We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was in the best location opposite the International Marketplace shopping centre and a bus stop 60m away which had direct busses to Ala Moana, International Airport and Pearl Harbour. So many restaurants close by as well. The room was cosy and the best thing was the in-room microwave where we could heat up our takeaway food as needed. Only a 15 min walk to the beach.

The exterior facade of the building and the pool area are very dated. However, the hotel lobby and our room was renovated so that made up for the old exteriors.

upon checkin I realized that my room - #1250- was close to the elevator shaft and it groaned and creaked all night. i was also a few steps away from the janitorial room which also added to the noise. the shower head sprayed everywhere. WORST of all I had no balcony. very disappointed. the hotel did move me on my 3rd night to a much better room. #760. room 1250 should not be assigned to any other future guest.

The location was great and the hotel was very clean and modern.

The mattress on the sofa bed was not too comfortable

Hotel was in a great location - we were able to walk to most everywhere we wanted to go in Waikiki. Additionally, the hotel staff were very friendly and did a great job keeping our room and the facilities clean.

If you travel for business expecting to work from the hotel, be aware that the wifi was not great and a lot of times working from a hotspot was better than the wifi as it did not stay connected to devices well.

Location was great. Near beach & restaurants. The room was nice.

They billed us extra for resort fees and taxes which Booking.com stated was included!!! Dispute is ongoing!!

Location was great only a block from the beach and amongst the shopping and dining bustle

Room smelt musty each time door was opened. The bid disappointment.. We booked a room with a balcony which we got - of sorts. Wasn’t wide enough for tables and chairs, could barely stand. Was unusable and only an aesthetic. Missed opportunity to sit outside and have coffee in morning.

The room was clean and everyone in the hotel was kind.

The gym wasn’t open 24 hours and the price to park was a lot!

Great location in the heart of Waikiki. It’s located across the street from the International Marketplace and about 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. My room was small but had everything I needed, including Keurig coffee maker. My family enjoyed having breakfasts and dinners at our private lanai. Good housekeeping. Enough of bath towels & beach towels. Convenience store on site. Friendly staff.

Very expensive parking on site. I decided to park my rental car a few blocks away for half of the Hilton’s valet parking price. My room was on the 3rd floor. It’s been a bit noisy because of the pool right next to the room. Also, there’s a restaurant on site, in the lobby. That restaurant’s HVAC system vents were right under the 3rd floor. It added even more noise.

Really good facilities - from a nice pool area to laundry facilities which were really helpful when on an extended stay Brilliant location a couple of blocks back from the beach - the beachfront hotels looked cramped, unclean, and dated by comparison. Excellent daily room service.

Not pleased that my final bill was greater than the booked price (not by much but detracts from a good stay) Other guests were noisy (not the hotel's fault but better noise insulation would be good) The main downside was the air conditioning - VERY noisy and left everything feeling a little damp - not good for sleeping

Location in the center of Waikiki everything is walkable and next to shopping areas. The room was so clean but I didn’t like the pillows were so uncomfortable and the shower

I believe the staff should be nicer rather more helpful, I can’t believe I asked for an adapter to charge my phone and it wasn’t available (in all hotels in America that I’ve been to they usually give you one), I’m a tourist and this is an international hotel chain. second thing I didn’t like is the resort fees , I really didn’t use any of the resort facilities except for the beach once to use the chairs and they didn’t even have an umbrella! I know this applies to all hotels in Hawaii but shouldn’t be obligatory to pay. The restaurant was mediocre, food wasn’t that good , I expected more
