Staff are very welcoming! Overall customer service is top notch! Upon arrival we were greeted by the bellboy and assisted us with our luggage immediately. At the reception while checking-in, they served us a cold welcome drinks and dates, check-in was smooth, fast and efficient. Kudos to the housekeeping team for preparing our room, it’s simply “WOW”! Room is immaculate, huge and beautifully designed. It is our first time to stay in this hotel and we were impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff are and of course the overall customer service experience is truly exceptional! We even get a chance to meet the Assistant Front Office Manager and Housekeeping Manager and personally thanked them for the amazing and unforgettable experience their team have provided during our stay. We never had this kind of treatment from other hotels we stayed in, this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone or specially to a family who would like to have a weekend gateway!

The jacuzzi in our room was not working. We were not able to use it right away we only notice it next day before we check out so we didn't bother to inform the hotel.

Our family had another amazing stay here! We were welcomed by Mr Moujtahed and Muhammad at the reception. We also received a hospitable treatment from Anthony and Ruwanga! Breakfast was great! Thanks to Deepesh and Thomas for delivering a high quality service. We're looking forward to stay here again in the future!

Reasonable hard pillow is needed in the room

We booked for a 2-BR apartment to stay over the weekend and what are the odds to be upgraded. We highly recommend the quality of service, the very welcoming staff and the fabulous hotel itself! We loved how big the living room is and of course the indoor pool that connects the living room to the master’s bedroom that the kids enjoyed the most. We also loved the very sophisticated kitchen with built in dishwasher and ice maker machine! 👏🏻 Thank you very much for the wonderful experience we had over the weekend ❤️❤️❤️ special thanks to Ms. Anusha in the reception to making this happen, and Mr. Mabikke for utmost customer assistance! 👏🏻👍🏻

We spent here for 1 night & I must say that everything is excellent. The room was bigger than I expected. They took care of us from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The staffs are very friendly, kudos to Anthony & Olubenga. You must try Torafugu as well, the morning breakfast was superb! We'll definitely come back.

Thank you, thank you is not enough for all the hotel staff, especially Mr. Qayyum, the evening supervisor at the reception, his treatment was distinguished and elegant, and frankly he helped me a lot regarding the residents and the luggage carrier Mr. Duke, Mr. Tariq, Mr. Munther, and Ms. Salma, as well as the brothers who were parking the car, they were polite and their treatment was elegant and respectful, including Mr. Azeem, Mr. Denis, Mr. Adil, and Mr. Mabikke. All the hotel facilities were excellent, as well as its proximity to all tourist places and very close to the Asti Center complex. I will repeat the residence a second time and I advise friends to stay in it. I repeat, thank you again, and there is no comment from me.

The hotel is excellent with exceptional design features and eye catching lobby. The staff provided excellent support and services, the location, the views are amazing. I Highly recommended this hotel, they have massive living area, spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, they also have an extra room with a double deck bed with its own bathroom perfect for those with a nanny, great indoor pool with jacuzzi, and fully equipped gym. Special thanks to Richard and Mr. Mounzer who truly makes the experience exceptional for helping and upgrade with the best suite, my family had a great time and my daughter had a best birthday celebration. The staff are all amazing, thanks also to Ms. Hina, Denisha and Mabikke.

We had an amazing staycation during the New Year's Eve. Staff was exceptional! Benga, Oybek and Rania were very hospitable from the moment of Check-in. We were also welcomed by the manager, Mr Moujtahed. Muhammad, Anthony and the night manager Mr Omondi are very accommodating throughout our stay! The housekeeping team doing great job with their towel art, superb! The lifeguard in the pool is also hospitable. The IT is perfect! They all succeeded in impressing us during our stay!

Faucet is needed in the bathroom

I recently stayed at Dusit Hotel and Suites and overall, it was a nice experience. The room was spacious and had a lovely decor, making it quite inviting. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the amenities provided. The staff was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their warmth and attentiveness really enhanced my stay.

I did notice that the room was a bit dusty, which detracted from the overall impression. A thorough cleaning would have made a significant difference. Despite the dust issue, the convenient location and excellent service make this hotel worth considering. I would recommend it, but I hope for improved housekeeping in the future.

Large apartment, large bedrooms, dinning, living areas and very well equipped kitchen. The ornate décor continued from the reception area, apartment and throughout the whole hotel. Everything was on a grand scale. Huge choice of high quality food at the breakfast buffer. It’s Everyone found something they liked. If there is something you don’t see, ask. We requested poached eggs and cafe lattes and these were provided at no extra cost. Well equipped gym. Indoor pool, a little on the small side and gets busy when you have up to 10 people. Added bonus with a steam room, sauna and spa. A huge plus is the 360 Tropicano bar (48 floor) on the top floor of the hotel, giving you a wonderful panoramic view of the city. Suggest you go during the day and night, just to admire the views.

Indoor pool is a little small, when you get more than 6 people in it. Otherwise I found very little I did not like at this hotel.

We love everything in this hotel. The spacious room, comfortable beds, friendly and accommodating staff, great costumer service. Special thanks to Mr. Muhammed from the reception who assisted us during our check-in, Mr. Mabikke and Mr. Samuel for helping us with our things and to Mr. Mounzer for making sure that we are comfortable and we have all the things we need. It is our second time in this hotel and surely we will come back. Great place to stay with your friends and family. Thank you everyone.
