Very good location. Santa Justa Elevator is a 3-minute walk away and Praca do Comercio is a 10-minute walk away. Transportation is very convenient, there are two different subway lines nearby, at least five more lines of buses and trams. For example, you can take tram 15E (starting station) directly to Mosteiro dos Jeronimos. There are many restaurants around the apartment, so there is no need to worry about eating, but this also means that the noise of people talking and cleaning after the restaurant closes will continue until around 12 o 'clock. The hotel is a vintage European apartment with a sense of age, high ceilings, large floor-to-ceiling Windows, and old tiles preserved in the rooms. The security of the hotel is very good, there are two keys, a hotel door and an apartment door. And two combination locks, one for the front door and one for the apartment. The owner is friendly. If you have any questions, you can ask her at any time. She will answer them patiently.

Because it is an old apartment, the sound insulation is not very good. If you meet a neighbor with bad manners, you will suffer the same fate as me. I was woken up at 1am by the sound of two loud Korean girls slamming doors and talking loudly from 1am until 4am.

The guesthouse is in an excellent location right by the Santa Justa lift and a short walk from other attractions/restaurants/cafes/shops. The apartment was nice and clean also. The shared kitchen is available for use and includes tea/coffee making facilities. Host available to message via WhatsApp, very useful for information and provided clear check in/out instructions.

Some noise from the street at night time however it does quieten down around 11pm

Hands down the best place I stayed in my month in Portugal. The property is GORGEOUS, in a perfect location, clean, well organized, everything was wonderful. Very smooth check in process. For having shared common spaces they have thought of everything to make it as functional as possible. In the fridge there are bins numbered for each room. The bathroom is separated out between toilet, sink, and shower so there was no waiting ever. I loved it here, didn't want to leave! Did I mention it's gorgeous? Every detail was well done.

The walls are think so I could hear the people in the next room very clear. Ear plugs were provided by the host to mitigate the sound.

Our room was very nice and the bed was large and comfortable. The kitchen was very modern and well equipped. The living room was great to sit and eat there breakfast and supper. The location is amazing, close to everything. The bathroom was diveded into free separate spots: shower, toilet and sink, so we never have to wait to use it.

We could hear music everyday till 11 pm from the restaurants on the tourist street. Fortunately, these restaurants were closed at night, and the streets were only pedestrian, no cars running.

The location was great.. The facilities were really good and clean. We loved the fact that we could have a shared kitchen. The living room.was really enjoyable

we were in the hypercenter which included homeless people who were quite scary at night... The fact that the walls were pretty thin, so we could here ppl talking in their room. A detail, the owner should add one or two other lamps in the living room, because it gets too dark at night.

the room wasn’t very warm the first day, then we turned on the heating in the living room (there isn’t any in the room) and it got better. The second day some guests arrived in the room next to ours and they started shouting at 1am… they woke us up, so be ready for this because the room is not very soundproof !

The location is abolsutely amazing, right in the middle of the busiest street in Lisbon. All the places to see are quite close and walkable, the tram 28 goes right by it. Great restaurants are close and the river is also like 5 minutes walk.

The only thing I did not like was the noise- it is in a very busy area so it is undrestandable. The accomodation offered free ear-buds for that so overall nothing to complain about :)

The location is great, whole apartment’s interior is beautiful, wonderful living room, good bathroom and shower room. The bed was comfortable and interior is pretty. The kitchen had all needed equipment also there is a coffee machine with free coffe and tea. Very clear check-in instructions also we could leave the baggage after the check-out.

Shower head didnt have a hanger, so you have to hold it in hand. Also we could hear people in the next room, but the earplugs were provided, so no problem.

Conveniently located to get around with shops/metro/restaurants nearby. Nice apartment style accommodation with separate rooms and a shared living area. Big shared kitchen area with everything you need. Ours had a balcony - good for people watching!

Our room was a tad on the small side with an adjoining (locked) door that didn’t provide enough sound proofing from the guests next door! Room lacked adequate hooks for hanging space and somewhere to put your luggage. Lack of hooks in the shower area and a shower that wasn’t fixed to the wall. No TV.

Great location, nice apartment with huge windows. You can basically walk anywhere in the city center without having to take a taxi or public transport.

The walls are paper thin, you can hear the guests in the other rooms snoring.
