Location is perfect! There is a metro station, mall and a bus stop nearby. The airport is easily accessible. We received a warm welcome from the moment we walked in until the moment we departed. Siwar, Yosra, you were awesome! Internet: I had problems connecting to the Internet,Joseph performed a great job and patiently guided me through the entire process if I had more issues. Connectivity: Needs improvement. TV- Not much variety of programmes to watch. Housekeeping: A very energetic team. Respectful and professional. The rooms and bathroom are very clean. Maintenance Team (Electrical): Always on hand! Restaurant: The food was delicious. Wide choice. The synergy between the restaurant manager, Mr. Zakkah and the team is exceptional. The staff are very knowledgeable, except for an incident where I requested an omelette for two, and I specifically said said one without sausage. The team member (name withheld as this review is not to victimise but for improvement; I can be contacted on this) came with 3 plates and could not tell which one was without sausage and walked off. In contrast, the next time I requested an omelette, Sureka had a sheet with various fillings.As I said what I wanted, she checked each box, and delivery was smooth. Despite experiencing long queues a few times, I commend Mr. Zakkah and his team for reducing queues and wait times quickly. The restaurant provided an excellent dining experience. Thank you, Sureka, Wael, Aziz (hope I spelled that right), Black Lady in Doha Baking and the "behind the scenes" team, i.e Core Kitchen Staff. Requesting for toilet paper. Beddings need more scrutiny especially underlays.( I can elaborate on this if I am contacted). It would be beneficial to monitor the guest toilet downstairs more closely, especially the floor. A good scrub is needed. 6.5/10.

The location was great. The apartment was excellently equipped. The bed was heavenly! The apartments were very quiet, almost 100% sound proof, and I had an awesome view from the 33rd floor. In all, it was a very good place to stay, and price was competitive for the location and facilities provided.

Nothing really

It was one of my best hotel experiences ever. The location can't be any better in Doha. The hotel is situated in the most newly-built district full of glittering skyscrappers. It's only five-minute walk to the private tourist beach Doha Sands and 5-minute walk to the huge shopping mall which offers a variety of shops, a big supermarket plenty of nice affordable restaurants and fast food places. The hotel room was huge! It was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated and fully-equipped with all necessary appliances (cooker, conditioning, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, TV and so on). There were all necessary kitchen utensils to cook meals. The breakfast was delicious and included a big range of snacks, salads, pastry, main courses. Every day we had something new in the buffet. The staff of the hotel was always polite and helpful. And we recieved all of the mentioned above at an unbelievably affordable price for such first-class accomodation and services. The whole experience was beyond all our expectations and we will definitely come back again!

The hotel is ideally located, just a 10-minute walk from a beautiful private beach. The central location also allows easy access to shopping areas and key attractions in Doha. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the fully functional kitchenette, which made it convenient for longer stays. The room was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel offers gym, pool, wellness area. The breakfast buffet was simple but had a variety of fresh options catering to different dietary preferences. The hotel also has a business lounge and workspaces. We highly recommend Element by Westin City Center Doha to anyone visiting Doha. With its excellent location, modern and quiet rooms, great amenities, and outstanding service, it is the perfect place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. ⭐ Rating: 5/5 – We will definitely return! 😊

The breakfast was good but not very diverse for vegetarians. The options were limited, and we would have appreciated more variety. However, the food was fresh and well-prepared.

There are so many great things to be said about this hotel! Firstly, it is conveniently located. The mall is 1 block away and is open until 22:00. The train station is also right next to the mall. Inside the hotel, there is a coffee shop (I never visited it but it seems nice) and a mini shop run by a very friendly uncle, which is open 24 hours a day. The staff at the hotel in general, despite some mild language barriers, are always determined to help you and give you the best service! The room is MASSIVE — very spacious with a comfortable bed and soft pillows (so comfortable that we skipped site-seeing on one of the days just to sleep in). In addition to the towels, the coffee station and waters are replaced every day, and the kitchen has all the crockery and utensils you could possibly need. To our surprise, there’s a bar in the basement level! Open from 5pm until about 2am. The pool area is nice and quiet, on the same floor as the gym and the spa. Staying here elevated my already incredible experience of Qatar!

The breakfast options were not that great

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They greeted me warmly each day, promptly addressed any questions or requests, and offered helpful suggestions for local attractions. Their genuine care and attentiveness made my experience truly memorable.

While my stay at the hotel was enjoyable, I believe there’s room for improvement in a couple of areas. The breakfast could benefit from more variety and fresher options to enhance the dining experience. Additionally, updating the bathrooms with more modern fixtures and improved cleanliness would greatly elevate guest satisfaction

I loved the location as well as how modern and clean the hotel was. The staff were extremely friendly and assisted us with information on the area and even tried to organise a different room for us in order for us to check in early. I loved how spacious our room was.

I was really surprised but how limited the breakfast was, especially the hot breakfast. I stayed for 1 week and every single day the only thing for the hot breakfast was scrambled eggs and occasionally some baked beans. There was no sausages, mushrooms or even hash browns which was disappointing. Nevertheless the service at the breakfast restaurant was amazing the entire week and everyone always greets you with a smile on their face!

In general it was good hotel. The location is the best, The flat was big enough with 3 bedrooms. The view was fine not bad. We may come again to this hotel.

Only 3 things I didn't like about the hotel. First, breakfast, it was very very basic and nothing special. We even got bored with breakfast. The second thing is toilets. I need a very long time to get hot water. Sometimes we have to wait 5 minutes. Third things, TV. Sometimes not working properly.

The hotel was great, very clean. I booked it through booking.com, they made few mistakes, eg, I requested for a extra bed, but we didn’t get it, but it was resolved quickly. staff were very nice .

Breakfast can improve though.

Abdulaziz, in particular, stood out with his warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care, making each dining experience truly memorable. His exceptional attitude and effort left a lasting impression. The housekeeping team also did a fantastic job, keeping everything spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. A special thank you to the bellman who assisted me with my luggage during both check-in and checkout. He handled everything with a smile and great dedication, ensuring my luggage was taken care of seamlessly and efficiently. His warm and attentive service added a personal touch to my experience. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for making my stay so memorable. Highly recommended!

One thing I didn't like was having to call to request items that are usually available in the room, like a hairdryer, enough towels, washing powder for the washing machine, and soap and towels for the guest toilet. These essentials weren’t provided upfront, and it typically took around 15 minutes to receive them after requesting.
