The first thing that I want to comment on is that we asked for a bed for our toddler and when we arrived not only was there a bed but also a little bathtub and a chair for her to sit at the table...very impressed parent. Honestly, everything was so easy and comfortable. Breakfast was put in the fridge the day before and fresh baked goods delivered each morning ( we also had plenty of food to give our little one snacks during the day). The apartment was cleaned every day. Staff was helpful when needed and still present when not. Apartment was in the centre of everything and was so easy to get around although sometimes a bit hilly and bumpy but we were prepared for this. We left before any staff was working so just sent an email letting them know and got a friendly response back so we knew all was well and that we didn't have anything to worry about. Would 100% recommend this place to stay for a couple or for a family.

We had a one bed apartment on the first floor for 6 nights. Very spacious. Fully kitted out kitchen with everything you need to cook (but why would you cook when there are so many amazing restaurants) including water, wine and champagne glasses plus a bottle opener (we rarely stay in places that have all of this) and coffee machine. Washer/dryer, detergent supplied, shampoo, conditioner and body wash too. Breakfast was amazing and delivered to your door daily - fresh breads and pastries from the bakery which are hung on your door in a bag so you are not woken up, loads of fresh fruit, yoghurts, meats, cheese, milk and two different cereals. Perfect location with two amazing restaurants opposite. Open the balcony doors and you feel the atmosphere of the street, people and music (not loud doof doof!) - we were fine with this but may not suit others to leave them open when sleeping. Eduardo and Pedro (hosts) were very friendly and extremely helpful.

We arrived from our cruise during the time they had someone at the reception desk. We were too early for check-in, but they allowed us to enter the property, change clothes and stored our luggage until our room was ready. The room was a good size and allowed us to spread out. The baked goods we were provided each day for breakfast were awesome! And everyone was very accommodating and receptive to our needs.

No luggage racks made it difficult to pack and unpack as we don't like to use the furniture due to our dirty luggage wheels. The bathroom was small, which is fine given this is an older historic building, but it was also dark.

The property was excellent and met all our expectancies. Would surely recommend to whoever wishes to tour around Lisbon. The location is very central and all the main attractions are very accessible. The public transport is very good and the metro station is within 4 minutes walk. Breakfast has been good and bread and pastries provided every day at the door.

Nothing at all. Everything was up to standard. Service at the room is excellent as well. Wishing that this standard of service is kept all the way through. Keep it up!

Very clean, air conditioned and comfortable apartment (you have all equipments and utensils you might need!), great location (quite close to the local stores/shops and restaurants), very friendly and helpful staff, fresh fruits and bread from the bakery and food breakfast. Good soundproof (the street gets quite touristic in the late afternoon!). Would recommend it for a short stay in Lissabon!

The only small thing is that the lobby is not air conditioned at all- when there was a heat wave (we had 35° on some days in August), it gets quite warm. Besides that it was a very great stay! Obrigada!

Only the best reviews from our family, I wholeheartedly recommend this great place with historical background. We stayed for one week, the rooms are great, cleaning service every day, simple but good breakfast with fresh baked goods every morning. Very kind and helpful concierges, always ready to help and answer any questions. I was also pleasantly surprised with a handwritten message and a surprise, both at check-in and at check-out, it may seem small thing but I truly appreciated it. If make it short - just perfect - and we'll really comeback during our next trip ! Thank you !!! :)

1. Room layout was good for a family of 4 with 2 kids. - There's 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, 1 sofa bed in the living room, and another sofa bed in the attic. 2. Great location, close to all the famous sites. 3. Staffs were very nice and supportive. 4. Good breakfast and the welcome drink - ginjinha :) They brought fresh foods to the room every morning. 5. View from the living room was great. 6. It had a sweet little hammock in the living room :)

1. Had only 1 bathroom. 2. Living room sofa bed was a bit noisy at night, so kids might not sleep well. 3. The stair to the attic was a bit hard to climb. 4. Price is on a higher side. 5. A/C did not work very well in the attic. (1st floor was fine)

The central location of the apartment is great for sightseeing. The apartment is huge, very clean, and we loved the free breakfast every morning. We were celebrating our honeymoon during this trip - The staff got us a yummy cake and wrote a sweet congratulations note that were left in our apartment after check-in. We really appreciated the kind gesture! The staff is also super helpful with giving recommendations of places to visit in Lisbon.

The apartment overall is amazing. The only suggestion I’d give is to include some extra blankets or throws for the apartment.

We loved the location, close to all attractions and super comfortable bed. It's also very conveniently close to a grocery store. Staff were all very helpful, and it is a bonus that the apartments are serviced daily. This is hotel service but with the added facility of a kitchen and lounge.We loved that we could open the door in the lounge and feel part of the vibe overlooking the street. It is a very busy and noisy road, but with the door closed, it is almost completely soundproof, which makes for a good night's sleep. We also loved the breakfast and fresh bread every morning, without having to go to a breakfast room. I can highly recommend this apartment.

My only criticism is that there are only wine glasses and no tumblers for water and cold drinks, and the bathroom is quite tiny, but that is a minor inconvenience.

Could not have asked for more from our stay- absolutely perfect! Comfortable and very well equipped. They even provided a small bath for our toddler which we had not expected but she was so happy with! Fruit, salads, meats, cheeses, pancakes etc all provided, along with cereals and freshly delivered bread/pastries every morning. Brilliant location and many of the sites very easily reached. Tram 28 stops just down the road, and the Time Out Market and train stations 10 minutes walk away. Many restaurants and places to eat locally, and also supermarket/fruit and veg shops across the road. Special thanks to our wonderful friendly concierge Joana for making our stay so wonderful and our little girl feel so special. We will recommend to anyone coming to Lisbon!

Fridays/ Saturday nights loud at night due to being close to bar area. Take ear plugs and not a problem at all :)
