The facilities where great, we had full use of the gym and spa which was great because we cancelled our hotel because it didn’t have a sauna or pool. We didn’t actually use the pool. You have to wear a swimming cap, which I’m cool with the rules but my husband is bald and was told he didn’t have to have then we felt judged by the locals. Was no biggy though. All good. That was the only small negative which the gym isn’t run by the hotel. We got an upgrade on our room which was a really nice touch considering we were celebrating my husbands birthday. We got a card and cake to the rook to on the day of his birthday which was a great touch. We had breakfast included, once we found the breakfast room. The hotel is a bit of a maze. Breakfast is delicious, lots of hot and cold options, great quality food and lots of options with lots of tea & coffee options.

Was a little bit of a maze with lots of different corridors but ok once you’d got the hang of it. Duvet could have been better.

My nearly month experience at the hotel was a great experience, the only thing that I would suggest would be really keeping up on the requested to the room service, on a regular biases I found my self going downstairs to the main desk to ask for certain services that I had asked from my room phone, but these services were not taken seriously .. even at times waiting up to an hour just to get coffee and sugar,. other then that they treated me very well.

Nice room with a balcony (great option for smokers :)). Good breakfast and excellent position in the center. In direct interactions the staff is very friendly.

If you are attending a conference taking place at the Radisson, there is no elevator between the 2 locations, it is difficult for a disabled person to access the stairs. Staff is very difficult to answer the phone on the internal line, I called 3 times at different times until someone answered.

I liked the interaction with the staff and the breakfast was excellent, I would have not needed more. The bathroom was very good.

The room was pretty good but I thought the money was a bit too much. It was generally clean but the walls looked like they have not been painted for a while and the bed pane was worn out. What was a bit of a probleam was that the bells from the church next door were loud almost every half an hour, making sleeping difficult. I was in the yellow building. Maybe somewhere else in the hotel is not that loud.

Good spacious rooms, comfortable accommodation, amenities as listed on the website, internet speeds were serviceable but not particularly impressive. Good breakfast spread. Friendly helpful hotel staff.

The hallways on our floor got briefly a little loud late at night due to some rowdy guests (likely arriving after a night at the bar) on two night. But this wasn't a huge deal as the noisiness was brief and restricted to some sections. It's unlikely the hotel could've done something about such things anyway as it's a matter of guests' personal responsibility to be kind to other guests. The bedrooms were at least well removed from the corridors and very quiet once you were inside the bedrooms and comfortable. All things considered no complaints.

We had an amazing New Year's Eve experience at Park Inn by Radisson in Bucharest! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the festivities. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The NYE dinner and party organized by the hotel were fantastic, with delicious food, live music, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to celebrate New Year's in Bucharest!

This is my home in Bucharest, last 3 years when I come if there is availability I prefer to stay at Park inn. Clean , modern room with comfortable bed. Right in a city center with reasonable price and plus you can allowed to use Radisson’s which is next door all amenities such as gym , swimming pool indoor and outdoor, sauna etc . But most importantly for me the staff in Park inn as well as in Radisson are really very helpful, friendly in the same time very professional. I love the vibe here . And always feeling that my home in Bucharest rather then hotel . I also love the food in restaurant called sharkia which is located in the entrance floor of Park inn . The food is yummy 😋 I would like to thank the management of the hotel especially to the stuff who are making our stay memorable and comfortable , last time who helped me to check in and out was Victor , he was as he has always been such a smiling face with great hospitality behavior 🤗🙏😍🍀

I was upgraded from a regular hotel room to a one bedroom. Room was super spacious had a balcony a kitchen a microwave a full size refrigerator was in heaven. I like the staff I've stayed at this hotel three times. The pool was drained for the hotel but they do give you access to the health club pool and hot tub. I love this place it's perfection especially these one bedrooms the hotel rooms I say that before not so hot but the one bedrooms are fantastic and they gave me a great value cuz I spent 100 US dollars and got upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment which is fantastic. The one downfall I would say is the breakfast. Don't bother there's a million places to eat nearby

The only thing I didn't like was that they rush you out for breakfast. They close at 10:00 and that means 10:00 that doesn't mean 10:01. And the breakfast was somewhat limited I didn't think it was very tasty and not worth the money for sure but there's a million places to eat around there. Everything else I like about the place could use a little spiffing up but with the one bedroom upgrade I was completely happy as a bug and a rug.

Nice experience, free upgrade to an Appartement, late check out without any material obligations . The front desk employees were very friendly and ready to support.

I would have a recommendation! Please start treating the guests with the same care , even when we speak the same language , I mean, even if we are romanians like you. We could speak other languages too like English, German, French....if this would have been asked... The incident during breakfast was actually quite disturbing when I was pushed away from the coffee machine, I was ready to push the button, so that an older employee there would show a foreign guest hot to take hot water...

All staff from the minute we arrived were very pleasant, courteous, helpful, and couldn't have done more in order to make our stay any more enjoyable. As it was my wife's birthday, the hotel even gifted us a dessert which was delivered to our room. The location was perfect for us to explore all of Bucharest city, and the atmosphere within the hotel was great. The leisure facilities (pool) were also of a high standard and the hotel and facilities as a whole were spotlessly clean

Not a bad point but a point to note, you need a swimming hat for the pool, which we knew about in advance anyway, but still there were people who arrived and did not have any and so had to pay for one before entry to the pool
