The variety is truly impressive, with almost an entire floor dedicated to breakfast options, ensuring guests have plenty of choices to start their day on a high note. A special mention goes to Mr. Barnabas at the Reception, whose professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction set him apart. He is extremely supportive and goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest's stay is comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend Best Plaza West Bay Hotel to anyone visiting the area. great breakfast, location TOP /easy walking distance access to the underground, city mall), the size of the room is mind blowing, with the panoramic windows to the city-corniche. great value for money. incredible reception staff.

room furniture is a bit outdating (arm chairs, carpet), while the entrance, reception hall, bar and restaurants are pretty modern and appealing to the eye. with the Little bit of modern makeover (rooms), the hotel will be SUPER TOP in all the senses. a bit disappointed by not being able to use the SPA (no list of services available when asked at the reception or the spa. at 10 am i was told to come back after 13:00. a bit strange)

I stayed in a room on the 35th floor with a stunning sea view and plenty of sunlight. The location is conveniently close to the downtown area, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The furniture is a bit outdated and could use some renovation. To be fair, most devices work well, except the TV loads quite slowly—possibly due to the internet connection. Aside from that, it’s still a good place to enjoy. The pool is suitable for kids but not ideal for adults.

I liked the location (near the beach and the City Center mall), the facilities and the friendly staff specially at the reception . The check in and check out process was fast and efficient.

The breakfast service is not well organized as guests are crowded and waiting to be seated around unclean tables. The restaurant space and staff at breakfast time are not enough.

One of the best breakfasts, good variation and interesting hot food choices. The location is good in West bay with a 12-15min walk to the City centre mall. The staff were very nice, and friendly, the room was excellent size with great views of the water.

The pool area was nice, but no supervision and also was not heated enough although this was during December time...but felt not able to use it given the coldness.

everything literally was remarkable. The location was easy to reach, the lobby is specious and clean and the staff were very cooperative although they checked me in very late like around 7 pm, however they compensated me with free stuff and upgraded my two rooms. The breakfast was really nice and tasty. The restaurant itself was so clean. The overall atmosphere was so calming and quiet. It really suits anyone whose aim is to relax and chill. I would like to thank Ms. April from the reception. She helped me alot and was so friendly and welcoming. every time i go there she is so so so helpful and professional in dealing with any situation. just the room service needs to pay attention to small details in the room while cleaning. like tissues and removing all the trash in the room.

Basically everything because hotel treated as really special :). We received a free upgrade to club suit which was really amazing - huge apartment floor (like 100m2) with separate rooms, bathroom and toliet and so on. We got access to exec lounge and also great take out breakfast (due to early flight, we couldn't eat it in the restaurant). Close proximity to beach and shopping center just improves overall great opinion :)

Honestly not much to say here except one thing - the windows. View from 34 floor is great but the dust from all sandy area is really visible and clouds this view a lot, so it looses its charm whne you try to see somethig through dirty glass ... But it is what it is - that is Qatar for you

The location and the staff were excellent. Check in and check out were very smooth. Breakfast had a lot of options and a good variety of pastries. The bed was comfortable. Very good size room.

Some floors were under construction and some mess was visible from the elevators and the hallways. The room had a strong unpleasant smell throughout my stay.

We had the most amazing & absoultely enjoyable family staycation at Crown Plaza Westbay! The best 5star property with the perfect hospitality in every aspect one could imagine. The hotel staff are the real gems! Right from our request for early check-in to late check-out. Hats off to front desk staff Mr.Barnabas and the ever friendly & courteous front desk manager Mr.Kamal Hussain. They gave us the best room for our staycation (club room) on the 19th floor which was absolutely amazing, huge & spacious with the most breathtaking view one could imagine. Almost a 270° panoramic view through the humongous glass windows offering the most spectacular view one could imagine.. right from Karata, Pearl, Lusial, B12 beach, Sheraton & Corniche! The night views were even more amazing. Special kudos to Mr.Kamal for his personal attention to every customer with an ever smiling face and we highly appreciate his kindness in providing an extra kids bed in our room at not extra cost. Sparkling clean room & bathroom, with excellent housekeeping service offered with quick water bottle & tea coffee refills upon request.Wonderful in room menu offering lip smaking food. The icing on the cake was the complimentary access to the executive club lounge on the 8th floor, with unlimited snacks, finger foods, beverages & ofcourse the wide selection of alcoholic drinks. What an amazing & friendly hostess - Ms.Jerica ay the club lounge who made us all feel so comfortable & attended to all our requests. Ms.Jerica is an adorable staff, ever smiling who made us feel at home & even offered to take our family photos in the club lounge as well as at the lounge balcony, with the spectacular night view of the westbay backdrop. The dinner & breakfast included in the staycation package at the amazing Nidayaa restaurant was an absolute treat, both for our taste buds & our tummies.
