Nice variety at breakfast , large selection of juices etc at breakfast, waiter/waitresses attentetive and very friendly , most staff are smiling and give salaams as you pass them on island , room gets tended to twice a day . overall I would highly recommend , arabian restaurant delicious , Italian one as well , massive portions although to big for UK residents , location is lovely and calm ,

on busy days locals do litter but this is a tiny amount , but as the island is so clean 95% off time even just one wrapper seen on floor you will notice .

The room is really well designed, particularly I liked the bathroom (amazing shower). The staff is also ver kind and provides top service. The food is fantastic. The Arabic restaurant (Al Nahham) is one of the best restaurants we have had at any hotel.

There is a loud noise of air-conditioning or water pumps on top of the room buildings (this seems not to be the case for villas), so you get this humming noise in your room, depending in which you stay in. In our case it was not the worst, but it definitely was there, and you would not expect this in such a luxury resort. The main pool is ok, could be larger or better designed (like infinity pools or more natural looking, like in other luxury resorts), here it is just a square pool and can get crowded. The lagoons compensate for this but they are not deep, so you cannot swim in them. The beach is lovely but we could not use it since it seems it was jellyfish season.

General , the reception was too nice. Breakfast and dinner was exceptional and it was not expected by us. Room service and cleanliness and ambient was nice atmosphere and support service staffs were providing excellent service and unforgettable.

Nothing to say like that. All are quite impressive and in fact we are recommending to my friends to come and visit this place. it was assured that we will visit along with my family members once again.

Limited boat shuttle schedule No proper information about boat shuttles and the need for prior booking, u end up feeling imprisoned I called the resort before booking and they said they can provide a boat if we need outside the schedule but when we requested for that they started giving all the excused about the difficulty of doing that Staff are not able to understand what is “time” buttler is always late when we request for golf car, and he argues about it Naham restaurant reception lady is not welcoming and we had to wait for 30 mins for one nice waiter to come and take our orders

Food and service were wonderful. The staff could not be more helpful in each aspect of the hotel, from the ferry terminal, to check in/out, golf buggy drivers, service and room service. The quality of the hotel, the finishes, the facilities and food are 10/10.

The separate male/female gym is a bit unfortunate for tourists out-with this culture. It's not a huge issue but it would be nice to have the option to train together when you're travelling and relaxing on your honeymoon.

Everything was exceptional and outstanding. The room, the view, the facilities, the breakfast, and all the staff members in all areas were excellent examples of greatness and quality. Every detail was just perfect. I got one of the most memorable travels as I had an extremely relaxing environment after the very tough days I had before. I will keep coming every time I can as I loved this place too much.

The prices for the restaurants were relatively higher than expected. I thought that they will have higher prices than Doha restaurants ( eg Souk Waqif restaurants ), but they reached around 3x to 4x times their prices. I hope to review that and add special discounts for the people who booked a room or villa or so on.

The quality of service was superb. Plenty of fun activities and relaxing atmosphere. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and joyful. The food in all restaurants was delicious and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Maria in particular was attentive and made sure all of my special arrangements were taken care of. And if you’re there, do not miss out Nagaraju special juices by the beach. He makes the best cocktail mixes daily.

Everything was exceptional. The staff were absolutely amazing. Every single one of them. The service was splendid. The choice of restaurants and food was delicious and 5 star. No cars on the island except for buggys which means it is very quiet. Perfect for families as well as couples.

There was nothing to not like. Maybe it was quite expensive but then again the service is top-notch.
