The nicest staff anywhere. Super clean and organized resort with fun for the kids at the game room and water park, which was soooo fun even for mom. Palomino island was beautiful and a huge bonus. Lobby was gorgeous. Views were gorgeous. Landscaping was gorgeous.

Could've used more healthy food options for kids than the normal carb heavy foods. Wish there was also more fresh fruit and veggie options. Felt I gained 10lbs on the trip. ;) Wish horses were available to ride on Palomino. Left a sweatshirt on Palomino right in front of the staff building but they didn't keep it in lost and found, which was the only time the staff didn't exceed expectations.

Incredible property with breathtaking views! We did not want to leave. Resort has so many perfectly thought of amenities. the restaurants, water park, pools, private island trip. we are definitely coming back.

bathrooms in the brisas wing were outdated and there was poor bathroom ventilation which made the room humid.

Friendly staff, everything was clean and the amenities and facilities are great. It is one of the best hotels in PR. Loved the water park. Will definitely be coming back.

They need to remodel the bathrooms.

Ferry boat reservations were difficult to get same day, book in advance. Hallways were noisy, doors didn't open or shut easily. Location is not great outside the property.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Also there is a local café shop as other option. The my daughter enjoyed very much the coqui waterpark. Beaches nearby are beautiful. Also overall the hotel views are amazing and facilities very pretty.

Great to disconnect. Don’t need to leave the hotel for anything.

We had 2 rooms. One was excellent and the other one was not properly inspected, the phone didn’t work properly and it was not 100% clean when arrived- there was some hair in the toilet and on the drawers.

beautiful view from our balcony, fun to ride the boat over to the private island, kids loved the water park, and staff was very kind and helpful.

Seems crazy you have to pay for parking if you're paying $$ for the lodging.

everything!! what isn’t there to like about this resort it has it all including water rides, golf, a boat to an island called Palomino island and spectacular ocean views a no brainer a must go.

It’s pricey but it’s worth it.

Beautiful location and grounds. Food and drinks were all very good. Helpful and friendly staff. We loved the private beach and island. The water park was a huge hit with our kids. Overall, we were very impressed with this resort and would return. Our deluxe room by the marina was beautiful. Stunning views from the balcony and the room was a good size for a family of four.

Check in was a bit of a nightmare. When we arrived at the resort, the security booth did not show that we had a reservation (I had to give them our confirmation number). Once inside the hotel, there was an extremely long line of people checking in and it took a very long time. The front desk also did not show us having a reservation. After 10 minutes they were finally able to locate it. Check in at the hotel is 4:00 p.m., and our room was not ready until 5:00 which was annoying after a long day of traveling. The front desk agreed to waive the daily resort fee for that day as a make-good which we appreciated.

BRIANA at the concierge was MORE THEN EXELENT!!!!!!! LENIEL at the pool restaurant was AWESOME he talk about everything at the hotel the life guards at the coqui water park GREAT the ladies at the lockers at coqui AMAZING the people at the alto cafe great

the check in was an hour late. 4:49pm the shower didn’t work properly I found a hair in my piña colada in the rest at the pool I found a hair in my plate at ballyhoo bolivar at ballyhoo didn’t have a great guest service mood the employees at the funicular DONT INTERACT WITH NOBODY!!!! last day we where getting ready to leave an left some stuff in the room and housekeeping and maintenance were INSIDE MY ROOM I was missing a laker cup and they had it in their car don’t recall if I had anything else but it’s UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!
