The breakfast served enough choice. Excellent shower and a comfy bed. Beautiful decor. And you could walk to the city centre in about 15-20 minutes. Also very close to the train station north.

The last breakfast was 9.30 which was a little earlier than I would have preferred. The hotel location seemed a little rough at times but not dangerous. You could hear police sirens throughout the night as we had to leave the window slightly open to cool the room. No extra bathroom toiletries unless you request something specifically.

Very clean place. I am the type normally use sanitizer wipes to wipe down everything at each stay. This place is so clean that passed the test. I like the fact that the bathroom has the heated antifog mirror. It has a magnifying mirror with at least 15x. It also has a plug for hair dryer. Lots of hotel doesn't have the plug in the bathroom believe it or not. Usually come with the plug for shaver only. There are usb plugs on both sides of the bed. Makes it very handy. BTW, we have a room with a king size bed. Not sure if that makes a difference. As we got to the one in Amsterdam.... Quite different with the room with a double bed. Not sure it's because of the location or the type of the room.

Personal preference...like a firmer bed. The bed is very comfy but on the soft side for me.

I throughly enjoyed out stay, all the staff were friendly and helpful… bar man very kind… room cleaners always said hello in the corridors… reception staff helpful and knowledgeable. We were very impressed with the hotel and had a fantastic stay. Just to mention, water in the corridor with empty bottles in the room is a great idea and a microwave too, so helpful for young family’s and I also liked the wooden floors especially in this age of bed bugs!

I found the room very cold when I checked in in the late afternoon, it took quite a lot of time to reach my desired temperature. The room was not well isolated by external noise. As of today, there are much better windows, eg. the ones used in hotel close to the airport. My room was facing an high traffic street, they could have used a better isolation, at the end the room remainied a little noisy. The dawn blanket were "short": in fact, the dawns slip to the bottom of the blancket and the upper side remains empty and cold. Breakfast was pretty standard good, it could have been better if copared with the price

It is the third time in four months that we have chosen this hotel. The first time, it was for the location, close to my centre of activity, the other times for its hospitality and confort. Spatious rooms, helpful personnel, a good internal restaurant at a price which is competitive with other restaurants in Bruxelles. We found also very useful the free availability of drinking water, both sparkling and plain. My stay was for business, but I chose to add a few additional days for vacations.

We had some problem with the regulation of the temperature in the room, but the personnel helped us.

We booked it as our last stay as our self-driving Europe tour came to a close. Had a lovely night's sleep, really nice and cosy and the best breakfast we've had next morning. Underground public car park right behind the hotel. Make sure you get a parking discount voucher from reception at checkout. Good travel links from central which is not too far away. Parking, buses and Rogier underground subway all behind the hotel building 1-2 min walk. Live, english channels on TV. Superb breakfast. 12 pm checkout. Paid the deposit in cash which was returned at checkout.

The shower and basin was in one bathroom and the commode was in another, separate bathroom. The commode room had no water facilities (just a commode and toilet tissue roll) ie no basin at all, even though there was plenty of space for one. Had to walk from commode toilet into the bedroom and then to the other basin/shower room to wash hands after every toilet use. Room was a bit noisy in the morning as they were cleaning other rooms either upstairs or next to us. But not that bad. We woke up really refreshed.

The room was large and had high ceilings, comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location is good, very close to metro and Grand Palace is 5-10 min walking distance.

Location: close/walkable to the North Station, a small park to jog, close to a metro stop, walkable to the center (15 min to Grand Place, 5 min to the shopping street). Very LARGE rooms, perfectly clean and newly renovated.

You can't turn off the main ceiling lights independently from the stand lamp and table lamp - this, either a bright room, of small bedside lights. Sauna is working only until 10pm... I wish at least until midnight. Not excitingly looking and somewhat not very invitingly smelling restaurant for dinner.
