The location of the property was on the sweet spot. Knowing other Hotel Properties Being towards the center of Amsterdam, the hotels where really somewhat not to appealing (being a little bit out of date), and not to mention there was this one Staff member that was extremely hospitable in her own way that made my stay more extravagant knowing the rest of the staff would be hospitable as well .

what i did not like.... Hmm well other than the fact the the nearest open market or convenient store was a 15 min walk there was not anything uncomforting at all.

Very modern hotel. Large room, comfortable bed and desk area for work (if required). Good transport links into Amsterdam itself 20-30min tram ride and stop was less than 5mins from hotel. Staff were very helpful and accommodated all reasonable requests

They had an issue with internet mid-stay which also affected things like the front door. Had booked due to reports of it being a very good internet signal (outside this period it was) possibly the best free internet I’ve had access to in a hotel. Staff kept us up to date but it did cause some hassle for the day or so it was down.

The room was a decent size, plenty of room for us to reassemble our two bikes after them being boxed for flying. We arrived flustered after midnight due to a delayed flight and were greeted by the friendly and totally relaxed night staff. The room was quiet and comfortable. In the morning the equally chilled day receptionist took us out to the bins to dispose of our bike boxes. So I expect they are able to deal with whatever anybody needs.

It was in an odd place, seemed to be surrounded by car showrooms and warehouses.

Room was very clean and comfortable as I would expect for what was paid, and the staff were very helpful. Well suited for Keurkenhof which is why we booked it but a little far out from central Amsterdam if one wants to sight see. Breakfast was good although staff were rushed to replenish the buffet on our second day.

Not many people dine there of an evening and so there is not much ambiance. The food also seems to be prepared off site although it was very good.

Myself and a friend have just returned from Amsterdam spending the night at this hotel. From the minute we arrived till we departed today we received first class treatment. The man at reception who also served drinks was a credit to his employer, he was polite, professional and had a good sense of humor, but unfortunately i never got his name. The rooms were very nice with a large comfortable bed.I also charged my EV from almost empty to full using the hotel chargers for just €12.50. The tram to Amsterdam was so easy. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

Very neat and good value for money. Staff were helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Absolutely no disturbances, very quiet and peaceful.

1.They do not provide complimentary water bottles. 2. Not sure if it was housekeeping staff but found a water bottle opened and few sips taken and the bottle left in my room. Wasn’t my water bottle but was surprised to find one left behind.

The staff immediately helped us with an issue we reported. They apologized and checked with us until we were again all set. Staff is super accommodating and welcoming. I took a two-room suite, perfect when you gave a pubert kid wanting privacy (not only your kid wants it).

Gadgets in the room weren't too many, but I was okay with it personally. No smoking room unfortunately smelled of smoke but, as mentioned, we were immediately taken care of, without any hesitation.

Booked hotel due to cancelled flight ,arrived half an hour after booking . Young man on reception friendly and helpful ,which was welcome after horrible day at airport.Nice big room ,large bathroom with walk in shower ,bath and shower and two sinks . Breakfast was good but could have been hotter. Friendly lady on duty . Evening meal was very good ,with friendly staff .

Area of hotel not the best as nothing in walking distance to fill day in .Booked taxi to a shopping centre but very difficult to get taxi back .

A modern hotel and comfortable with car parking on site. The room was comfortable but the "wet room" bathroom was a little clinical. One drove through leafy suburbs on the approach to the hotel and then plunged into an industrial estate on which the hotel was located. The location was practical and easy to find but not a location where one could sit in a garden and enjoy a drink.

The plumbing for the "wet room" bathroom as the outflow for the shower water was inadequate and the room was soon awash.

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, the hotel is set in an industrial estate with tram 5 mins walk away so no pretty views but no real outside noise either. plus we were upgraded to a suite on the 4th floor 👍 Staff were friendly and helpful all you want really, only had breakfast once and it was ok filled a hole.

The coffee was a little strong for the machine in the room, and there were no instructions on how to use it.
