The apartment was surprisingly big and the rooms are with bathroom. With kitchen and comfortable living room. Everything was great.

The floor is with wooden floor. We stayed on the second floor (M2) and we could hear every steps from upstairs. It was so loud as if someone was in our apartment. I got scared at the beginnig until I realized its from upstairs. Nothing they can do to solve this problem. So it would be best to stay on the top floor to avoid this noise.

Really interesting spaces, maximalist arty vibe throughout. Super friendly staff both on check-in and check-out. Comfortable and interesting room in the building next door, very pleasant spaces, plenty of room for three of us (two beds in separate rooms, two bathrooms, small kitchenette (with espresso machine) and dining table). I don't know how the other rooms are -- I get the sense that they vary -- but we were very happy with ours. Awesome rooftop bar as well -- pricey but worth it for the view, decor, and creative cocktails. Really nice location , too -- in Baixa-Chiado, the beautiful shopping and dining district, and an easy walk to the waterfront (where you can rent an e-bike or scooter), Rossio station, the tram stops at Rossio Square (take tram 12, not 28, if you want a fun ride up to the castle without waiting in line for an hour), and the historic Calçada do Duque stairs (lined with cafes and bars) up to the happening Barrio Alto. Restaurants, bars and cafes everywhere, and wonderful pastel de nata at Manteigaria around the corner. We loved this hotel, and would definitely stay again.

There is a bit of street noise at night -- mostly from trucks making deliveries (which is impossible during the day). It wasn't bad -- just a small thing.

Loved the styling of this hotel. You walk in and go 'wow'. It far exceeded my expectations. Heaps of very cool furnishings that make you feel like you're in somewhere far more posh. The breakfast was amazing. Definitely include this extra in your stay, you won't regret it. The hotel is in a central area which is nice and flat, a stones throw from the river and an easy walk up to the cool Alfama area. Its close to the tram 28 stop if you don't like hills.

Nothing. This place is well-worth it. We loved it all and stayed 6 nights in January. Complimentary wine included and very helpful staff.

This hotel has an amazing location. When I say amazing, like walking distance from literally most places you'd want to see. The room was comfortable, virtually no noise even though it is in the heart of the city centre. Rida from reception was exceptionally helpful and gave amazing tips on what to do etc, do ask her if you are staying here! 😀 Breakfast is also decent for €15 or there are great coffee shops like Copenhagen coffee labs near by for great breakfast!

Everything was great. One day the water broke down but the fixed it in a while. The hotel is in an old building I believe so the plugs etc aren't super modern but other than that, it was a fantastic stay! B

We loved everything about this property. On a family holiday with adult children we had a 3 bedroom apartment complete with 3 bathrooms. It was fun and very quirky. Beds extremely comfortable. Staff amazing, breakfast room definitely worth a visit. We had drinks on the rooftop bar every night to enjoy the view Drinks were a little on the pricey side but worth it just for the experience and fun finding it. Would highly recommend this property especially if you enjoy things a little different. If you love the matchy matchy coordinating hotel rooms it’s not your place We loved that there was something fun around every corner Thank you for a wonderful stay

Very central location, easy to walk to everywhere. close to train and metro stations. Warm welcome, very informative receptionists. Loved the quirky arty theme throughout the hotel. Room well equipped with everything you needed for a short stay. Good restaurants opposite and just up the road.

Fridge noise on and off during the night but we did get used to it. The bar and the roof top bar were both closed for 3 weeks which was disappointing.

It was the perfect location for exploring the beautiful city of Lisbon and a 1 minute walk away from the amazing Santa Justa Lift. Our fantastic room exceeded all our expectations and was so spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was really good. The delicious buffet breakfast was the perfect way to start each day before going out sightseeing. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of! We definitely plan on staying here again at this fun and artistic hotel on our next visit!

Location was great with everything you need on your doorstep! Street noise from performers died down at a reasonable time as well, so it was great to have a view from the room for that! Staff were exceptional

No dislikes as such the property was great - I had an issue with the toilet not filling up after flushing and it was tended too - Altho it seemed it was just a quirk not a fault The air con/ heater I wasn’t sure if it was a really working and so Just used one of the extra blankets to stay cosy. Also the shower was hot but not piping during my stay which is more for my comfort level than to say it would be a note for everyone :)

The location is great. The breakfast was excellent with a great spread. Fresh orange juice . Quirky arty decor The bar/ restaurant of the hotel is a very happening one.

The size of the room is really small. Its like being put in a box. the side tables are so tiny and of no use because the bedside lamps are placed on it. We expected a small microwave in the room as it is called an aparthotel but disappointed when found it missing. The floor of the room did not feel or look clean. I think they switch off the air conditioning at night and it becomes hot and uncomfortable.

Everything was awesome! Incredible location, comfy beds, and the AC felt wonderful in the afternoons to cool us down. We really enjoyed our time there. And the bottle of wine upon arrival in our apartment was such a surprise!

If I had to think about what we didn't like, it would only be the size of the showers. They were very tiny. You will basically hit your arms on the shower walls when you move, even to just wash your hair or body. And it was almost impossible to shave your legs. My friend ended up sticking her leg out of the shower and propped it on the sink to shave her legs.
