Good location but not close to the center. Great view.

The fact we were told to check out not on the right day (a day before the end of the reservation), might be by mistake but still it happened and wasn’t compensated back with the money we were charged for the day we didn’t stay .. and needed to pay for another night in another hotel because of that and twice paying city taxes as well on the same day (at first the reason was you didn’t return the second key, which wasn’t working from the start and it was returned second after giving the key expecting to be refunded with the daily payment and taxes, we were told to wait for the manager tomorrow and coming tomorrow saying she will be here the following day)

Plenty of facilities just around the corner. This hotel is very well located, with a Vasco da Gama Bridge view. Close to Vasco da Gama mall with plenty of restaurants, and stores. Oriente is the Closest «central station» where busses, trains, metros and other choices of transports to anywhere you want to go. There are only 2,3 stops by trem to Santa Apolónia station where museum do fado is located.

The only issue is the Bath tub which licking throught a gap and the shower which was difficult to gets a right temperatura.

Decoration was very good. Housekeeping were spotless and would even clean the room during the afternoon without request. The whole hotel is beautiful and is very well located.

Even though I've kept the towels hanged they've changed it every day. Not something I'm complaining, but I've hanged them expecting to be kept and save water on the cleaning, as they noticed on a bathroom note. The front office desk could be more attentive, especially when a client is waiting to be attended. Although there's nothing the hotel could do, my room was on a side where it has a train sation right in front - it would be appreciated if they'd inform during the check-in that it could get noisier by 8am

Location was good for me as was just a 10 minute cab ride to the airport, and a 10 minute walk to Oriente bus station. Hotel was very clean, staff professional, and room was really nice and a good size.

Having the shower in the bath was a bit slippery at times, and even though it was nice and powerful, sprayed right across to the sink, getting anything there wet! Not the end of the world, but for some people not ideal. Also, the grouting around the bath was a bit ugly and messy. Feels like the bathroom could maybe do with an upgrade to meet today's standards for a 'VIP Executive' Hotel.

Perfect location (very close to the office). Very good view of the Tagus river from the top floors. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Will visit again if I have to travel again to Lisbon.

The rooms could be refurbished at some point. The main restaurant too. In the bathroom, it took me some time to understand how to get hot water in the shower... Despite these minor things, the stay was great overall and I will probably probably come back if I have to travel again to Lisbon in the future.

I made this booking for my husband, in order to be relatively near to the airport for an early flight the next day. That worked really well, as he just called an Uber and it took only a few minutes to get to the airport (terminal 2). If Uber had not been available, there was always the option of walking to nearby Oriente station and getting a regular taxi there (or calling one, or course). Note that the pick-up point for the Uber is right outside the hotel , which is the "wrong direction" for the airport, but stopping on the other side is not possible.

Liked everything, all was fine

Efficient, friendly service. Lovely view from our 7th floor room. Spacious, good lighting, complementary water and very comfortable. Small but very nice bar with excellent service.

Bathroom has shower with bath. Bath was very high. Not a problem for us but if one had mobility issues, particularly with knees, it could be a tricky situation. Shower gel container pump, attached to wall, full but impossible to get pump to function, this is a common problem in hotels. Fix please!

Super clean, the room was spotless! Very nice stay!

Restaurant, I asked reception until what time I could order food, they said 10pm. We got to restaurant at 9pm and were told no food but we could try to order. Plenty of empty tables and we still had to wait around 20 minutes to be sitted. Then we waited over 30 minutes to place our order and another 30 minutes to get my soup cold! Sent back and the main course was cold and overcooked as anything would take half an hour to arrive! Disappointed with the restaurant, we did not want to try breakfast there.

The room was nice

- the bed was not so comfortable, - Staff looks not so much interested in the work they are doing and not friendly, - Hot water in the shower was not working properly. The hotel's structure is good, but the lack of willingness from the staff during service, the not very comfortable bed, and the issue with the hot water in the shower make the Ibis my next choice for staying in Lisbon.

We got this for Web Summit and it is perfectly located for the event. On top of this the room and bed are comfortable, the staff is super nice - especially the bartender, he is excellent and makes incredible cocktails. Breakfast is super good, so many options. It is not close to the city center but Uber/Bolt have great prices and easy to find.

Would have been nice to have a small gym, in our room the hair dryer was a bit faulty.
