Where do you start? Large room, great bed, welcome bottle of wine, daily replenishment of refrigerator items (eggs, cheese, yoghurt, butter, fruit, milk, granola) plus a bag of fresh rolls, croissants, Portuguese custard tarts, hung on the door each morning! - a coffee machine with capsules! - a washer dryer, bath robes, and the list goes on. The staff without exception were excellent, especially Alex who checked us in and came up to give us a run-down of the apartment’s features. We saw him often in the week we stayed. The location was brilliant. Close to restaurants, landmarks and transport.

The rooms were equipped with everything that you would require - daily breakfast of freshly baked croissants, bread rolls , pastel de nata delivered to your room every morning in a calico bag to a fridge full of basics like fruit, cheese, butter, jams , granola . Everything was thought of - first aid kit, makeup wash cloth , bottle of wine . Staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way if needed. The hotel was central to many places . The room we had had a balcony which was lovely to use .

Excellent place _ super nice staff. Don't hesitate to ask for more coffee if you need in the morning, they will bring it to your door in no time. Middle of Lisboa, ideally placed near shopping and cultural areas and 10 min walk from the sea front. Very modern, clean and well equipped appartment.

Breakfast was really limited, no special area and you need to cook them yourself.

The staff at this property were exceptional and very helpful, going above and beyond, Location was also excellent within walking distance to train stations and ferry terminal.

The bed was easily one of the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in. Bed linens were of very poor quality as was the mattress cover. Towels in bathroom again very poor quality. Floor rug was dirty and chairs at dining table worn as was the headboard.

The apartment listed has an excellent location - in the center of Lisbon. It is situated in a convenient and accessible area (near two metro stations), which makes it easy for guests to explore the local attractions. The breakfast provided by the accommodation is also of high quality and offers a great selection of food options - especially pastéis de nata - every day and still warm! The staff is friendly, helpful, and provides excellent service to guests. Overall, this apartment is highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable stay with great amenities.

Great location. In the historic center, close to everything yet just off the main tourist strip to gave some breathing room. Room is well equipped and breakfast supplies in the room were ample. Staff are friendly and offered a great welcome when we checked in.

Street that the hotel is on remains closed to car traffic which means there’s a very short walk with luggage from a parallel street. It’s not a deal breaker but worth bearing in mind if traveling with older folks who aren’t as mobile. Also, keep in mind that because these are serviced apartments, it does miss the typical hotel facilities, e.g. restaurant, gym, etc. but we knew that when we booked and we had prioritized room equipment and location over other facilities.

Such a wonderful stay for our family with 2 young children. The location is absolutely in the center of everything (all point of interest and metro with 5-10 min walk). yet the street it’s located is extremely quiet and very safe street that we had no problem walking around late at night due to jet lag. The room set up was exactly what we requested but more, with a large crib for our little one and sofa bed for our old one. All the linens are fresh and changed daily. We were very impressive with how the room came with everything we needed, washer, dishwasher, sizable fridge etc. also it was amazing that the fridge came fully stocked and restocked daily!! Fresh eggs, sliced cheese, butter, fresh fruits, milk. Also jam, coffee, tea and FRESH bread that’s delivered daily. Front desk staff team was absolutely lovely, it’s nice to be able to ring them up with a quick question or chat quickly on our way out. The house keeping staff did wonderful job too (though we didn’t get to meet them), besides the obvious amazing job they did changing the fresh bedding and towels daily, first day of our stay they even did our full sink of dishes for us (very unexpected as we were planning on doing it later), of course we left them a bit of gratuity and very pleasantly surprised by the team that goes above and beyond. We loved everything about our stay, and have confidence that you will too!!

Location is just fabulous! The staff are just amazing. So clean, so comfortable and so central. Couldn't fault this accommodation. The staff couldn't be nicer or kinder in particular Martin, Tiago, Marta, Juliana (I think that's her name) and other staff members whose name I have forgotten. Adding the breakfast in the mornings was such a treat and catered for my Gluten intolerance also. Little bags were left at our door with delights as Pastal de Natas, rolls, bread etc. Cheese, fruit, milk and eggs were in the fridge! Studio had everything in it that you needed, bathroom was very clean with hairdryer. Replenished water, coffee and tea each day. A lovely welcome with a bottle of wine was so appreciated. Pillows were divine as was the bed. I seriously can't fault this place and it will definitely be the place we'll stay again and again when we're Lisbon. We stay in a lot of places as we travel alot and this place is 10/10! Thank you to all the staff 😊

Everything was perfect and I'm picky!!

We stayed here very comfortably for 3 nights. The check in staff was friendly and knowledgeable as he escorted us to the room and explained how things worked. The apartment space is not too big but is still very thoughtfully designed for short stays. It also has first aid and fire extinguisher which I have never seen in an accomodation before. The little kitchen is more than well stocked with generous supplies of eggs, yogurt and fruits in the fridge and oil, salt pepper beverages etc out on the countertop with options to replenish anything anytime.

The countertop space was very limited to do the dishes or keep plates for serving kr keep lids while cooking. Some cool space saving measures would go a long way in making things a bit easier in the kitchen space. The dining table could be a little bigger as well because it's the only table in the room. The street is a no-car street and our cab dropped a 2 streets away from where we walked a few minutes to get to the apartment. We were not aware of this but it's not a long walk; just something to be aware of. An fantastic place, thoughtfully designed for a short stay highly recommend.
