A very decent and worthy hotel, full of amenities with a nice and very modern decoration inside. I stayed with my boyfriend the previous month and we both were satisfied with the friendly staff and the room, which was clean and cozy enough for our standards.

We just didn't like the fact that we had to pay extra for the parking and breakfast..

The food was suprisingly bad. The Italian restaurant was awful, which was not expected having in mind it was great last october. Breakfast wasn’t good as well. Very rich on products, but very low quality of the food.

The rooms are really nice, clean and spacious. Everything looks brand new (if it's not then it's certainly very well maintained).

We booked a room for three adults, however we were accommodated in a room with just two beds. At the reception we were told that it was a mistake in booking.com and we were not the first to complain. However, no resolution was offered for our situation. When checking out on the next morning another member of the hotel staff told us that there was a flood in half of the hotel rooms and a lot of reservations had to be rearranged. Not really sire what the reason was, but be cautious when booking a room for three there.

parking is a nightmare and the staff don’t pickup the phone, nor do they give clear instructions on when and where to park. Also, unless I called ahead, I wouldn’t have been given the room shown on the listing.

Parking cost is way too high for guests of the hotel. It’s not even close to ok to charge guests that much for the privilege of parking

really lovely reception staff, Georgi in the bar is an utter delight. Comfy beds, big rooms, warm shower.

Great location, easy arrival with car, spacious parking garage in the basement with smart out-and-in driving during the stay, spacious and clean room with very comfortable bed, very nice balcony/terrace (but see below, it was empty), excellent breakfast with egg dish chef and a great variety of food. Excellent recommendation for a nearby supermarket.

Not one single piece of furniture on the balcony. Spacious and secluded terrace totally empty. Receptionist obviously had heard other guests comment on this as the answer was just "yes, we have reported it". The proper response would have been to apologize and then suggest to charge the same for our room as for our friends who had a room without a balacony for whom I also had booked through booking.com. My Hilton Honors membership was not recognized because I had booked throung booking.com. Some Hilton hotels allow earning of points, others do not, when booking through booking.com, but I have never before experienced that the status itself is not recognized.

Excellent hotel, everything is new and of very good quality. The staff is very professional, kind, and ready to help. Very comfortable beds, good quality furniture and appliances in the room and bathroom. The hotel is well positioned, near to the old town and also to the main pedestrian street and historical sites. The parking is in the basement, it's not free, but we easily found a place and were very satisfied we could safely park the car there instead of searching for a place in the street. Overall, excellent experience and very good quality for money. We'll definitely choose the same hotel next time.

This is a plain example to everyone who wants to open an amazing hotel. Clean, cousy, well equipped & adequate personel with good manners. The SPA is spotless. The rooms are decently spacious. The breakfast is one of the best I've had in a hotel anywhere and I traveled a lot.. Food in the Italian restaurant is tasty tho a bit pricey.

No free parking. You gotta pay 20 per night even tho you are a guest of the hotel which is really something I don't understand. No kids playground in the inside of the hotel. The view from our room was quite depressing - a socialistic panel block from the 1960s lol

The minute we walked into this new hotel we knew we'd made the right decision to stay here. The lobby area is very nicely decorated. The reception desk was pleasant and our room was ready 1 hour before check in time, which is always a bonus. Our king room was perfectly clean, large and quiet. Again, the decor was new and very nice. The bed was very comfortable, although we did find the pillows too large for our preference. The TV was large but we weren't able to change the language selection or adjust the volume past 30, but not a big deal. Bath room was perfect; large glass enclosed shower and plenty of counter space for our stuff. And the breakfast was amazing!! Huge buffet with omelets upon request. Our waiter was wonderful, he was the senior waiter and took very good care of us each morning. There is a gym and wellness center too but we didn't have time to check these out. We highly recommend this hotel and will always stay here should we return to Plovdiv. Finally a hotel that got everything right!
