Actually, I loved the hotel - spacious rooms, a lot of utilities, nice room and restaurant services.

Two things: a pretty strong smell of soap. I think, I eventually found the source - it’s the toilet hanger. The other - there was a receptionist Eduard - he made me feel time from time like a second grade student who annoys the teacher.

Huge apartment, very clean, comfortable bed, great breakfast, air conditioning, nice balcony. Very helpful staff. A fully equipped kitchen. A place to leave luggage in case of early arrival/late flight, good location in a quiet neighbourhood, everything you might beed nearby

Maybe a shelf in a bathroom by the mirror would be nice for all personal items, a fully closed bathtub so the water wont splash around, and a stronger light in the bathroom without the need to turn on the bathroom vent fan. And the couch in the living room is not the most comfortable. But these are all minor things. Overall great stay. Would come back

I am choosing this hotel for the third and hopefully not the last time. I am completely satisfied with the hotel, the staff, the restaurant and the location. Everything you can expect of a comfortable hotel can be found here. The only disadvantage we found here a few years ago - a lack of a luggage room - has been improved. Now the luggage storage is available. Even our arrival in the middle of the night has not become an issue. The receptionist opened the garage, met us and provided with the best service. Just perfect, there is nothing else I can say.

The room I was given was very pleasant, much cleaner than I expected. There are many benefits for this hotel as it has a restaurant which can bring room services for meals (despite when arrived rather late at night) and the food is quite decent. Breakfast was ok, and coffee was very good. Everything worked (aircon, kitchen equipment), and appreciated the bottled waters that they provided complimentary. The staff at reception were very friendly and nice, including giving recommendations and any assistance like using the laundry room, etc. The cleaning ladies are also nice and friendly, always tried to help. Thanks very much to make my stay pleasant.

The location is a little distance to the metro, given that it gets really hot. The room I was staying was right on top of the restaurant at the 2nd floor, and a few nights were very noisy due to soccer event. However, I was not much disturbed by the noise with the door shut. There are only a few stores nearby like groceries, but not too far.

Great space with lots of room! The breakfast was delicious and we got room service from the on site restaurant one night which was absolutely lovely. Very clean and comfy bed.

I felt I expected more for the price (especially comparatively to other hotels in Bucharest). Having to pay for more tea and coffee in the room felt unnecessary. The mugs were also very small which personally I found annoying! Some, but not all, of the staff felt a little dismissive and rude and less hospitable than I'd assume for a role in hospitality!

This property was great for me and my two teenage boys. Plenty of room and space. It is in a quiet location so a good nights sleep had by all. Very easy to get to the many sights of Romania. Uber is quick and speedy and reliable. I looked at staying closer to Therme Spa the main reason for our visit but so glad we chose this ApartHotel. Super clean and lovely staff.

The property was clean and spacious and in a quiet residential street. A restaurant on site and room service also a available.

The room was much bigger than I expected. We were in the middle of the center of Bucharest, so it was easy to go to places. We had a rented car and it was also easy to park near and in the hotel parking. I asked the front desk what we could visit in Bucharest and he immediately printed pages of all the landmarks, which we then took with us and were a great help. I would have stayed longer if I could. Really enjoyed everything!

It's not easy to drive in the parking lot of the hotel itself. It's quite narrow

It was just one thing I don't remember his name but the guy from the reception the first night when we arrive it was Tuesday 4th June It was a bit mean I had a small issues with my credit card and he was a bit mean but other than that it was ok

The room was very nice. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good too with a very nice shower. The breakfast had a lot of variation and was pretty nice.

One guy at the reception was constantly looking at us if we were being a problem, when we asked him for some kitchenware as was stated on a poster in the kitchen he sighed and rolled his eyes. This made us feel very uncomfortable and kind of ruined our stay.
