Very good location to beach, bars and restaurants. very clean / comfortable beds staff very friendly and helpful

No balcony - felt a bit claustrophobic Not enough plug sockets for modern life - phones, watch chargers, hair dryer (need my own) - could put an extension in there for some extra sockets. Although we did not spend that much time in the room, the TV is really high up in the wall and hard to adjust, with only one English Channel - in that after beach hour it would have been nice to watch something. The furnishings/curtains etc look a bit old and dated and could with some replacements

It was a nice hotel for my one night stay, in a bit retro style. The room was nice, had a tv, air condition and a small fridge. The location was perfect, i could see the ocean from one of my windows and it is located almost in the pedestrian zone with just a few minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast was very good and varied. Guilherme the receptionist is a great great guy willing to help anytime.

The shower could be cleaned a bit more to remove black spots. The bed sheets also had different spots and because they are white it was pretty much visible. But these are minor flaws, apart from that, everything was fine.

Nice hotel with great location near the beach. I told them I was coeliac and needed gluten free food and they organised an impressive breakfast with bread, cereal and muffins all in closed packaging for extra reassurance and even brought slices of cheese and ham from the kitchen to avoid contamination! Very impressed for a Portuguese hotel

Room was ok but looked old and used with some broken bits in the bathroom door, also the shower was quite small. I would stay again anyway. It would also be nice to have a gluten free toaster for your coeliac guests that is locked to only be used with gluten free bread.

My husband and I stayed in the Double Room with Sea View (room 301). The room was spacious and bright with a lovely view of the ocean. Property is in a prime location next to the beach and pedestrian street. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery store. The staff was lovely and the included breakfast was varied and quite filling. The ladies kept all breakfast items refreshed and the room was spotless.

Hassane was so helpful to me! He allowed me to check in a little early because I was stuck between hotel reservations. He called me by name, and offered recommendations on the area. When I was leaving, he offered to call a car, and brought me a bottle of water for the ride. I felt that I was given excellent and personalized attention. The hotel also serves a beautiful complementary breakfast. The nicest that I’ve run into in some time. The staff is excellent. The place was immaculate. The location is unbeatable. What else does one need?

The location was perfect, the room was so lovely and cosy , it was also cleaned every day ,the whole place was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was simple but good choices and fresh. The staff were alway polite and helpful. Excellent value for money .We really enjoyed our stay.

Just a tiny thing, we would have like coffee making facilities in the room . No big deal at all.

The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room was clean and tidy. The location was perfect, both near the beach and the main streets. Hassane on reception was brilliant, kind and helped us with info on public transport and late check out. The lady on breakfast duty kept all items topped up and tables clear and clean.

The bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

The hotel is well-located and the staff was super nice and helpful. The room had a huge balcony with amazing views of the beach. It was a comfortable stay overall.

The sound the key cards make was surprisingly loud, I could clearly hear other guests opening their doors from my room during the night. Maybe the volume could be turned down a bit. The bed creaked quite a bit with movement.

We had an excellent experience during our trip, thanks to the extremely helpful staff, good breakfasts, and wonderful location. The hotel offered great value for the price, situated in a charming neighborhood that enhanced our stay. The room was quite suitable for two people—clean, cozy, and comfortable—providing everything we needed for a successful trip.

ALL the staff in the hotel were exceptionally nice and friendly. Breakfast was good plenty of choice and great to see it had good times for breakfast. Room was good nice ensuite with air con in the room. There was also a fridge to be able to leave medications or cold drinks.

It is not seen often in EU countries but would love to see a kettle and facilities for making drinks especially with late arrivals
