We have been upgraded from the Al Corniche to the main InterContinental building. Staff was incredibly helpful and nice. In particular we would like to mention the bell boy from Sri Lanka, who had been working there for decades, the other bell boy from India, the staff of the 360 bar. We enjoyed also the swimming pool, including the fact that we had WiFi coverage. The position on the Corniche was excellent, allowing us to have nice walks along the sea.

The only nuisance was the road work at the gate, that caused some difficulties for the Uber drivers to find the alternate way to reach the hotel. However, this was not a fault of the hotel management, but rather a failure of the Uber navigation system that did not account for the deviation.

The Corniche hotel is located on the same premises as the intercontinental hotel which is a pleasant thing. It is a 100 meter outside walk when you need to go to the reception or Restaurant, but it is worth it!! The quality of the Corniche rooms are superb! Amenities which are used are super high quality. Location is very good! close to the waterside (Corniche) and restaurants within a 10 minutes walk. And when you are with Family, there is the possibility to rent nice apartments. A very warm welcome and friendly staff!

Prices of dinner and breakfast. We had to add 2 more days then the 2 days i booked trough Booking.com. There is a difference in price. but to buy Breakfast for 2 persons was 360 Sar which is 45 Euro per person. For a breakfast? Dinner was not cheap also. 65 Euro!

We were staying just one night in Jeddah after performing an intense umrah so we wanted somewhere tranquil to rest. We had booked Al Corniche, which is the smaller sister site to the intercontinental. When we arrived we were met at guest reception by Hassan. Hassan's customer service was exceptional. He took away all of our tiredness with his polite and helpful demeanor. He also very kindly upgraded us to a seafront room at the intercontinental itself. The room was incredible and we wished we had longer to stay. Two huge double beds, a fruit platter, a beautiful large bathroom with Byredo toiletries and the view was stunning. Everything from the quality of the bedsheets to the hotel coffee shop and rooftop was great. We had to check out super early so we are sad we missed out on the breakfast but I'm sure if the hotel service and amenities are anything to go by that would have been amazing too. Thank you so much for a short and sweet stay. We will surely return.

It’s same complex as Intercontinetal hotel so your check in is in Intercontinental. Our taxi driver couldn’t find it under name of Al Corniche and we either didn’t know that’s the same (but it’s low budget apendix of Intercontinental). Anyways, it’s same location, you use same swimmingpool and other facilities. It’s 15 min drive from old Jeddah, bit pretty far from some other sights. Jeddah is very unwalkable. So you’ll need to take taxi wherever you plan to go. We used Uber.

Overpriced breakfast. Al Corniche is not so nice as Intercontinental, but at the end room was clean, and that’s all you need. Other facilities you use in Intercontinental hotel.

We were in the Al Corniche which is an annex close by, but you can use all the facilities of the Inter-Continental Hotel which was exceptional, the staff where great and went out of there way to help with your every needs.

There was nothing to fault with this Hotel and the location is brilliant with a view if King Fahad fountain, the swimming pool and the Gym was excellent, unfortunately we were only here for a few days so couldn't make the most of all the facilities.

Beautiful place to stay. Abdulbaki who welcomed me at reception was an absolute gentleman with great professional communication after my 22 hour long haul flight. I wish I stayed more because of the comfort of this hotel. Toilet has automatic calming music played in roof speakers which was very nice. Views beautiful to fountain which I had.

Well the cost of a single bounty chocolate was just around £5 which u had to pay. I think it is abit too much if u eat something from room’s payable stock food. I wouldn’t mention this is price was just above reasonable.

location was amazing as it is part of the Intercontinental hotel . The service and room were both great . hotel staff at check in reception at the intercontinental restate extremely helpful and friendly , they honestly make your stay unforgettable . specially Mr Abdalrahman the duty manager at the reception.This our 3rd time returning back and he always goes above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable . we can not thank him enough for being such a great host . His friendly attitude and professionalism is something that we are very grateful for . We will definitely be back again .

We were booked for Al Corniche but were upgraded for free to the Intercontinental Hotel main building. Staff and facilities were amazing! Close to the King Abdullah Fountain with lovely views from adjacent restaurants. Taxi's were readily available and relatively cheap. Will definitely recommend the hotel to any visitors to Jeddah.

Great place to stay, close to center and a must destination on a business trip with all facilities that you may need. i loved the view and the room size with all amenities and nice buffet.

please renovate the furniture and curtains for better comfy residence.

Good location and in reasonable distance to the old town (12min by Uber)

The aircon was very noisy and I couldn’t regulate it properly. Had to turn the fan to low and the temperature to 27C and over the day the temperature dropped slowly to 22C. Food and drinks where heavily overpriced.
