The room was large with a very large bathroom (and enormous shower) with two balcony windows so plenty of light. The road was not too busy or noisy and with shutters we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. The spa area was great to relax in after most days on our feet all day (jacuzzi, steam room and sauna). 24 hour reception staff was really helpful - especially as we were leaving at 5am. Location was good within a 5minute walk of a metro station; and 15-20minutes walk to main shopping/eatery areas.

The bar area was always empty and didn't feel welcoming and cosy so we never went there, but chose to go out instead.

The hotel is located in a wonderful area, practically on a street full of remarkable restaurants. The breakfast is very good, and the rooms are stunning! But the most important thing is the staff's attitude—we have never encountered anything like it. Any request or recommendation was fulfilled instantly and in the best possible way. At breakfast, they added sugar-free yogurt at our request, reserved tours and restaurants for us, but the main thing is how it was done! With intelligence and immense courtesy. It seems that the staff has undergone at least specialized training beyond what is required. If you are looking for the best hotel service in addition to other advantages, be sure to visit this hotel.

The room had all the facilities we required and was very comfortable. It has a great location, just off the main Avenue, and we could walk to the main attractions. There were some nice little extra touches, like chocolates on arrival and free sweets in the foyer. We really enjoyed our stay. There are some excellent eating places close by..

There was very little not to like, we had a great stay and would stay there again. However, breakfast could be improved. As tea drinkers, we had to ask for a pot of tea, unlike coffee drinkers who could help themselves. This was fine most of the time, but when the staff were busy or reluctant, it could be quite a wait. Also, the food warmers were not that efficient. Our room ration was one tea bag a day.

I liked the Spa, gym, and game center, and the staff was very friendly at the front desk. If you arrive between 7:00 and 8:30 am you will have a very good breakfast. The location is very convenient.

The breakfast was cold and mostly empty after 10:00 a.m. The staff was not really willing to bring even new cups, boards, etc., and the manager was not friendly. He was especially having trouble giving us coffee cups. They announce themselves as sustainable... they need to work harder to achieve this.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. There’s lots of open space with complimentary candy at the entrance. The spa facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, and massage) were relaxing and wonderful. We enjoyed a relaxing couples massage inside a beautiful room, and after we were given snacks and a personalized card which was a really nice touch! The hotel is located in a great location with lots of shops, and restaurants within a very short walking distance. The best part is it has its own parking lot which is very necessary since parking is so hard to find in Lisbon. I would absolutely stay here again. Note: for people traveling with friends… the showers are not private. The toilet and room is divided by the shower with clear glass for all to see.

We booked this trip for a little winter getaway and were blown away by the quality of this hotel. The food was amazing and even catered for gluten free. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. The room was so modern and comfortable even providing robes and slippers. There was also a gym and spa for us to use which I didn't know about prior. My fave thing was the giant jars of free sweets next the reception. And they came to our door with a tray of puddings and a bottle of port complimentary. The location is perfect about a 20 min walk down to the main centre.

Great hotel, very nice, comfortable and clean rooms. Staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful with all the requests regarding the hotel itself, but also regarding the information about the city, possible transportation to various locations etc. Also, their English is great. Breakfast buffet was delicious, we enjoyed it very much, and the great thing is that it lasts until 11 am on weekends (and 10:30 am on the other days) so you can sleep a little longer and still get on time for the breakfast. The hotel has a nice location, so we could easily go on foot to many places that we wanted to visit (e.g. Parque Eduardo VII, Jardim Botanico, National Museum of Science and Natural History etc.) The hotel is a great value for money and we would definitely recommend it and hope to come back again!

Excellent breakfast buffet with particularly helpful staff. Spacious public areas, including sports bar and lounge. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna as well. Although slightly out of the centre, the walk is not too far and the metro is close by.

The lighting controls in the room are trying to be too clever. Rather than simply being able to turn on and off whatever lights you choose, you are obliged to choose between several activity/ambiance settings eg watching TV, going to the bathroom in the night etc. The switches for these choices are small, fiddly and rather hard to see.

As soon as you enter the door of this hotel, you feel relaxed thanks to the amazing smell. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, and the spaces are open and warm. The hotel has a small spa (jacuzzi, sauna, and a Turkish bath) included in the price, and they also offer a long list of massages (extra cost). The room we stayed in was spacious and cleaned every day. Lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. I read in the reviews a lot of comments regarding how warm the room was. This is not a problem as you can easily set the aircon and have a fresh room. Breakfast was ok, the staff is attentive and bring you fresh coffee and orange juice as soon as you sit down. However, food options are limited and repetitive. It would be nice to order things outside the buffet since they have an open kitchen.

The bathroom can be a bit dark as the lights in the room are not really bright. The hotel has a restaurant which is extremely expensive compared to Lisbon prices and in my experience, food was not worth the price. Just outside of the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants you can go instead :)

It is a 20 minute walk to downtown with loads of restaurants near by, I was spoilt for choice. They were so friendly and accommodating really loved how they were always available to help. I had an issue with a leakage and they didn’t hesitate to change my room. Always had a spa day and it was lovely!!

I only wish the restaurant had more options as when I arrived I just wanted to grab a bit downstairs for dinner and not go out. It was delicious but not a lot to choose from at that time.
