We had an issue with our first room, in that the window unit was blown and the bathroom flooded every time we had a shower, the staff were great and got us moved into another (bigger) room, which was a painless process. We loved the fact that is was so close to the F1 track, which was the reason for our visit. We couldn't believe our luck at how central it was and how easy it was to get around. Anyone staying here must check out the restaurant on floor 22, we only found it on the last night, and really wished we had found it on the first as we would have been able to see the track all light up. The views from this restaurant are absolutely stunning.

The bathrooms really could do with being redesigned. They could do way with the baths altogether and make the bathrooms a lot bigger and less likely to flood! The air con units could probably do with a service as well, as they were SOOO loud, but after long days at the track, we were absolutely shattered anyway.

The room was fine and the staff was helpful. Nice pool and appreciate that they offered suhoor during Ramadan.

My only issue is that they allowed us to book a room that was too small for our family. I entered in the correct number of people here on Booking.com and all the options that were shown were supposed to have fit us. In the photo, it looks like the window seat is actually a chaise on which someone can sleep (it appears to have a back.) But upon arrival, there is no back. It is, in fact, not a chaise...just a hard bench with a couple pillows on it. So the photos and the fact that the room is bookable as an option for more people than it can actually fit, is misleading.

Location is very convenient only few minutes away from the MRT station where takes you to the airport or anywhere you wish to go.

There was some noise from construction in day time.. but it stops after 5 pm so, was ok for me.

The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance to all major places of interest in Singapore. Next to a Metro station and big mall. Our room had a very nice view of Marina Bay Sands Hotel, good size and very comfortable bed. Very clean and attentive staff.

Stay one night on 20 May 23 for short gateway. The receptionist were friendly and upgraded our room. Enjoy the room and facilities so much.. Kids enjoyed two swimming pool and bath tub. The Hotel location is centralised, walking distance to Funan mall and Clarke Quay. thank you Sky Lounge staff for the surprise for my girl with birthday card and cheesecake. Unforgettable stay and definitely will return in future.

Spacious rooms, very convenient location

Beds and pillows were not very comfortable, onsite restaurant was average and lounge closed earlier than advertised.

This hotel is brilliantly located for the Singapore GP, or for anyone wanting to stay centrally for an affordable price

There’s not really any food or beverage service around the pool - there’s a phone that was never answered.

Booked a double room and got upgraded for free to a triple room! Nice view of MBS, albeit from 11th floor is partially blocked. Furthermore it came with a reasonably large clean room. Bike rental for $10,- for 2 hours is handy. Close to City Hall Mrt, you can use underground passage from Funan Mall right next door.

Comfortable. We had a great view of Marina Bay sands. Nice staff and great location! Mac at reception was very helpful, so were the guys at the luggage desk.

Rooms are out-dated and our bathroom was small. Otherwise all good.

They were really flexible in moving us to a bigger room upon arrival and providing an early check-in after a really long flight. Really appreciated when you have small kids. We ended up in a very spacious double room with a king-size bed and an extra single bed without being charged any extra fees. The four of us fitted perfectly there (2 adults + 3 and 8 yo kids). Also loved that they provided a lot of extra water bottles free of charge daily and soluble coffee. The night swim on the pool after a long day visiting was the cherry on top of the cake. Finally, the location was absolutely perfect. Shopping mall, subway and buses just around the corner. We loved our vacation in Singapure, and this hotel definitely helped a ton to the success of this family trip.

The mattress could be more comfortable. My back were a bit sore after 4 nights.
