Our family of 5 stayed on the top level of this building in a massive apartment overlooking the Rossio Square. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, large and had every amenity we could have wanted. It had a washing machine which came in very useful. They supplied milk, juice and some snacks in our room upon arrival. The AC worked beautifully (we actually used it in November!) the apartment was clean and had plenty of wonderful storage for suitcases. We loved the easy access to Rossio square and all the amazing and exciting areas of Lisbon are not far from the apartment. The location simply cannot be beat. We were very pleased with this apartment and the digital entry to come and go whenever we needed. The elevator worked beautifully and was really nice for staying on the fourth floor. There is a wonderful market beside the apartment which is very nice as well. You are steps from the Santa Justa Tower/Lift. The location is amazing. I write reviews on booking.com regularly, and I rarely give a place a 10, but this apartment was fantastic.

Everything from my initial contact with questions until check-out was smooth and stress-free. The staff is very kind and helpful, we were able to store our luggage at our arrival which was much earlier than check-in (and after we checked out too). They communicated timely and efficiently, and they even had recommendations for restaurants each time I asked (thanks!). The location is centric for areas of interest, the facilities are welcoming, spacious, clean and comfortable. My family of 4 stayed in presidential apartment 14 that had charm plus all modern amenities needed, it looked just like the pics, open floor plan, natural light, nice terrace with plaza view, great bathrooms, soundproof windows and comfortable beds. They let us know right away when my son forgot an item of clothing after we had left already. Great service matching great accommodations. Definitely recommend this place.

Everything was super. The first thing is the online check-in and the continuous updates from the staff via Whatsapp concerning codes to enter the main room and the apartment room, availability of the room before the time scheduled, cleaning hours, other useful information. We also loved the location, which is super central, just few meters from Rossio square. A special mention also to the comfortable beds and the total lack of noise which allowed us to sleep perfectly!

We loved the restored building itself that housed our apartment. It welcomed modern features with emphasis on retaining it's original features of old stairs,stonework,high ceilings and beautiful sound proofed windows..with our apartment facing on to Rossio square with it's fountains and flower sellers. Tasteful decor with comfortable bed and loads of room. White sheets, great coffee,welcoming jams,juice and olive oil and a super bathroom with a top knotch shower. Washing machine, dishwasher,fridge freezer....every amenity that one could need with lovely reception staff and easy access.. Perfectly located near the train station for our trip to Sintra, and the metro for our airport travel on the departure day. There is a massive bit of the WOW factor with this apartment. Would recommend it to anyone I know heading to Lisbon.👌👌

Historic 18 century building with modern amenities beautifully decorated. It was our lodgings for the first night in Lisbon and also was the last and the staff welcomed us back with fresh flowers. So thoughtful! Linens, towels are exceptional and the dining table is set upon arrival with some goodies. Everything you need, you will find. Also, the building is equipped with an elevator, a family and reading room. Travelled the country for a month and this property stood out. Also, attentive staff and the communication was so easy. Will not hesitate to book again. Great location and still quiet for good night’s sleep.

Spacious, clean, centrally located, good communication with staff. The apartment was very quiet at night.

The air conditioning was a little difficult to figure out but once we told the staff they immediately came up to look at it and resolved the problem. The elevator is very small but it worked for us, if there’s more than 2 people you’ll have to wait for the next one or take the stairs which isn’t too difficult unless you have luggage. We stayed on the second floor and in the morning you could hear the people on the third floor walking around because of the hardwood floors but it wasn’t too bad.

Incredible location, amazing staff, beautiful apartment with everything you need for your stay! The staff were always ready to help us with anything we needed and were always smiling. The welcome and leaving gifts were a lovely touch as well. We were also able to leave our luggage in a secure storage room before check-in and after check-out which was very handy. The apartment was in immaculate condition and had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice and quiet despite being in a fairly busy part of the city. The location is absolutely incredible - right next to Rossio Square (where the main train station and metro are located) and around the corner from the Santa Justa Elevator, while the main bus and tram stations are only a 5 minute walk away. Commercial Square is just a short walk down the road. There is a booklet in the room which lists recommendations for restaurants, day trips, places to visit and nearby grocery stores/pharmacies - always useful for someone new to the area. We absolutely fell in love with this place and will definitely be back for our next visit to Lisbon. Thank you Team Residentas!

The view of the Peep Show across the road - was a bit of a shame considering the apartment building and rest of the street was so lovely!

This property is exceptional. Located at the heart of Rossio Square, Lisbon - it is close to so many attractions and great restaurants. Our flight arrived early and we were welcome to store our luggage at the property and were offered our room 2 hours before the check in time! The staff were very helpful with recommendations and very responsive with any questions that we may have. The room was fantastic, upon arrival we found a host of goodies, fresh fruits and a complementary bottle of Rozay with a handwritten note at the table to welcome our stay. I absolutely loved these details and personal touch. We'd definitely be staying here again if we happen to be in Lisbon in future.

Location could not be better for a first time Lisbon visitor who wants to do touristy things. Rooms are large, well equipped and comfortable Staff are helpful and quick to respond. Access to building and room via codes.

There is a sex club opposite, it plays loud music at random times but not after 11. So if you like open windows you are stuck with the noise. The apartment has two small internal stairs, one by bedroom window and one between bedroom and lounge, its easy to slip. They insist you fill in an online form before providing codes to access apartments and check in. Said form is a real pain because you need to enter dates (birth, passport expiration), however the only way to select a year is to scroll one month at a time.

More courteous people at the reception. The email communication was nice, however the in person experience was not good. At check in we were greeted by a couple of ladies that showed zero enthusiasm of seeing us. No hello, or anything. Passing by the reception several times a day for the 4 days we've been there, we were never even acknowledged. A good morning, or even a little smile or eye contact would have been nice. A very stark contrast from the email/text messages I have received prior to our arrival.
