we love the promity from La Rambla and the metro. Ferran street is located in the gothic district and near the Born district. Both are very typical and tasty as old «carrer » of Barcelona. All can be done easily by foot

well… as a mater of fact Carrer Ferran is a very used street where you will find people and animation far late in the night … or earlier in the morning. Then, having a room with a view on the street can be very noisy … and not so comfortable

The hotel is located close to the Ramblas and the cathedral. So that's perfect! The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. The heating was very good. The beds were very comfy. We got new towels every day. 24h reception.

The location is perfect! The hotel is right in the city center in a walking distance from all main landmarks and the bars/restaurant area of the city. So, if you want to explore the city during the day and then have a dinner and grab a drink not far from the hotel at night - it’s hard to find better location. We had a rooftop room with a big balcony and nice open view to the roofs of Barcelona. The room is pretty spacious, light and well maintained. Also, the room was cleaned very well every day. The hotel staff was professional and friendly. It’s hard to think if it’s possible to get more from a 3 star hotel for this price in the heart of Barcelona (we payed 730 euro per 4 nights). But the way, it looks much better in a real life than on the pictures here. There’s a big chance we’ll stay here again when we’re next time in Barcelona.

It’s a pretty simple and small hotel. So, I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who likes to take some time to stay at the hotel during the holidays. There’s nothing to do there. Some people in the comments here were complaining about the noise from the bars, we didn’t really suffer from it as we were on the last floor. But every night there was some buzzing noise from the roof (AC from the room behind maybe?). It was a bit annoying.

Your hotel is of a Very good all around standard. All of your staff were very efficient, helpful and welcoming. The location was very good, but next time we would choose a room to the rear, away from the noise, often in the middle of the night, from the street outside. Breakfast choice was very good. It was well prepared and plentiful. The only improvement we would recommend is that you have a TV package that includes, other than a couple of news channels in English. Particularly as it is likely that many of your guests will have English as their first or second language, and sadly the World's news can be rather depressing at the best of times, and it would be nice to have other TV channel choices in English on vacation.

Although the street outside is lovely and vibrant during the day, the late night revellers often carry on during much of the night hours. That is not the hotel's fault, but a quieter room to the rear would be our choice next time.

The breakfast was wonderful with a nice variety of selections. We also tried their prix fix menu for dinner one night. The food was delicious and a great value. Our guess is that other hotel guests weren't aware of the dinner offerings. Since we were the only two people in the restaurant. We actually chatted with the chef, and complimented him on the food. Perhaps the hotel should do a better job of advertising the restaurant. We just happen to see the special dinner menu on a board by the elevator. The gentleman who was our server was awesome. He was very attentive. The next morning at breakfast he checked on us to see if we were enjoying our meal. I will definitely recommend staying at The Hotel Rialto for our next stay in Barcelona.

The room was somewhat small and dark but it was quite.

Clean, comfortable, modernly furnished, in a convenient location. The hotel was in the Gothic Quarter close to La Rambla, restaurants, shops, and public transport. It was approximately 20 minutes by metro to La Sagrada Familia. Breakfast included an incredible range of items to choose from and was very high quality - tea, coffee, fruit juice, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, plant-based milks, breads, spreads, cheese, cold cuts, eggs (fried, boiled, scrambled), bacon, baked beans, grilled tomatoes, Spanish items (like tortilla, grilled peppers, grilled sausages), fresh salad vegetables, doughnuts, and cakes. The hotel also offered free apples at reception and there were vending machines in the lobby that you could purchase snacks from.

The room was quite small and there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. The floor of our bathroom was a bit uneven. It seems like the structure under the flooring material was starting to deteriorate. We informed the hotel verbally and via Booking.com when we checked out.

First of all, the location of the hotel is really great. The metro stations Liceu and Jaume I are both within 10 minutes of walking distance, but you can also reach most of the sights by a nice walk. Breakfast included an incredible range of items to choose from and was very high quality. There are also plenty of restaurant and supermarkets nearby. Big plus for the free luggage storage after our check-out as our flight was in the evening. We will be staying here next time for sure, because it was exactly what we were looking for and much more. Thank you!

We missed a little fridge in our room and bed blankets as there were only sheets. It's admittedly very minor, but may be useful to know.

Location, location, location, we were on the 4th floor with a balcony, has 2 twin beds, which we slid together, worked out great, large bed (my husband is 6’4). AC in room, great Wi-Fi. Bathroom: large shower, great hot water pressure, hairdryer, toiletries. Room: no smart TV, but fire-stick worked great, large closet with extra pillow and blanket. On the last day we discovered the breakfast buffet in the lowest level, WOW, huge buffet with everything you would want to drink (champagne) and eat for 10 Euro. Everything was labels with ingredients. The staff is wonderful, they gave me a kettle for tea/coffee, arranged taxi to airport, provided ice every evening, you can buy hop on/hop off tickets at hotel counter. You are literally in the midst of gothic quarters, million of shops, restaurants and supermarkets outside the front door. 7 minute walk to the ocean and 10 min walk to hop on/hop off route. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, big and clean hotel next to the La Rambla in the centre of the Gothic quarter. Very easy to reach any attraction in Barcelona by the metro lines with 2 very close metro stations. The rooms were cleaned every single day. The conveniences were complementary to the hotel rank. I definitely recommend.

The hotel is at the Ferran street in the Gothic quarter and the place is a little noisy until late in the night and from early in the morning because of the thousands of people passing beneath you every day. However, the noise is not so loud when i closed the windows and i got used to it on the second day.

The Lobby Has brilliant air conditioning, is super super modern and smells absolutely amazing it’s a wonderful relief walking in from the hot sweaty city. Has seats/lobby with sofas that are lovely to sit in in the evening, as well as lovely Modern toilets and vending machines.

Only issue we had was we had to keep out balcony door open to trigger the air conditioning however we were completely happy to do this as it was just on the latch. Ours was a one off broken sensor which rhey offered to come and fix but we weren’t too bothered so we didn’t want to burden them.
