The room exceeded all expectations. Great location - from the airport you can take the subway or bus, direct and without transfers. Rooms are large, with good mattress and and pillows, blankets. Incredibly friendly staff - thank them so much for everything! The kitchen is very clean, with microwave, kettle, oven and fridge, there are all utensils. Always very clean, cleaned every day very thoroughly. Special mention must be made of the availability of an elevator, you don't have to lug your luggage up and down the stairs. Excellent value for money!

Truly as the title suggests....everything was great, and as others have said it is such good value for money. The bed is comfy and clean, the bathroom is clean as well, and the room itself is big enough for a couple. Of course, this is for the private room, I cannot attest to the quality of the dormitory but I imagine it is just as nice. The best part is the staff, who are so friendly and welcoming. It is something that can turn an okay stay into a great one. I would recommend this stay for a couple of nights in Lisbon, even for 4 nights as we have done. The location is not too bad as well, as it is near public transport which gets you to the city center in less than 20 minutes.

The only issue was the WIFI, as at first there was virtually no connection once we entered our room. BUT, the staff made sure it was fixed and a night or two later we had great WIFI. So, even then, we can't complain :)

It was a pleasant surprise. I was not expecting what I found after the reviews I saw here. Nothing like that. The Hostel is spotless in cleaning. During the night we didn't hear any noise. The lady from the hostel was very polite and they offered us a basket with milk, cookies, and little cakes. It was an excellent stay. We will stay over again next time.

The internet, I couldn't have a good signal in our room. Apart from that everything was great. The value for money was excellent.

Good location with many restaurants, shops and a park in walking distance. Working air-conditioning. Good Wi-Fi, friendly staff.

Bed was squeaky and the springs very noticeable. Very loud: cars honking, sirens, buses passing outside day and night. The toilets are ridiculously small - when sitting down, I had to lift my legs because the cabin was so tiny.

The staff of this hotel is very helpful. I left my backpack in the kitchen on the first night, which contained my cash and bank cards. I found my bag at the front desk the next night. It turned out that their staff helped me protect my bag last night. Thanks to the enthusiastic and kind staff. I recommend everyone to stay in this warm hostel.

First of all, nice, cozy, very very very clean, centralized and easy to get around. Secondly, the most important part is the staff are always there to help and make sure everyone is happy and feeling good. Even the owner asks about if every single thing is okay !! All the respect and appreciation for all of you guys. Absolutely Highly recommended

It was great hotel centre of Lisbon. I got soft drink inside the reception to buy..For breakfast I go down and take breakfast near McDonald's. AND I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN I spend one night in coruzinha hotel in lisbon

The stuff was very kind and friendly. They tried all they could to help me and make me feel comfortable.

As it is a hostel, even the calm room was not perfectly calm until 1 a.m., as the other guest talked a little loud in the common areas.

Very friendly staff. There was some confusion with our booking through booking.com and the staff did what they could to make up for it without inconveniencing us. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

The place is very clean and very quiet. The workers are really nice and avalaible at every time for every need. Perfect place to stay for visiting Lisbonne at a small cost.
