(Time wasn't correct but I don't think I have control to correct the time)

Bed mattress and pellows were ok. Can be better. BUT I think bed sheets needs to be changed with a better quality ones. (softer) Hotel entrance in general and ramp area doesn't look like a 5 star hotel.

My room was amazing. The quality of the furniture, fittings, fixtures, accessories is like at premium 5 star hotels (Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental etc). Friendly and helpful staff. Great price. Good location - in terms of location I am not the best advisor as it was my first visit to Jeddah and I don't know the city well enough to give an objective review. In addition, in room dining quality of food was great but be aware that the portions are huge!

I would not say that I didn't like, but the points that I mention below would make the hotel the top-notch destination and a one-off boutique hotel. Here they are: - breakfast: it's nice and diverse, though the quality of coffee grains can be higher, water can be served in glass bottles, bigger diversity of hot meals. - toiletries: like shampoo, douche gel and conditioner, can be provided by a well-known brand like byredo, lelabo, amouage, etc. These are small touches that are not that obvious and matter a lot, but as we know - devil is in the details :) Hope that my recommendations would be helpful and next year I'll see your property in the reviews as the best hotel in the world)

We loved the room when we walked into it! we got a larger room and there was sooo much space! the toilet is to die for!!! the hotel amenities like shampoo and body wash spelt so good - the hotel corridor does too! and the bathrobes... they're just so comfy I could live in them!! I really loved the hotel in general. the concierge was the best people!!! they're so helpful and happy to help. every one there was full of hospitality and we loved that.

There is construction right next to the hotel and those people start yelling at each other at 8am in the morning. there was one morning they started drilling. it was so annoying to hear them shout so loudly or to do work so early in the morning. the walls were quite thin because when I wasn't hearing the contractors and supervisors yell at each other, I could hear the baby crying in the room next to ours. Most of the staff can't speak English so it was difficult when I needed something. We had some issues with the spa - but we'll pardon them this time around as they were barely set up when we showed up. they do have an excellent sauna and jacuzzis! hopefully next time it would be a better experience.

The customer service is top-tier, my whole experience was great and it’s all because of how welcoming and accommodating the staff was. From Abdulkarem in the reception who apologized for making me wait a couple of minutes before checking in even though I came 2 hours earlier so I got checked in early and they said sorry!! To Ahmad the coffee man at the lobby who served the best Arabic coffee & dates, he made sure that every single human who passed by or sat at the lobby enjoyed a cup of coffee. Even the staff at the breakfast buffet were welcoming & helpful. My interaction with housekeeping & the laundry service was also great. Also the quality of services & products provided was top tier. What this hotel lacks in location makes up in service. Thank you narcissus staff.
