The staff were all completely amazing! they offered suggestions on where to eat and activities for our teens! They were very engaging! The property was so clean! We loved the suite. It had 2 bathrooms and one was a walk-in! The room was 10/10 for cleanliness! The suite was so worth every penny with our 2 teens and friends!

We were visiting bc of our boys travel baseball tournament. That being said, there was only 1 working washer and dryer. Each cost $3/ piece. That’s pretty expensive, especially to dry the clothes.

We stayed for 4 nights. Appreciated that they cleaned the room daily. Hampton Inn will not for multiple nights... we quit going there. We come and stay in Greenville often due to family. Best Western is now our go-to place, not Hampton Inn, which was for years.

It was a holiday weekend...keep Mon. breakfast open weekend hours. Really prefer breakfast go until 10 am every day, not just weekends. Also, an extra set of towels would be nice.

Location was great, and the staff checking me in here was so sweet, accommodating and easy to chat with. She got me in and all organized in like 2 mins! The front desk area has drinks, food and ice cream for sale too; was so happy to find Snickers Ice Cream bars there! 🤓 The breakfast here was really something!!! Such a good spread - probably one of the best I’ve seen - the selection was great - there were 5 options for yoghurt, so many types of tea available, bacon was to die for, everything was all well thought out and planned. I told the lady in charge of breakfast that she was doing a great job, as it really was quite a well-done spread! Room was good, comfy beds, good height, TV had a good channel selection, microwave and fridge worked well. The guy at check-out early in the morning was super nice too, we chatted for a bit, and he was so personable. Loved it overall and would be happy to come back the next time I’m in the area!! :)

The ease of checking in and out was great. The staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and had plenty of towels. We used the pool and it was well maintained.

The dining area for breakfast was small to accommodate all those eating. Very cramped. While my room was clean we noticed a loose board on the floor and other minor cosmetic flaws that could easily be fixed. Also, I could have used an extra trash bag or two in the room due to traveling with kids.

The room was big and spacious. Bedroom was separated from living area. Two full bathrooms were a plus. Hot water with strong water pressure. Door placer card had option of privacy/ do not disturb as well as make-up room option. Would stay again - I'd definitely bring extra lighting.

Lighting was bad... too dark. Bathrooms could've been cleaner. Bed was not very comfortable. Freezer would've been nice. The elevator situation was a little strange.

I arrived in Greenville very early on the day of check-in and to my surprise Octavia was able to accommodate my guest and myself. That set the tone for my entire stay, as everything exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was amazing and different hot meals were served each day. I could go on for days about how wonderful everything was in my room. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and straight forward. Breakfast was amazing, the hotel was super clean and near multiple shopping centers. This will definitely become my go to hotel whenever I visit Greenville, SC or the surrounding area!!

To be honest there wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay at this hotel. The only complaint was that I had to check-out super early due to my own travel plans. Everything was really amazing!!

This hotel is a hidden gem. Room was clean, breakfast delicious and a lot to choose from: sausage, eggs, waffle, cereal, toast etc. well stocked. I did my research because cleanliness is important to me & this hotel was very clean. Sits right off the highway and was very easy to get in and out off as well as close to other places to eat. 7-9 minutes away from Bon Secours Arena. Parking is free at this hotel. Budget friendly! Thank you.

We stayed several days and they cleaned room all days without question. We have been staying in Greenville a lot the last couple months due to family emergency and motel we stopped staying at would only clean room on request for multiple days. Breakfast nicer than other place and rates much more reasonable. Most importantly to us staff was courteous, friendly, and professional and all was clean.

We had a great stay. The staff were very friendly, the bed was great and the lobby/breakfast area was bright and clean. Plenty of food to choose from and was replaced very quickly when getting low. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were so soft that I wanted to take one home! There was a gentleman that offered a large trash bag to cover my blanket and pillow as it was raining. We seen him several times as we were preparing for check out and he was always very polite and friendly. Everything was in close distance that we didn't have to drive far for diving. There was some sort of large dine n play facility next doot. We did not visit as we only stayed one night. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The only issue I had was the bathroom. Our bath still had hair all over the floor. We did not call and report this issue.

The suite was very spacious, and they were flexible with my check out time. Breakfast was delicious (I’m a sucker for a good complimentary breakfast). I took my getting ready pictures for my wedding here. My mom stayed here 29 years ago for her wedding. She loved it and so do I. If I didn’t already live in Greenville, I’d stay here again

While I was getting ready, a mirror fell off the wall. It was already crooked on the wall so it looks like it wasn’t in place well enough. It didn’t hurt anyone, but I forgot to mention it to the staff when I left 😬
