All the entire hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The rooms were the best ones, extra clean and comfortable. The personnel very humble and attentive.

The entire ambience of the hotel was amazing. The king suit was spacious and the kitchenette was very useful! The pool area was beautiful and the water perfectly tempered. The location was decent. The hotel provides you with beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach that’s nearly a 10 mins walk. It’s also walking distance to the super market if you’re stay is extended.

There was a bit of a musty smell that stayed in the hallways. It wasn’t too unpleasant, but recognizable. There are hidden fees and hotel service fees that you should inquire about. I was not aware of them through booking.com.

It was an amazing stay with unexpected perks! it is a beautiful property with great amenities, I only stood one night and wish i could have booked longer. Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff. only about 5 min walk to the beach and has a ton of food options right outside of the hotel. CVS is also down the street, which is super convenient Also, there shower and beds did not disappoint very in line with the Marriott standard of comfort!

They ran out of coffee and cups for beverages, but in there defense it was about 15 mins before breakfast ended and they had a rush of last min guest.

The breakfast was good but I think the staff was overwhelmed because the guess needed items refilled during breakfast. I must say the kitchen staff worked very quickly to make sure everything was refilled as requested. Maybe, more staff is needed on the days ships are leaving San Juan. There were a lot of people.

I booked my hotel through Royal Caribbean but there was a problem if my room was paid in advance or if Royal Caribbean accepted the credit card payment and didn’t pay the Marriott. I’m not really sure of how the problem was resolved. I was asked for a bank statement showing that the payment had been taken out of my credit card account. Anyway, my husband used a credit card to pay for our stay to ensure that the hotel could obtain some sort of payment. What a mess!!! The statement I received from the booking showed that I only owed the $35.00 resort fee. Maybe, this is a systems problem. I would like an explanation as to how this was resolved. I have stayed at Marriott hotel over the past few year and have always enjoyed my check-in. I was very disappointed this time.

The room was very clean and consistent with Marriott standards. I don't drink coffee, so some hot chocolate or popcorn would be appreciated.

The oatmeal at breakfast was a runny pureed soup. I am a big oatmeal lover and so this was very disappointing. Perhaps it was a cultural thing, and I mean no disrespect, but perhaps call it something other than oatmeal if it is culturally different so people don't have the same expectations.

Location. Even though it’s close to the airport it’s not an airport hotel. For us getting to airport to get car was convenient. And there’s a supermarket nearby. Hotel is new and we liked the kiddie pool.

We knew this when we booked this. Path to go to the beach wasn’t that great. The housekeeping was miserable. Pretty sure they did the bare minimum.

The property is in excellent shape! The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and offer their advice and service always with a smile! Breakfast was delicious and location is excellent close to everything, beach, restaurants, airport and main attractions.

I had to pay for parking in the same hotel 19 per day!

It is newer and rooms are much larger than at some nearby hotels. Kids enjoyed the splash pad area with slide.

Breakfast was very limited and so was the hotel food menu. There is a resort fee that goes toward food (not alcohol or items at the hotel market), and most of the food is subpar. There are only a couple of laundry machines so there was always a wait to do laundry.

I loved the pool and I loved the room, it was better than I expected from seeing the photos. Very cozy and beautiful. The service of the staff was excellent, from the entrance, to those who work with breakfast, all very pleasant and helpful. I definitely book it again when I return to PR.

The bar at the pool. It's unvelivable that those facilites are not serviced as they should. You need a real bartender, happy hours system, and the most important part, you need supervision.
