Best breakfast of the 6 hotels we stayed in. I would choose this hotel again when I visit Lisbon again. Location is great, room and staff were good, breakfast was outstanding.

Road work in front meant getting cab and tours was hassle

1. The location. 2. The personal generally was very helpful. 3. The room was clean and good equipped (exceptional, conditioner). 4. Good quality of the breakfast as food (but strange way of serving, see below)

1. The Information about bank card has been noted manually in some kind of paper document, not to computer, that I perceive as a risk. 2. The conditioner did work well. 3. Vereeery strange elevator that made a lot of noise during functioning. 4. Strange way of serving the breakfast. You need to fulfill a card a day before the breakfast, where you need to write your preferences. The problem is that you have only one card. I eat meat, but my girlfriend is a vegetarian. We informed about it the receptionist that promised to mention it to the people who will serve the breakfast. Unfortunately, my girlfriend received eggs with the bacon :(

Location, location, location! Couldn't be better. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff was friendly. Even though the hotel is in a busy part of town, it was still very quiet inside.

No place to pull up a car in front. Had to carry luggage from the back. The parking lot was several blocks away. We only had breakfast in the hotel one day. The dining room is in the basement with no windows. Rather than a buffet, you have to check off your selections the night before. There are plenty of places for breakfast right outside the hotel. I would recommend eating some place else.

The location was perfect, very central and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go by foot. The staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast, though only continental, was good and enough.

We did not like that we did not have any daylight coming into our room and that it was not possible to open the windows due to the smell of the kitchen ventilation coming in. Also on the last day there were works just outside our window and it was very loud, fortunately we were already awake and almost ready to check out.

Excellent location, excellent service, elegant building and decoration

Our room no 405 had a very small window without transparent glass. the glass had a white film because the outside is looking to the back window of a restaurant or so. The interior was quite dark. And the photo of the room at the description didn’t match the real room because in the photo the room is shown with a big transparent window

Loved the location. Loved our room. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We were in 402 and our room looked out to the river. Nice big bed. Big bathroom with lots of space to put my toiletries. Shower is big enough for one person. Breakfast was good… fresh fruit, nice selection of cheese and meats. We had the scrambled eggs and bacon each morning. Good start to the day. PRATA Exceeded my expectations. We would absolutely stay here again without a second thought. And definitely will be recommending to our friends and family. Adding we are from the USA.

This hotel is extremely well-located! It's a safe and awesome location to just walk the Lisbon city center. We never had to request an uber or taxi at all after arriving!!!

They should tell guests where they should direct Ubers or Taxis to drop them off to make reaching the Hotel much easier because the street location is not reachable by cars. Had we known to tell the Uber to leave us at a certain spot, we would have only struggled with our luggage on the calzada tiled sidewalks for 1/2 a block and not 3 street blocks.
