outdoor pool - we went for an early evening swim and some guests were encouraging their dog to swim in the pool! Needless to say we did not go in! I know that this was not hotel policy and the pool otherwise was beautifully kept. Also,we did not take breakfast as we thought 15 euros per person was quite expensive.

Very quiet location and though we didn't use the pool it is in a good location with views across the Bay of Lisbon. The staff are extremely helpful in all areas. If you are lucky enough to get a seaview room the view is fantanstic. Nice touch with the complimentary water and wine in the room.

The rooms lacked the detail you would expect to find in a 4 star hotel such as USB charging sockets in the room. Some of the equipment in the kitchen area didn't work such as worktop lights and extractor fan.
