Location is great, easy walk to get everywhere. Breakfast is awesome and a nice way to meet other guests.

Only annoying thing I found; I stayed for 3 nights in a 4 person dorm- which was a pretty cosy space. Both the last 2 nights there were guest check ins very late at night, one at midnight with staff member explaining things about the hostel inside the room at that time.

The location was great. The is building is beautiful, the common areas are generous and very pleasant, including the yard. The breakfast was OK. All areas were clean and well aired, this room had a nice big window. The beds were comfortable and I slept well, once everyone in the room went to bed. Would book again without hesitation.

The lockers by the bed were very useful, but their location under the bed wasn’t ideal to access stuff. I got a top bunk and missed some kind of handle at the top of the stairs to hoist myself up or to hold myself coming down as the stairs lay directly on the side of the bunk bed so you can’t hold the rungs in your hand. I was traveling light for a short stay so I needed a towel. It cost me 2 euros and the towel was small. I think it’s OK to charge extra for laundry but it should be a bath size towel, not a medium towel.

Everything was more than ok. Bedroom had not only clean sheets and bed, but the overall aspect aswell was very good. The staff seemed more than ok in quantity, and also they were very helpful anytime I wanted, and the breakfast was good for this kind of establishment. It will leave you full for your daily exploration in Porto, which demands a lot of energy. They also have free walking tours in 2 times per morning (I didnt go with them, but it´s worth mentioning), and by night the ambient music was very soft, airy sometimes, with a touch of indie music. They have a small place outside the living room, if you wanna drink, read, or hang out with people, and the reception is opened 24 hours.

During my stay I can't say I disliked anything. For the kind of business a hostel is, they did it pretty good. No complaints at all.

This hostel truly has everything you could need! There's a peaceful kitchen and dining area, as well as a hall with open bar, comfortable sofas, tv ,washroom, wifi etc where you can relax if you arrive early, even before check-in. The hostel also offers a secure luggage room, unlike some places where they disclaim responsibility, and you can safely store your belongings both before check-in and after check-out for a few hours at no extra cost. The bathrooms are clean, with hot water that flows without needing to hold the tap (a rare convenience in some hostels). Plus, there's free breakfast included! This is by far the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at, and I highly recommend it to others.

This hostel was amongst the best I’ve seen in terms of cleanliness, set up & breakfast quality. Bathrooms & rooms were cleaned and done every single day which, to me, is a priority. The room was big enough for 3 beds & had space for storing clothes & luggages. They also provide a locked storage space with each bed (no need to bring your own lock). I appreciated that bathrooms were separated for men & women, which gives us more intimacy and confort. The hostel has a nice outdoor space and the rooms are in a position where noise from outside does not bother nor reach. As far as location, it is not in the midst of the center, yet at walking distance of everything. To me, that was the perfect compromise to have calmness at night + walking distance from metro etc. Overall very positive experience ! Again, most important point for me is always cleanliness and this hostel was top notch for that, as well as being calm, well equiped & nice staff.

It was not a bother for me, but might be relevant for travelers with mobility issues : there are stairs to reach to the rooms, up to 3 floors. Also, pillow was not amazing but, again, not much of a bother as long as it’s clean.

The check-in is time-flexible, which is great when you arrive late in Porto. You receive a key to a storage unit under your bed, which is big enough. Even though there were 8 beds in the room, there was enough space to move about and it was quiet. There are lots of comfortable sitting areas in the building. The location is good, in walking distance to a public transport hub, which brings you anywhere in Porto, the airport, train station or the city centre.

The shower stalls needed more space to store personal belongings, and water was leaking onto the floor outside. There is only an overhead showerhead, which is not great for ladies.

Everything: The facilities, friendliness of the staff, comfort of the bed, breakfast, cleanliness, bar and lounge area, backyard, location, price. This was one of the cheaper hostels I've stayed at throughout my travels in Portugal, Spain, and France, but definitely the best one. The staff were very friendly, chill, and helpful. Breakfast was nice and was included in the price, the price of a glass of wine was cheap, the lounge area was very cozy with big, comfy sofas. The hostel, outdoor backyard, and surrounding area were calm and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was really comfy, and after a week of hiking on the Camino, I had a really good night sleep. I can only recommend this place, and especially for a solo traveller like myself.

The shower stall could have more hooks to hang the clothes or a bench/stool to put the toiletries. The bed could have a curtain for privacy.

Everything anout this hostel is just fine. spacious interior , big high ceiling rooms, clean and decoration, confortable beds. On top of that extremely nice and helpful staff. 9 out of 20, thank you guys

One tiny drawback is the poor breakfast. As a vegetarian, i could only find bread and cheese to eat, a couple of other items would definitely make the difference like, eggs, tomatoes, etc. The coffee machine was confined to only a few selection instead of many on the offer. However, if you have breakfast outside like us, that would not be a problem :)

The location, central enough to the metro and the city centers The staff were very helpful and straight to the point Every inch of the place, including the toilets and baths were nigh spotless clean The wifi password is easily accessible and the speed is excellent everywhere The dining and lounging areas are spacious/tidy, and complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake

The stairs and no elevator The kitchen closes at night These aren't deal breakers, but they'd make the place a perfect 10 out of 10, in my opinion.

.free walking tour of the city .chair to sit on at each floors .cozy outdoor and indoor common areas (some days easy to meet new people at breakfast others not, dependent on the crowd) .small-moderate sized hostel so it’s not too busy .very clean, beds were made each day .friendly staff with 24/7 reception service

.it would be nice if curtains could be added on the beds to provide more privacy .on the top floor women’s bathroom, you would need to change out in the open .could benefit with more hangers in the room
