Great food. Breakfast was excellent, both in the restaurant and the lounge, with many options available. The staff in the Club lounge were amazing, especially the lady from Myanmar and the breakfast chef. They really took care of us and our son who is a bit of a picky eater. New year's dinner at The Rawche lounge was also great.

It's quite annoying and inconvenient that kids under 12 can't go to the Club lounge between 6 and 8. They also can't go to The Boston bar which limits dining options. Additionally we were told by the reception that kids can go to the jacuzzi but when we tried to go with our son we were told by the life guard that kids are not allowed. Overall, there are a lot of policies that are not family friendly. Guest services called our room at 10pm on our last night to see if we needed anything, even though we had "do not disturb" sign on. Unfortunately they woke our son who was already sleeping.

- Prime Location: The hotel has a direct exit to a mall, offering easy access to a variety of restaurants and a large Carrefour supermarket with plenty of options. - Convenience for Sightseeing: One of the city tour bus stops is right in front of the mall, making it very convenient to explore the city and return directly to the hotel. - Spacious and Comfortable Rooms: The room was incredibly spacious, with a stunning view. The large bathroom and apartment-like feel added to the comfort. - Excellent Breakfast: The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of tasty options, balancing Western and local dishes. The variety of fresh salads, local ingredients, and quality juices made it particularly enjoyable.

- Overpriced Airport Transfer: The hotel offered a private airport transfer at 120 QAR, nearly three times the cost of a regular taxi. While we understand a slight premium for convenience, this pricing felt excessive and unfair. We opted to book a taxi ourselves through the reception, with a taximeter we paid 35 QAR instead. - Booking Process for Taxis: While the alternative taxi service was much cheaper, it required guests to be ready 15 minutes in advance to arrange, which could be slightly inconvenient.

My wife & I decided to embark on a 2 country trip to Doha, Qatar and Abu Dhabi, UAE to celebrate her milestone birthday. Our search for a 5 Star hotel in Doha that met all our requirements happily ended at City Center Rotana, Doha. I contacted the hotel via to inform them of our reservation and the purpose of our trip and Rayanne promptly replied with such warmth that we were even further drawn to the hotel. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite. On arrival at the hotel, we were received by Siami who mentioned they had been expecting us. Check in was smooth & we were personally taken to our rooms by Siami!!! The hotel had a birthday cake waiting for my wife and the beautiful suite had been decorated with lovely petals and colourful balloons. They also had a birthday card and picture of my wife and I beautifully framed on the table - we were absolutely impressed and our expectations were positively exceeded. Breakfast was 5 star and Puspita was always on hand to assist with anything we required. One beautiful thing about City Center Rotana, Doha is the link to the Mall via the 2nd floor. Every part of the hotel is tastefully furnished to exude 5 Star luxury to the smallest detail. The staff are always on hand to assist with a smile, from the Bell boys to the cleaners to the main reception staff - these staff are the assets that keep things running and are absolutely excellent!!! All requests to the reception from our room were promptly responded to. On the day of our departure, we received packaged Breakfast as we had requested since we had an early flight to catch. We had requested it for 5am and guess what? - at 5am on the dot the room bell rang and our breakfast was delivered - I was sooooo impressed. I would recommend City Center Rotana to anyone wanting to visit Doha, Qatar as they exceeded our expectations throughout our 4 night stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with a big smile in their face. Passway to go to city centre with so much shops to spend good time there . Breakfast at the buffet was amazing lots of variety worth every cent. Staff loubna and Rami which I saw every morning were very friendly and helpful asked for something weren't there loubna got a beautiful plate frim the kitchen for me. You can see how hard they are working around the tables attending to everyone needs thumb up to Rami and loubna and all staff at Zeit Zayton thanks . The experience starts just when you get there, the gentleman outside are always attentive and with big smiles and willingness to help you with your bags. The lobby is fancy and harmonious. The ladies in the check in are so prepared with the reservations and very well groomed as well. The building is big and spacious. Every corner has a special something. We were waiting for a visa approval so we had to make a reservation day after day for three days and they didn’t have any problem with giving us late check in or early arrival. We had two different rooms and both of them were big, beautiful views, nice furniture and super comfortable beds. The amenities of the room are very high quality. We tried out Caramel, Boston’s and Olive Oil and there were outstanding! Amazing service and quality and variety of food. My favorite part is the gym, my partner and I were so impressed but the kind of gym a hotel can have, again the service, the cleaning and the quality of the space were impeccable. I love the location of the property, I love the so many options around there. Extremely positive experience there. My sincere thanks to all the personnel there especially to Rabiaa in the front desk and Khawla en Olive Oil. I wish I could remember more names because everyone there were so special and attentive. I couldn’t apply my corporate discount in the room fare. But I understand how it works in high season.

I liked the location and the view. It was very peaceful despite being right in the middle of the city centre. The staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from. The House keeping staff to doormen, security guards, kitchen staff , and reception desk, all were amazing and always ready to help.

The room lights were very dim, pillows were uncomfortable, there was no pillow menu or any alternative options to choose. Also the douche spray hose was short and positioned on the wrong side , hence difficult to use.

I arrived at 2am and the staff were very helpful at check-in and throughout my stay. The room was very similar to ones I had stayed in in other similar hotels in Qatar when I was there for work a few years ago and fully met my expectations. I had breakfast every day in the hotel and dinner once in the same restaurant and the food and service were excellent. The location was ideal for my purposes, with access to all parts of Doha via the new Metro system.

The choice of channels on the TV was very limited, at least the ones in English were. It was either News channels, which are important and which I used, or kids' channels, which were not relevant for me. This is an issue I have found in other hotels in Qatar. I had my laptop, so was able to access other information through that, but there was little in the way of light entertainment available. Fortunately, I was out seeing friends most of the time.

Great facilities on site, big swimming pool with jacuzzi and kids pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful, cleaners do a great job of cleaning the room too. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection, and the city centre mall is attached to the hotel which was really convenient, can be accessed through the second floor which is only a couple of minutes walk. And the hotel has a lovely fragrance in the atmosphere 😍

Everything was great only downside was the rooms are not very soundproof can hear traffic and some noise outside when sleeping

After checking in, my colleagues all praised my choice. They liked the room with executive lounge, where you can enjoy the sea view of Doha city, eat delicious food, and taste high-quality wine. In addition, the executive lounge also provides a meeting room to solve our office needs. The hotel is located in the city center, and it is easily accessible. The most important thing is the staff here. They are very friendly and provide nice service. Mariam in the executive lounge should be mentioned in particular. She always patiently answers our questions and introduces us to the city of Doha.And Siami,They both carefully reserve meeting rooms for us so that we can work better. Mahasen at reception provided great help both when we checked in and out, and patiently solved our various problems. Finally, Allan，Every time we called a taxi, he helped us confirm the information, told us where the food was delicious, and wished our team good results here. Thank him. We all like Rotana very much.

Gorgeous hotel, super clean, very professional staff. On our chick-in time we requested room with view and the front desk(sorry forgotten her name) was very nice and she provided us perfect room with fantastic view. The offer of a refreshment soft drink was also a good sign of welcome. We enjoyed the buffet very much. Everything were delicious. Variety food options. Last but not least the mall access was plus. Thanks again. We would love to stay again if we hopefully get any chance to travel to the most beautiful city in the world beautiful Doha again.
