The staffs are very kind and helpful. Even though some of them cannot communicate well in English. We told them we had early evening flight and asking for shower facility to clean up and change our dress after a long hot summer day out before catching the flight. They just gave us a late check-out up to 4:30pm for free of charge.

There are road and pavement constructions all around the hotel location, very dusty and not walking friendly at all. The hotel lobby itself is also under renovation with bad paint fume all over. I guess we were there in the wrong time. Another thing I don't like is the bathroom has some problem separating the wet and dry area, no matter how careful I tried during the shower, the floor outside shower room always getting wet and slippery.

We stayed in junior suite and it was so so spacious! All rooms are big, from the living room, bathroom & bedroom. The location is nice since it's near Al Hamra Corniche, one of the best spot to see the King Fahd Fountain. Nice bed with lot of pillows. Strong AC which is nice given the hot weather outside. Breakfast is nice.

The water in the shower is not that warm, it's almost cold and no bath mat on the floor which can be slippery after showering. The room door was so heavy and had a loud banging sound whenever we want to close it. The cups in the kitchen can be replaced, the edge of the cups broken already. I think in the morning there's some construction going on outside our window, we can hear it and it woken us up.

The property was perfect and clean. It offers a daily room cleaning and refills coffee and water.

The breakfast buffet was perfect and offers a decent foods. However, there was this specific female staff who is making egg omelette. She is very rude and needs to undergo customer service training. I just ask her if I can have the egg omelette that was already been cooked and ready, but she answered me in a rude way, that if I ordered it. When I came back for the ordered omelette, she again answered back in a rude manner. My omelette was served last, when in fact there are other guests who came after me that were served first before me.

We just checked out from Prime Al Hamra Hotel in Jeddah, and we are very impressed! From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, we were warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel absolutely deserves a top rating. A special thank you to the receptionist Nehal – she was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout our stay. She truly went above and beyond and deserves extra praise! Highly recommended!

Smell of drains wasn’t pleasant in the hotel bathroom and was also quite dirty. Parts of the room was dated . AC also smelt.

Hotel location and room size and employee service were excellent.. especially all the reception staff were helpful ..they sent Arabic coffee to the room which was excellent...

We had stayed there before and we liked the hotel and booked again but it seems they are not busy so they have a cost control system ...from room toilets to breakfasts...hope they improve not otherwise they will lose more ......we didn't find a bath mat in the toilet and we had given only one tower for suite for 2 adults also no other towels were provided..... brekafsts menu were so poor compared to last time we stayed in February....they dnt have even cheee omlette.....

Nice room,foods is beyond my expectation,it buffet you can eat what you want specially me am on low carb diet,I like the way they cooked,ts so yummy😋the staffs are nice and helpful.and you can check out until 2pm,overall rating is very good.

Only the shower hot water its takes a few minutes to mix with cold water,needs to improve but the rest met my expectation.

Room was BIG, Breakfast was very nice and freash and the chef seems to be proffessional, bed was kind of comfy, clean bathroom, the stay included so many stuff (breakfast, GYM, kids area, swimming pool) for the price of a normal stay. Staff were nice and helpful, chefs in the dining area were good also.

Missing or low quality complementry items, food menu was huge but everything wasn't available, the smell of wood with the humid is bad, the room smelled like a bathroom each time I leave and come back, the furnitare is good but needs proper cleaning in some parts. Pool wasn't that great and looked smaller than the pictures, specially the facility around it needed maintanance (Jacuzzi), but it was a good swimming pool.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to the corniche. Very spacious room. Restaurant manager Yusuf was exceptional. Always smile on his face, very professional and friendly He accomadated every extra need.

Breakfast could be more continental. Most of the varieties were Arabic.

Everything it is perfect hotel, will keep booking in it every time i come to jeddah. For breakfast, they have a live cooking chef, she will do omelet for you, it was one of the best omelets i have ever had in my life, really i salute you Miss for your cooks 👍

The neighborhood is noise, a lot of people outside they were singing and drifting at 2 am, it was unpleasant at all and couldn't sleep easily Shower facility need to be updated with something more easier to be used
