Excellent amenities and nice staff (special kudos to everyone at the reception checking out and the breakfast service) location is a bit far from the city center but that makes it super quiet, great for families

Housekeeping. Short for a 4-stars, cleaning was super clumsy and took forever for not much. You could go out all day long, come back and the room may not be ready….There were various spots that needed deep cleaning (balcony, bathroom), and spots where there were literally piles of dust and spider webs. This was taken care of immediately though when I signaled it.

Very polite and kind staff.Very clean,comfortable and quiet.We enjoyed the gym and the indoor pool too.The breakfast was incredible.We offer it with warm heart.

The staff is great, rooms are big and clean. The whole hotel looks very organized, modern and clean. Hotel porter was very accommodating and friendly. All facilities were open and staffed. Breakfast was very good. Everything you could wish for.

Only thing I didn't like were the high bar prices. €5,50 for a normal beer and €16 for a salad. I payed €4 for a cappuccino and €12 for a cocktail. That's quite high for portuguese prices. Also what bothered me was other guests putting towels on pool chairs in the morning and coming back many hours later, hogging the pool chairs. I saw staff remove towels once or twice, but there should be a rule or something in my opinion. Most times I've sat at the pool, almost all pool chairs were "taken" but there would only be like 4 of 5 people in the pool. I don't know if the hotel can do anything about that, but it was annoying.

Ideal base for beach and city break, 20 minutes from the centre of Lisbon. Car essential but also really handy for getting up and down the hill. We went with friends who paid the same as us but we're given a room above the bar with no balcony after requesting a room with a balcony!! The asked for a change and were given a tiny room with small balcony, the next day they were told that another room was available, which was a small studio apartment, which h they were delighted with, but 2 days to sort a room and the hotel was far from full, poor show by the hotel I feel. By contrast we got a brilliant room at the back of the hotel on the 5th floor, no complaints at all. But the should of made sure we both had lovely rooms, wasn't a great start to our weeks holiday. Breakfast is Amazing, so much choice and all delish.

The staff here is what really stood out for us. They were all very engaging and helpful, helping us improve our limited Portuguese. There was ample parking and it was equidistant to the beach and highway. The room was well appointed, and with our 5th floor ocean view, it was always lovely to open the curtains in the morning. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and staff very attentive. Would definitely stay here again, and now that we live here, we'll be back to visit the very kind Alina at the bar :)

It's a bit of a maze to get to the health club area (although I may have taken the least direct route).

Check in was hassle free as we arrived late at night.Eduardo who checked us in was very helpful and offered us a drink on arrival .The bedroom was exceptional as were the facilities in the hotel. The breakfast was superb, and the staff very helpful and friendly.

We booked a King Premium Delux room with a sea view. We literally had to bend over the balcony to see the sea and this was not what we expected.I am not sure if the hotel was full and felt we should have received a room with a proper sea view.We paid the extra money approx €170 for our weeks stay and feel hard done by.Had we known we would have booked a standard double room. Not sure if it was because we booked through Booking.com and not direct with the hotel. The rate on the hotel website was dearer......

The hotel is set in a very good location. Golf grounds are stunning, hotel has a nice pool and a cute little pool for babies. Very good breakfast and very pleasant staff all around the hotel. Good size room and a balcony with a beautiful view is a bonus. Overall everything in the hotel is brand new and provides a comfortable stay. Special thank you to Katrina from reception who was very helpful and efficient. I would also like to highlight the service of lovely Vanessa from the restaurant (breakfast room) she went the extra mile in looking after us and has made our stay very special.

due to the hotel being quite busy, room wasn’t ready on time. few minor flaws due to that but the staff has made it up for it.

I like everything about this property Staff was so polite and helpful!!!! Restaurant manager made us best coffee in morning, she was also very helpful! Facilities are great 👍 I would rate this hotel 5 star as well , huge swimming pool , sauna , steam room 👍and it all super clean

I like everything about this hotel , well it is away from village and 20-30 minutes away from Lisbon, but Ubers are cheap there ! Easy!

Very nice facilities and friendly staff! they have a kids room with very friendly babysitters that really made me feel safe to leave my daughter there. The pools and sauna are very well taken care of and spacious, as was the room. I went during my birthday and received very kind surprises from the hotel.

Initially the room we got assigned had glass fragments on the floor, after the first clean it was not all gone but the head housekeeper quickly reassigned us to a new room
