The location and view from the room were excellent. The service level was also great. The staff was very accommodating. We were granted an upgrade. Valet was prompt and never late. Check out was swift. The bedrooms are carpeted which makes it comfortable but not the living room and cooridors. City Center is about 10 minutes walk and has multiple stores. The kitchen is equipped.

The hot water takes long time which is a waste of resources. I understand the tower is tall and this could be the reason. The suite next door had a dog which was a surprise since I thought pets were not allowed as per booking. I was told it is only for long stay residents.

Bathroom lighting: The bathroom could benefit from brighter lighting. Breakfast buffet: The breakfast buffet selection could be expanded to offer more variety. Shower pressure: The shower pressure could be improved to provide a more invigorating experience. Climate control: The in-room temperature control needs attention. It would be ideal if guests could adjust the temperature to their comfort level and have the option to turn it completely off.

I liked the number of rooms (4 rooms ) which is suitable for families , kitchen , location and the living room and buffet for the breakfast was amazing overall beautiful and wonderful 😇

I didn’t like the pillows were not comfortable and two bathrooms there is no shattaf (شطاف ) next to toilet and the forth bedroom was so small for one person it will be much better if it’s quite big and suitable for two people twin beds or queen bed .

The rate was an excellent price for a 4 members of my family. Very spacious, it was some 170m2. I like the their hospitality and meeting my in-room requests in far less time than other hotels I have been in.

I liked the location of the hotel being near the see, the staffs were very friendly, I did not have to worry for my car parking with their free valet parking, the suit was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 3 toilets, hygiene,

Wonderful place to stay; the room is extremely handy, and the location is ideal; you can get to any place in 10 - 15 minutes. The receptionists, Cherry and Dirwini, were particularly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast also was great. I highly suggest this hotel, particularly for families; my children and I both like it.

All streets around the hotel is blocked and under construction without clear signs to guide us to the right way to hotels entrance!

The location is very convenient to the City Centre Mall and Metro, which makes it easy to move around Doha. The staff of Kempinski are wonderful, especially the duty manager when we arrived, Manesh and his team, they are very friendly and looked after us well. The accommodation was well presented and comfortable. Breakfast and accommodation was good value for money. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff all very welcoming. they want to help without return. 3 rooms flat is huge and living is nice. The flat is equipped with all what you need. The swimming pool is great and other facilities. Location is the best and Wi-Fi as well. excellent valet service.

The most important very toilets are old design ( it is like normal apartment) and furniture is out dated. The beds needs to be improved. The water needs time to get hot.

The staff were amazing. From the valet to the reception and the breakfast buffet. The staff were exceptional and extremely helpful. The location was great 👍

Just a small thing that didn't bother me that much but it's noticable, there was smoking smell in the bathroom. I think it might be from the ventilation.
