Casa Calma was hosted by two lovely people. Rafael was an excellent communicator, helping me stay informed and at eaae. The room amd property were spotless! The location was so lovely; we enjoyed spending time in the park across the street and in the few cafes in the neighborhood. It was like a ticked away little envlabe!

Disapppointed that on the 2 days we had yo leave 8:30 AM, we werenot allowed to fox a small breakfast, as they start the breakfast at nine. It is a simple self serve. breakfast of bread, jam, cheese meat yogurt fruit and granola. . It seemed easy enough to us to grab a piece of bread or yogurt before we left on a busy day, but were told we could not. Also, and this is minor I was assureds at Check in Sunday morning that the decaffeinated coffee ( only type i could drink) would be refilled the next day and it never was until our checkout Friday AM. Bummer to not have coffee with my breakfast.

The property is beautifully designed in a very nice neighborhood. Very clean rooms and good breakfast.

We had to share a bathroom which was ok, but a little less convenient than having your own bathroom and thus not our preference. However, everything was very clean and we never faced any issues that the bathroom was in use when we needed it.

Wonderful Breakfast, beautiful park right across street. Nice area and it had an elevator!! No hauling luggage up flights of stairs! And windows that open. And a nice fan in each room!!

Rooms need to be identified by numbers or pictures or something on doors. I had other new guests walk in my room accidently trying to find the exit door. Suggest having a toilet separate from the single shared bathroom for times when a teen guest is showering long time and a guest really needs the toilet. There was a situation where the guests who had their own bathroom were actually also using the shared bathroom which added more people sharing one bathroom. Overall that minor inconvenience did not detract from how nice the accommodation was.

Fabulous area, one of my faves in Lisbon, right off a sweet park, close to tons of cafes, restaurants, shops & great access to multiple great neighborhoods. Hosts were accessible, responsive & accommodating. Place was super clean & cute. Room was clean & comfy, though small. Breakfast was a simple & typical continental.

Not atypical to any Airbnb I've stayed in, but atypical to hotels, it was a building with regular residents. The flat above my room was very loud! They played the piano a lot during the day, which I personally liked, but it was very audible (so important to note), and the hard part for me was walking around in shoes on wood floor until very late at night (like midnight, at least), other loud noises of daily life, and a couple days an intense vibration that sounded like construction, which I later came to believe were the washing machine & dryer, as they vibrated above me. So it wasn't as quiet as a usual hotel, and definitely disturbed my sleep.

My sister and I booked the room with the private enclosed bathroom and we absolutely LOVED it! It exceeded our expectations for the amount of space provided and it was super clean and comfortable! Additionally, we absolutely LOVED the location. It felt super safe and was next to the cutest wine bar and delicious restaurants. We walked 20-25 minutes to other spots and it was super easy to always get to. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this area when staying in Portugal to avoid the center if you don't like a too touristy feeling!

The hotel is situated on the most beautiful little square. While it's surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, it feels secluded, with a different energy from much of the city centre. In addition to the room and bathroom (both very clean and tidy, with great water pressure) you have access to a serene, spacious kitchen, living and dining area 24/7. This was mostly empty and a good place to unwind and plan your outings. Breakfast included meats and cheese, a variety of fruit, jams and honey, Greek yoghurt and cereals, toast, tea, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Paula was super friendly, helpful and happy to chat. She was able to advise us on public transport and contacted us in advance of our trip to advise on transport from the airport to the hotel.

Breakfast wasn't served until 9am, not the most convenient if you want to get out into the city early. However, you do have access to the fridge freezer for storing your own food, should you want to eat earlier at the hotel. N.B. Once the hotel got busier, the hot water tank wasn't able to accommodate everyone in a short space of time, and we had to wait for it to refill before using the shower.

Located in an oasis in the Principe Real area of Lisbon, the park and restaurants create a great neighbourhood feel. the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and it is great to have the kitchen and living areas to come back to at the end of the day. Casa C’Alma is basically 10-20 minutes walk from all the attractions of Lisbon you would want to see in any direction, and a great place to come back to at the end of the day.

We had no complaints. This is for people looking for a peaceful place to stay.

Very welcoming host which gave us recommendations accompanied by a Google Map. Every morning a simple yet good breakfast with fresh orange juice. We shared the bathroom and that was no problem at all. Comfy bed. Beautiful room located at a vivid parc with nice restaurants.

The charming hotel is located at a lovely but busy parc. People have drinks here during the nights. No worries with earplugs. However, there is no airco in the room and the van makes a bit noise, so we preferred to keep the windows - and thus the noise - open.

Breakfast was amazing: fresh fruits and wonderful jams! The staff was very kind and ready to meet our needs. The location was a stroll away from one of the most beautiful bairros of Lisboa: Chiado. We are really satisfied.

Some little improvement could be made in the bathroom: there was a socket that didn't work out, but it wasn't a big deal because there were several other sockets in the room.

Plenty of choice for breakfast. A good location, the hotel is on two bus routes. The hotel is located on a shady square with kiosk selling beer, coffee, and snacks. Very nice for sitting out in the evening. 2 wine bars and 3 restaurants also on the square.

Our room was very pleasant but quite compact, it would have been nice if there was room for a chair.
