The property offered everything I needed, it was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t take advantage of the outdoor pool but it was nice and well maintained. There was a large playground and several picnic tables and charcoal grills available as well. I saw lots of happy families enjoying the facilities - facilities that chain hotels that are much more expensive don’t offer. Green Granite in is a great value and I’d stay here again without a second thought!

The laundry facility seemed to need some work as the washer didn’t drain well. Still it worked and I had clean clothes in the end.

It was in a great location. The decor in the lobby was beautiful it had a indoor/outdoor pool. Breakfast in the morning we didn't get it but they offer it. The room was big completely spacious. The beds were comfortable as well. Staff friendly. Really overall great place to stay!

There is no trash in the bathroom (which is my personal preference) and we had a back parking lot view for the balcony which is fine we love balconies in general but, there is some type of complex or housing development back there so alot of people traffic through there that seem a little sketchy (ex.fighting loudly, blasting music, had shopping carriages filled with there belongings and screaming to other people from the parking lot) even with that overall we would stay again.

The indoor pool and the exercise room was the big plus for us. They have a Hot Tub but it was a small one and there was always 3 people in it when we went. It's not a heated pool so I would suggest keeping all the doors and windows closed to keep the water warmer.

The cable seem to be a low budget system with a horrible and hard to understand T.V. guide. Example when you see a cable system that has like 10.1 ,10.2,10.3 and so on they are never good. The BIGGEST DOWNFALL was no Room Service because they said we were staying 3 nights I don't know what that had to do with it no Explanation was given. Due to no Room Service you have to make your own bed that wasn't bad but the Towels you have to leave the used ones outside your door and go to the office and get new ones yourself

We liked the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, except that it only had one chair so we moved in one of the casual chairs from outside. In addition the toilet proved a problem but was quickly fixed by the hotel maintenance staff. The breakfast room staff, Bobby, went out of her way to help as I am diabetic and the breakfast exceeded our expectations as did the size of the breakfast room. It's location, close to the shopping outlets, restaurants and pharmacies were ideal.

Apart from the toilet problem which was quickly resolved, the place, facilities, location, price and staff, was excellent.

The very best part was the size of the bathtub in the room~ It was huge and deep~ The location was good to explore east of Conway without going into the downtown area- The breakfast was good. Overall, a good stay and I would stay there again and recommend it~

The location was not as good as it had a lot of street dust, and the neighboring. businesses had equipment beeping and side street cleaning and landscape workers at 3-4AM in the morning! Not good on that at all for sleeping. The breakfast said on the site it was offered at 6AM, and was not until 7AM. I also had a TV remote that did not work and asked for help at the front desk and was told 'Michael' would come fix it and he never came, and no one called back

The location was excellent. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Loved that there was a small patio that you could use if the rain ever stopped

The beds and toilets were low and brutal to get up from for a girl with a sore back, The room was dark. The lamps only had one bulb when there were sockets for 2. The jets in the hot tub were weak. There was no A/C in the breakfast room and it was uncomfortable

It's a beautiful old fashioned New England style inn with lots of charm. It's bigger than in the photos with 2 pools, lots of parking and large common areas on the main floor and second floor. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely not my last stay here when passing through Conway.

Unfortunately I didn't get to experience much seeing that I arrived late and left the next morning. I would've liked to have stayed longer.

convenient being close to everything

Checked in and received my room key, after unloading vehicle and climbing up stairs and walking down walkway only to open the door of the room assigned it was not clean, the beds were not made and the room was a mess. Had to lug everything back downstairs load it back in the car and go back to the front desk to find a huge line of people checking in.

The room had excellent temperature control, very comfortable. The Starbucks machine in the lobby is awesome as well as having access to a microwave 24 hours a day. The pools, room and property were clean. There is a second-floor lobby with games and puzzles. Location is right in the middle of everything.

Breakfast could have been better, more fruit and gluten free options.

Breakfast was outstanding and over facility was clean and welcoming. I’d defiantly come back and I’ve already recommended.

I had 3 separate issues with my room key. 1st was defiantly from keeping in my wallet but the other 2 times I made sure to keep in separate pocket, away from wallet and phone. It was just frustrating and an inconvenience. Maybe this could be looked into. I was in Rm 10.
