Best location to stay in Lissabonin. Room was big enough for 3 people family. They clean room everyday. Self check-in was easy.

(The renovation started immediately at 8am, and is was really loud.) The renovation is of course not your fault . One family can’t not do self check-in and I was there to help them, But it didn’t work and we try to call/contact to apartment many times and no one ever answered.

The apartment is at an excellent location. It's a 6 minute walk to the Praca do Comercio main square and shopping area as well as many resturants. It's also near many bus and tram routes including tram 28. The train station is only a 10 minute walk away. There is a small supermarket next door. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, a small kitchen table, and a kitchenette. There is a washing machine which for us was very helpful. The bathroom was large, modern, super clean and with a fantastic shower. The room was very clean. The cleaning staff came around almost every day to clean the room and provide fresh towels which surprised us. Wifi reception was good. There are luggage lockers in the entrance floor so if you arrive before checkin time, you can store your luggage there for i think 2 euros. It was also very quiet in the room.

Ok, i really liked the room and i hate to nitpick, BUT when i book a room on Booking.com and click on the actual room that i am thnking of booking, i of course want to see pictures of that room. 98% of the time, the pictures refelct the actual room. In this case, the picture with the large window facing the bed is not the room that i received. I called the management to complain and i was told, "we use that picture as an example and this is how we do things in Portugal". Say what? #@#$% Just know that you may not get the room in the picture, but we were satisfied with the room we did get.

If you carefuly follow all instructions that you get by email the check-in procedure is very smooth and easy. The location is absolutely fantastic, many interesting points on walking distance. If you have a very early departure flight as we had, the Uber can take you directly from the door which is not always possible elsewhere.

The apartment is okay for a short stay, especially if you are coming "home" after long walking day late in the night just for shower and bed. The cleanness could be better and the sofa in the living room should definitely be exchanged (it was old, dirty and extremely uncomfortable.

Modern. Clean. Easy check in and check out, and most importantly, excellent location! I loved the fully-equipped kitchen. We were able to cook meals throughout our stay. We had such a great time in Lisbon and managed to go to a lot of places by foot because the location of the apartment was so central. Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable. The toilet was clean. Comfortable beds. Safe and quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by shops and restaurants. After check out, we left our luggages in the lockers and explored more of the city before our flight. Make sure to have €2 coin if you were arriving before check in (2pm) so you can store your luggages and start exploring the city right away.

We noticed some black dust puffs coming out of the air conditioning which I reported to the staff. It wasn’t a problem at all, I was more concerned about the couch getting dirty or stained, that’s all.

I LOVED the apartment! It was a large studio, with a bedroom area, a sitting room area, a dining room area, a walk-in closet, and a full kitchen. Not only did the fully applianced kitchen have a stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher, it also had a washing machine! (no dryer, though) Plus, it had a small but lovely balcony and a very large bathroom with a large shower. The property managers run it like a hotel: you get daily service, with towels replaced and the bed made. When I walked around the area for the first time, I discovered the best thing about the apartment: It is in one of the most convenient locations in the city! The apartment is steps away from the transportation hubs, major tourist attractions, and the densest restaurant/shopping area. And there is a fairly sizable supermarket literally next door!

I wish there was a screen on the balcony door; as it was, I had to keep it closed most of the time as the flies would get in otherwise. An addition of a dryer would be ideal; as it was, I had to go to the laundromat; fortunately, it was on the next street over!

Location was perfect. Only 15-20 min. to the airport. The apartment was in the middle of everything even very close to a station of Tram Line 28. There were many fancy restaurants and shopping streets around and was very close to the seaside. Besides there was a supermarket just next building which was very comfortable. And even you could easily find a safe and free parking place just in front of the street. And the building was an old Portuguese style with famous tiles which was really nice to see all day.

The couch in the living room was really dirty, it wasn't smelling good besides there were even some hairs on it and I couldn't even dare to sit on and I asked for an extra linen to cover it. The covers of the couch should be cleaned asap. The room was cleaned everyday but only superficially, daily vacumm cleaning is a must as it was very dusty. The cushions could be more comfortable. I take points off just because of the cleaniness of the couch.

1) The location is central. 2) the Size of the apartment 3) The cleanliness of the property. The smell of the building when you enter is amazing. 4) The service that they were cleaning the rooms everyday.

1) Lighting: the room needs better Lighting solutions, it can be dark. 2) the bed and sofa are too hard. I prefer a sofer option. 3) the balcony is shared 4) construction site near us so it was noisy 5) small TV 6) hot water was disconnecting 7) no coffee machine 8) more mirrors are needed.

The property was in an excellent location, within walking distance to many tourist attractions, lovely restaurants and cafes and right next door to a well stocked, friendly supermarket. It was very clean, well laid out, well equipped and had a comfortable bed and a lovely clean ensuite. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Although we didn’t see the staff they were swift to rectify a broken coffee machine and replace a light bulb which was great and would clean the apartment daily if required, which is super service.

Directions to the property were not very good. It would be useful to say it was next door to the supermarket. This would help enormously. There was building work going on opposite the apartment, so every morning from around 6am until 4pm, there was loud building site busy and noise. This put us off sitting out on the balcony and having the doors and windows open which was a real shame. The view was compromised also, as you looked out onto building work and a netted building covered in scaffolding. It would have been decent to warn us of this and then give us the choice to move apartments to one at the back of the building, where it would have been a lot quieter.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect.

The check in proces was a bit confusing ( all virtual thru links) when calling the the staff for clarifications they were polite and professional but not very helpful... we felt they could have put a little more effort in assisting.

The apartment was amazing. It’s a pretty spacious 2-rooms, fully furnished at the detail. Kitchen well equipped, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Bathroom is also fairly big. Beds are quite comfortable. Each room has a separate airco unit. Windows ensure good isolation from street noise, and the shutter are perfect to block the light. The apartment was very clean, just like the full building, you really get a fresh clean smell as soon as you enter in. We never met anyone, but the digital check-in and checkout has been very efficient and smooth. The first evening we had some troubles with the hairdryer, so we texted them and the day after we just found a new one installed. Location-wise, it is simply perfect, everything is easily reachable. Definitely recommended!
