The staff was incredibly helpful, and the accommodation was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, with a nice shower and bathroom. It was quiet, and the room size was perfect. The breakfast was enjoyable and delicious 😋, and the location is conveniently close to everything. I couldn't have found a better place to work in Porto for a day. The private parking was a major priority for me, and this place truly delivered on that. Overall, it was an excellent stay."

Location, very good rooms, good breakfast and overall worth it!

Some young staff that because they are young and not clever I forgive them- they wanted to charge 12€ brcauee I had a colleague that went to my room to give me some docs and sign it... anyway luckily there were 2 ladies that were more clever and realize that my colleague didn't sleep there and didn't charge. Lesson from young workers: stop having dirty minds and be professionals... unfortunately don't know the name of the worker but he had glasses. If they charge me for sure would ask the complaint book and probably criminal charges on the worker...

I had an exceptional stay at the hotel, largely due to the outstanding service. The staff showcased organised couriering my forgotten jacket back to me after my departure. The tranquility of the rooms provided a much-needed respite after a busy day, while the delightful breakfast, featuring the delicious Pasteis de Natas, was the cherry on top of a memorable visit.

There was construction in the road adjacent the hotel which made a noise during the day. This was not the hotel's fault however

The location is central.The room I ended up with was lovely, it had a balcony, the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the bath as well. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast was also good, if a little basic.

I had specifically requested a room that was quiet and not adjacent to an elevator or staircase. I ended up with exactly that to begin with, but after I asked reception to move, I was moved to the top floor where I had a superb room.

The room was comfortable and the price was valuable. The room was clean. The location is okay and around 7-10 mins from the main street of Porto. The breakfast was fair enough.

When I visited, there was construction outside the hotel. It didn’t make too much noise, but I think they could have informed me in advance about the possibility of disturbance, so I could decide whether to change my reservation

The room is big, you had a lot of facilities in it: shampoo, body shower, soaps, head cap, etc. The breakfast was good. The hotel is not that near to the Ribeira, you have to walk a lot downhill, when you return uphill. Take that in consideration, if you cannot walk a lot. There is a bus station near the hotel.

The hotel was far from the city center and on the high hill. Was a lack of electrical outlets in the room. The staff of the hotel was incompetent.

A very nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and there was a good choice of food at breakfast. It was reasonably convenient for the centre of Porto, and a 20 minute walk to the football ground, which was convenient.

Nothing - it was a really nice hotel.

early morning and late night .... no hot water lack of plug sockets for charging phone etc. Had to either unplug kettle or the TV. Dark room .... the lighting did not provide sufficient light
