It’s easy to find the place. A good location in the center close to boats New, clean, good maintained room. The shower and bathroom facilities. Clean towels Welcome communication. Nice small eating-chilling area with coffee and teapot. Good breakfast included. Quiet room. We were allowed to stay in our room 1 more hour after check out time. You can keep your things on the reception before or after check in/out time.

You don’t have place to keep your things on/in. The wardrobe is small and uncomfortable to use. Its sliding door is also a door to the bathroom and wasn’t easy to move. In our room there were one plastic chair and 2 small stools instead of bedside tables. So we kept most of our things on the floor

Location is right at the edge of the old town and channels. Staff were very kind and welcoming. Room is very big, so as the bathroom. USB sockets everywhere. Never seen them in Portugal before. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is continental, but good enough. Very cozy shared space with the kitchen and tables. This is where you will have a breakfast in the morning, but also can spend time whenever you like.

We were staying on the ground floor, so it was a little noisy at night when a people or cars were passing by or parking. Since it was hot (yes, hot in the middle of October), we kept our windows open.

Quiet area that is close to the main part of Aveiro, all less than 20 mins walk from the B & B. Breakfast was varied and good. Room well decorated, but a bit smaller than expected.

Better storage space for medium sized suitcases and items is needed, as only a small area available in the room and easily used up. More storage shelves in bathroom, possibly above the sink area. A second mirror and power point near it within the main room are would be good as well.

Comfy bed, nice continental breakfast, very kind reception staff. Room was very clean and fairly quiet.

Just a small issue with bathroom sink which we shared at checkout and which I’m sure was taken care of. Also, the parking (we arrived during a festival which we were unaware of) was completely frustrating. Not the fault of the hotel of course. The nearby public parking was totally full by 15:00 arrival, we found a street spot by pure luck. But it was not easy 😩

We got upgraded to a bigger room which was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. The shower was huge and we loved just having extra space from what we expected. Good breakfast. 5 minute walk to the city center which was amazing. Great restaurant close by.

Breakfast was simple, not many options which sucked. We were in the first floor which meant that we could hear steps of the room above and the noise from the kitchen area were breakfast was held.

It has a great location, a cozy and clean room, and good linen and towels. Friendly staff. Not quite obvious that check-in has to be done in another building, but it's not a big problem. Breakfast is standard but it is a good choice of food, and the kids were happy with it. Our room was on the first floor, next to the kitchen where breakfast is served. But because of good soundproofing and good doors, you can't hear anything, no one will wake you up in the morning with the clinking of dishes :)

Room was spacious, airy and modern with attractive nautical design features which were very appropriate for the location. Breakfast provided an excellent variety of delicious foods, all nicely presented with serving utensils. They were frequently replenished. Terrific coffee. Very friendly, young woman attendant who had very helpful suggestions for local places to visit. An A-1 location for restaurants. Would highly recommend.

The location is right in the historical center just a few steps away from the main canal. It is quite modern, and clean. The rooms are just the right size one would expect, with the bathrooms being a little bigger than expected. The breakfast room at the entrance is also very nice, with nice decor and attention to detail. The breakfast was good, with different sweet and savoury options. The staff was also very nice and helpful to answer our questions. We were also able top leave our luggage after checkout so that we could spend a few more hours in town.

The air conditioning in one of our rooms was not working well, but we let them know. Fortunately it was not too hot so it was bearable.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was so grateful when Paulo organised a 4am taxi to the airport for me. The location is a short walk to the water, the bridge over to Gaia as well as the tram stop, restaurants and cafes. Room 33 is huge. There is access to a kettle and pod coffee maker in the common area too.

There is no lift which was fine for me but something to consider if you have mobility issues.

Very friendly staff. Very good Central location. Near Canal area and restaurants. Small modern efficient room. Very good AC. Quiet room. Good Breakfast. Glad the nearby city street Construction underway did not effect our quiet stay. Nice location to walk to shops and restaurants.

Satisfied with this stay (so I will upgrade our rating to an "8" but major city street Construction ( in late March) close by so our GPS "failed to reroute" and we chose by default to park several blocks away. Street Parking even close by the hotel seemed limited. (My original "low" score of "7" is only because of the road traffic reconfiguration nearby due to street construction) Otherwise a very good walking area to shops and restaurants.
