The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to all types of transportation, very convenient.

We stayed one night outside of the city, but we had to pay for the night in the hotel and the breakfast anyway, although we asked about it several days in advance. The first towels we were given were very worn and frayed. The breakfast was okay. Larger bowls are needed for the oatmeal. In summer, a wider variety of fruit could be offered: watermelon, cherries. The breakfast is a little expensive for what you get. The lunch was much better and cheaper. The shower leaked onto the floor every time.

The rooms are small, but efficient. The bathroom was larger than Ibis we stayed at in Europe. The breakfast was much better than expected. We only stayed one night but the proximity to the bus station made it the perfect stay for transit.

You can hear the noise from the city, but it didn't really bother our sleep. From the 6th floor, it was not a big deal.

Bed was very comfortable, we should have asked for another 2 pillows. Room was very clean and good A/C.

On arrival we asked to get a glass of wine or a beer at the bar , We were told they did not have a licence to sell alcohol. This was not stated on booking . Com at time of booking .The area around the hotel is not up to my usual standards , felt very unsafe when trying to find a shop to sell wine or beer

it was very safe in a chaotic area of the city. The safe taxi ride to the airport was a miracle! My stay at Ibis was fantastic! I arrived in Santiago by bus in the early evening. The bus station is chaotic and not the kind of place you want to hang around arranging a cab ride. This Ibis is a clean, comfortable and Safe oasis in a bus station area. The front door is less than a block away and once inside, you are perfectly safe. There is a clean, bright lounge area where I ordered food & wine and had WiFi to manage my travels. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. In the morning the front desk arranged an airport taxi for me that left from a secured area. Ibis does it again! They helped me in Tokyo a few years ago and they came thru again in Santiago. If you’re arriving in Santiago by bus, stay here. It works perfectly!

The property is more than I expected. The bus station nearby was kind of crazy, but I took the bus and needed a safe clean hotel.

The location was great, short walk to the bus stations. Our room was tiny but confortable for our family. Breakfast was buffet with good variety. Staff very kind and helpful. It was a great option for a short stay before heading to the airport.

Maybe the room need bit renovation, but everything was top clean so it didn't bother us at all.

Location, very close to the metro and the bus station (we needed to take the bud the next day) It was clean and the staff very helpful and welcoming

It is a rough area of Santiago, or at least it looked rough. It felt very dangerous and limited our exploring. The room was very small for a couple and a cot for a baby, I can't imagine our room to have space for another bed (as offered for our baby).

Clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Suited our purpose as over the road from the bus station for an early start. Simple but tasty meals in the restaurant. Best steak I'd had all trip. Standard hotel breakfast.

Restaurant not open until 7 pm, limited drink choices., No red wine. No gin...not a huge problem but when you ask family to have dinner with you and their choices are not available is inconvenient. Very busy corner traffic wise which meant road noise where our room was situated.

We had a very nice stay. The man who worked at the reception on December 3, 2023 was very helpful. He helped us with everything (especially arranging SIM cards). Unfortunately we don't know your name: but thanks again for everything! We can appreciate this.

The location could be better, not a pleasant neighborhood. But we used this hotel as a stopover for the bus trip. The bus station is around the corner, very nice.

There is a good bus service from the airport to the central bus station, right next to the hotel, which saves having to contend with airport cab drivers. The hotel was a fairly standard american-style chain hotel, which was kind of reassuring in the depressed area of downtown Santiago. And a good buffet breakfast in the morning.

Christina from the front desk was amazing. she helped us with translation & advising us on what to see. Ryan at the front desk was also totally amazing.

Being Canadian I am used to a coffee maker in my room - however I would be more than happy to go to restaurant and enjoy a cup of coffee on the house. Was very upset that there is a posting in elevator to enjoy a welcome drink on Ibis only to order this & be told it was for members only. It does NOT say that on the sign in elevator!!!!
