Clean and decent location but not the best but then Bucharest Uber and Bolt is easy and cheap and good restaurants near by and a short drive.

The location can be better but then the price would be higher

The hotel location, room, and breakfast exceeded our expectations. The reception, checkout, and assistance services on all other topics were compelling, fast, and informative. Hotel location in the city center.

The room curtains are transparent to sunlight and therefore disrupt sleep every morning. The cost of early/late arrival/checkout time was relatively high. We were not informed of the closure of the main street for car traffic (namely, Calle Victoria) for the whole weekend.

Clean rooms,good breakfast

The bath towels were very small like hand towels.I think they should replace with a bath robe. I called room service to order a bucket of ice. The waiter called me and ask me to come down because he is alone that he can’t leave the bar. This is Mercury Hotel I don’t understand how can they ask customer to come down and get the ice bucket. So I had to get my own ice bucket by myself. You have to educate your staff.

Alexandra was our first encounter with your staff and she was excellent, very knowledgeable about the area and places to eat. A five for sure! Irina was so very helpful the next morning when I experienced a minor medical issue and needed to see a Doctor. She made numerous calls until she was able to locate a facility that we needed. She then extended our checkout time until we were able to return to the hotel. You are very lucky to have these two wonderful ladies representing your hotel! Again a huge thank you to Irina for her assistance

Big room, clean, great location.

Mattress was a bit noisy. Elevator is difficult to use when having a lot of luggage because it requires the card every time. Parking is difficult. Front rotating door not worked most of the time. A bit expensive for what it provides. No staff to help out with luggage( at least open a door)

Great location, comfortable room with plenty of space despite the extra bed for our daughter. The breakfast was great, I only really missed fresh orange juice, but everything was really tasty and plentiful otherwise. I also think they had very good breakfast times, until 11am at weekends! Also the staff were all very nice and helpful.

Everything , The hotel crew was kind and help me in everything I needed with kindess and smile . The hotel location is one of the best , 2 minutes walk from the platinum casino , there are very good resturants in the hotel area as well. The room is very clean and and there are tools making coffe as well. This is my 3 th time in this hotel I have never been disopointed.

excellent hotel in perfect downtown location, actually one of the best in Bucharest in my opinion . the staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, we also received a very nice room upgrade. Will surely book again.

To exit the parking is a bit time consuming (because of the procedure).

the parking is a little bit uncomfortable,no help was offered with the luggage and the elevator is also bit unfriendly. also they say that for a two nights stay the parking is free but because we’ve booked through Booking and not directly it wasn’t free.
