Comfortable hotel at reasonable price close to DFW airport. I was able to walk around grapevine township but also there is a curtesy drop off service within a small radius of the hotel. Murshada was helpful and kind during my check in and check out. It was the perfect place to stay between flights. Bed was also super comfortable!!! Free coffee bar 24 hours.

The location was so close to the convention center! Plus, it was close to great restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They have a shuttle that can take you to most places within a 3-mile radius and provide transportation to and from the airport.

Unfortunately, they were doing renovations, so the pool was closed.

Excellent location, walkable to Grapevine's Main St. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, more than any recent hotels I've stayed in, even more expensive ones. Nice room, what you may expect but very clean and well appointed. I even had a staff member come to my room shortly after check-in to make sure all was good......can't remember the last time if at all that ever happened! I would stay again without hesitation.

Very clean hotel and room. Comfortable beds and lots of good towels. Good size rooms for the value. Very friendly staff and nice to have breakfast included.

Lots of noise from the floor above while we tried to sleep - we heard footsteps which is common, but also the floor kept squeaking. And the curtains don't cover up all the outside light, I wish they were longer to let the room be darker.

We had a short stay in the US as we were travelling to another destination in America. Friendly personnel and a nice atmosphere at the hotel and the breakfast was true American. Nice restaurants are just around the corner.

You need to be aware that the airport shuttle service ends at 18:00. We had to pay a cap of around 20 USD plus tip for the to the hotel. We were not aware of this when booking through Booking.com and would have liked to know.

Great location close to everything restaurants, activities, mall. Front desk staff very friendly we were advised that the facility was under remodeling but still really clean with free breakfast.

Only thing I didn’t like not much parking except I’m the back but didn’t see a back entrance.

The room Was clean and comfortable. There were lots of high quality toiletries including conditioner, shampoo, body wash, face soap and lotion. Nice pillows and comfortable bed.

I can’t eat gluten so no bagel breakfast for me but they had yogurt and OJ.

Breakfast was delicious. Omlets were great

The bathroom was too small. The sink was in a separate room from the toilet and tub, and it was very tight and uncomfortable when it came to bathing. There was no space to leave our clothes other than on top of the toilet, there was no trash can in there.

Room was great just what we needed. Lobby was comfortable and decorated very nice . Breakfast was acceptable just what one needed to start the day. I would have loved coffee to be available in lobby when we arrived and at night when we returned but not crucial. Thanks

The customer service here is very good, all very helpful. Bed was very comfortable. The shuttle service to and from the airport is really convenient. Breakfast was very nice and good variety.

The pool was not very clean, not really enticing at all.
