1. Very spacious room 2. Located in the center of Bucharest/area full of a great variety of food options - restaurants - fast foods. 3. Metro 300m and many bus-stops around 4. Supermarket next to the hotel 5. Breakfast was good only on the first day

1. Double bed was very small/two chubby people will definitely have a problem 2. Hot water for shower was running out quickly. For winter that is a disadvantage. 3. Breakfast on 1st day was good. On the second day they limited the variety and on the 3rd day surprisingly there were only a few basic things. That let us down because the difference between the days was big. 4. The guy at the reception should smile. He represents the image of the hotel. Raluca - the lady however was fantastic. Very helpful and smily. 5. Overall stay fair - value for money.

* The hotel's location was absolutely perfect. Being situated in the heart of Bucharest, in a historical building, added a charming touch to the stay. * The proximity to shops and attractions made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. * The breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety of options. * The size of the room was very spacious, providing ample comfort.

My only disappointment was that the jacuzzi in my room was not working. This was a feature I was particularly looking forward to, so it was a bit of a letdown.

I stayed here for a two day visit to Bucharest. The hotel was a short walk from the airport bus stop and about a 20 minute walk to the old town. The room was very large and comfortable although a little dated. The bathroom was large and had a shower over the bath. This had good flow and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was quite varied although there were no fresh fruit juices - only bottled "drinks". This was a good base for a short break and was good value for money.

Great spot to explore Bucharest, everything at a walking distance: Calea Victoriei, Old Town, Ateneu etc. Nice and cosy place with great architecture, good breakfast, clean, comfortable, spatious. Good price for the area. Such a pity because everything was ruined by the incident.

The incident: "grace" of the incompetence of one guy from the reception and some bad-mannered guests who blocked the drive-way with their cars, we and another two guests have lost almost the entire day waiting, and waiting and waiting for them to come back to the hotel. Of course, we lost the next reservation and this delayed our entire holiday. 😡😞

I was really pleased by my stay here. Everything matched or exceeded the description given, (it would be clarifying in the description that the "room without view" does have windows, but around a well, rather than being entirely enclosed. Staff were friendly and efficient, facilities very good for the price, the included breakfast likewise, and the neighbourhood the hotel is in was unexpectedly great - not overrun by tourists, but still relatively central, near a metro stop, and with (at least) two really decent, reasonably priced eating places almost opposite. I would happily return here if I am in Bucharest again.

Only criticism? Not enough plug sockets in the room. I had to unplug the kettle in order to charge my phone, for example.

This is a nice old building with big renovated rooms and old style furniture. The location is excellent, in the heart of the city, near everything you need to see and visit. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Some deep cleaning is required on the furniture, especially the upholstery. It can get a bit noisy if your room faces the street. They offered us a taxi service from the airport that was very expensive and we declined. But it looks like there is some sort of understanding between the hotel and a a specific taxi company, because the next day when we asked (and insisted) for a regular taxi, they brought us the same company as the day before without us knowing that, until we were already on our way to the airport, luggage and all. So we had to pay at least double the price. Call your own taxi if you can. We did not appreciate that kind of behavior from the staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful: they allowed us an early check in once the room was ready, which was very convenient and highly appreciated! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the location is spot on for moving around the city of Bucharest and in the proximity of good public transportation.

Some of the rooms can get rather noisy (especially 1 and 2, close to the reception and facing the street). The breakfast is good and varied but it does not really have vegan options (de post). Would recommend adding at least some vegetable milk and more vegan spreads, at least on demand (fasting) for Wednesdays and Fridays.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. Great atmosphere, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a very good breakfast. It's good value for money. The receptionist who received us the day of the arrival was just marvellous. 😊 We can only recommend it und would definitely come back. 🙂

Our room was not cleaned once during our stay of three days, only the trash cans were emptied on the second day, this ist just inadmissible. We traveled with family friends, they were in another floor and didn't have this problem. Their room was cleaned regularly, beds made, tea and coffee reloaded when they ran out. I mean the problem we had was obviously a lazy maid on our floor and not the hotel itself, the hotel is great.

You seriously can’t beat the location—right in the middle of everything, we walked everywhere! The place has all the right vibes and amenities. Big shoutout to the young guy at reception who helped me track down my lost sunglasses and kept our luggage safe while we wandered the city—with 4 MacBooks in there, so yeah, major trust points. Super friendly staff, great energy. Would totally stay again!

Too bad we only stayed one day…

The area is amazing. Central placement, close to everything you need to experience in Bucharest. The room was spacious and clean. Also, the bed was comfortable, so the sleep was really good. A working air conditioning is a godly feature in the summer days. The staff was also great and on point.

It was very noisy during the day because of the school right next to the property, and also cold in the room. The windows are very ineficient. The furniture is a little bit old and used.. Also, the elevator isn't working properly, it can get stuck any minute.
