Cookies at reception desk were a nice touch after a long day of driving. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The view from the room was also very nice.

The surprise of an additional fee for parking. The lack of a continental breakfast was also disappointing. And while everything was comfortable and clean in the room it could use a bit of updating. Otherwise the rest of the accomodations and amenities were enjoyable.

The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The staff was very friendly. It is located right by a major highway, so easy to get to places. I appreciated having to have a room key to get to guest floors. It felt safer that way.

I was at a conference. I'm not sure if microphones were offered in the meeting rooms and just not used but it was difficult to hear sometimes.

Very clean and the staff was amazing!!!

The only problem I had was that my toilet wouldn’t flush. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up. After almost an hour, I went down to the front desk to follow up as I had to really use the restroom. 15 mins later they sent someone up and fixed the problem.

Hotel staff was friendly, everything seemed clean. Room was clean despite some ants. I felt pretty comfy I just wish the room and hotel was a little more updated.

There was an ant crawling on me in the bed. The hallways were pretty old and dark. The disinfectant wipes needs refilling by the elevators.

I slept well and staff very nice

The A/C unit was VERY loud and the unit was rattling. You cannot sleep when it is on. Your parking rates are outrageous - forcing me and others to park on the street - limited spaces. Most hotels include breakfast with the stay - you should do this also. All Hilton Garden Inns include breakfast.

We had a leak in the bathroom ceiling from the room upstairs, but it was fixed in about a hour I thought that was good. The Parking situation was terrible no place to park on the street and $26.00 a night for guests to self park in the ramp

Clean, quiet, but most of all that you have to use your key card for everything in the hotel even for the elevator to work.

The only thing is that you can't access the hotel from the parking garage you have to go down to the 1st floor then enter the hotel, but that's minor

room was not ready for check in upon arrival. There is no room cleaning or towel replacement. The tv is very user unfriendly. Parking is difficult and expensive ( $30 per day charge for parking)

Location was good.

The hot water in the shower stopped working. Maintenance did come and fix it, but it took a couple of calls to make sure someone was coming. Even then, I don't think it still completely worked correctly.

It is in a good location for us, near family. We’ve stayed here before. It’s easy to get to; it’s near the freeway.

Parking is $25/day, but we didn’t have a car this time so saved on that.
